Nel centro di Chicago, senza parcheggio, questo tipo di hotel è fantastico.Ci vogliono quindici minuti per andare dalla porta di Yankee. Abbiamo un tempo molto freddo e un vento molto grande, quindi questa strada è ancora molto timida.Ma se riesci a guidare, tornare e non preoccuparti del posto di guida è fantastico! L'hotel è pulito, tutti i dipendenti di Mexicano, ma l'atteggiamento è generalemente amichevole, cioè la reception mi chiama ogni sera. Una volta, dicono che non c'è abbastanza auto, una volta, non c'è biglietto di parcheggio, perché il telefono non può sentire, e non sono correnti alla reception per capire con il software di traduzione. The bed was nice but the shower was hard to operate and impossible to get to a reasonable temperature. It would be cold, I would nudge it a touch to the hot side and then it would be burning hot. The hospitality was subpar. When I asked to check-in an hour early they said I would have to pay $30 and when I asked to store luggage after checking out, they said no.

La struttura è a buon mercato, è molto confortevole e offre un'ottima esperienza.

Great location, but communication was poor as there was no front desk and it was hard to reach the staff. The carpet in the shower room and towels were also not very clean.
