UUtente ospiteThe hotel exceeds my expectation! The room is quite large with good amenities, and it gives me $50 dining credit. So I have a big breakfast and the avocado toast in the restaurant is absolute good. The front desk is also really nice and friendly. I feel really worthy and the hotel is well architected with good location. Definitely recommend it to others!

BBaifaxingPer il personale che andrà al centro di conferenze di Chicago, la posizione e l'ambiente dell'hotel (connessione diretta al centro di conferenze) sono molto adatto e sono vicini al porto di Chicago (15 minuti a piedi).Il colazione fornito dall'hotel è anche buono. Ma la regolazione della temperatura dell'acqua nelle strutture di lavaggio della mia stanza è molto sproporzionata. Il maestro di manutenzione non è riuscito a risolvere.Non posso lavarsi un bagno caldo prima di alzarsi al meeting, non ho raccolto il giorno intero, non ho ricevuto alcuna compensazione per comunicare con la ricetta.

UUtente ospiteLoved my stay overall. There was a champagne offering upon arrival which was wonderful. After a long drive from Michigan, it was well received and completely set the tone for the type of stay we would be experiencing. View from Room 2754 breathtaking. A welcome fruit basket was provided for our 35th anniversary stay.
Ample Trump water provided. Location - Best in the City. Housekeeping was Outstanding. Reception staff were perfection. The view in Room 2754 blew away my expectations and I will stay here again in the future. Job well done Trump Hotel staff!
A few things that would improve the experience are: Provide 2 Barstools for the rooms with a kitchenette island. We had to eat on the low coffee table.
Replace barn door with normal door on bathroom. Privacy factor low due to the crack opening. Provide Non-Stick cooking spray for guests who use the cookware. It was awful cleaning eggs from the skillet. Invest in a few Real Dishcloths for the kitchenette. A normal Keurig coffee maker would be better than just espresso. The location was Best in the City. I highly recommend staying here!

UUtente ospite凌晨抵達，酒店高速告訴我沒有房間了，我可是提前兩個月預訂的。酒店經理説，當天嘗試了聯繫我，可是我什麼電話也沒有接到。溝通後，給了一間一床房，我預訂的是兩床房。當晚和攜程協商後，免了第一晚的住宿。
酒店位置較好，位於華麗一英里區域。15層有個酒水吧枱，可以休息吃飯。房間還比較大，床軟，有浴缸。

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo prenotato una stanza che purtroppo era per le date sbagliate attraverso un terzo. Ci è stato detto dal terzo che ci rimborsano, ma che l'hotel doveva rilasciare la nostra prenotazione. Li abbiamo chiamati subito dopo aver capito che le date erano sbagliate, che era entro un'ora. La prenotazione era per due giorni da allora. L'hotel ha detto che non lo cancellerebbero. Ci hanno pagato quasi 600 dollari per una stanza che non abbiamo soggiornato e hanno chiesto di spiegare in anticipo la nostra situazione, e non ci hanno permesso di cambiare i giorni a quelli che stiamo cercando. L'hotel è bello e il personale è stato piacevole anche se ha fornito le cattive notizie che non intendo prenotare di nuovo con loro.

Il nostro soggiorno presso il vostro hotel è stato piuttosto deludente e scomodo, con esperienze che vanno da eccellenti a pessime.
Il lato positivo è che la posizione dell'hotel è imbattibile, a pochi passi dal Magnificent Mile e proprio accanto alla stazione della metropolitana Red Line. Questo ha reso molto comodo lo shopping, la ristorazione e l'esplorazione delle attrazioni della città. La camera in sé era spaziosa, eccezionalmente pulita e il letto era molto comodo, assicurando una buona notte di sonno. Abbiamo apprezzato i comfort in camera come il mini-frigo, il microonde e la macchina per il caffè, che hanno aggiunto comodità.
Tuttavia, la direzione dell'hotel ha lasciato molto a desiderare. Al nostro arrivo verso le 16:00 dell'11 luglio, il personale della reception ha ripetutamente chiesto il mio cognome mentre teneva in mano il mio passaporto canadese, cercando di ottenere informazioni personali dal mio visto cinese. Questo errore ha portato un altro dipendente della reception a chiamarci alle 9:00 del terzo mattino per verificare di nuovo la mia identità con il mio passaporto/carta d'identità.
La cosa più frustrante è che durante il nostro soggiorno di quattro notti, la nostra camera non è mai stata pulita. C'era un cartello sulla porta con la scritta ”NO Grazie” stampata su entrambi i lati, il che era fonte di confusione. Anche quando abbiamo appeso il cartello fuori, il personale delle pulizie continuava a bussare alla nostra porta alle 9 del mattino mentre stavamo ancora dormendo. Quando ci è stato detto di tornare più tardi, non sono mai tornati. Nonostante avessimo lasciato la stanza alle 11 del mattino e avessimo ripetutamente informato il personale delle pulizie e la reception che la nostra stanza aveva bisogno di essere pulita, non è mai successo.
Inoltre, siamo rimasti senza shampoo. Nonostante avessimo informato la reception la mattina, non era stato rifornito quando siamo tornati la sera. Questo mi ha costretto ad aspettare nella hall per molto tempo per risolvere il problema dopo una giornata stancante di visite turistiche.
La sera prima della nostra partenza, sono andato alla reception per condividere le nostre esperienze con due membri dello staff. Ci hanno offerto la colazione come risarcimento, ma di solito non facciamo colazione.
Nel complesso, la nostra esperienza in hotel è stata molto negativa. Uno dei motivi principali per cui abbiamo scelto questo hotel è stato il marchio Hilton e questa esperienza mi ha portato a mettere in discussione la reputazione del marchio.

In my whole life I barely give 2 stars feedback to property, honestly I just wanna give 1 star feedback but the residents are friendly and nice that why I add one more star for them. The location is really convenient, room setting is super clean and organization. However, the black old lady who works at front desk is really mean and rude, she tried to bully me when I was checking in. Her service attitude likes she's guest I'm staff, and I owed her money, too. After check in my mood is really down, so I can't get any reason is why I pay almost $400 a night come here to get treatment like that. If you come to check Chicago I won't recommend this hotel for, or if you like the hotel but don't come to check in around 11am-1pm on Saturday！

I was initially quite hesitant to check into this hotel after reading a number of detailed and lengthy negative reviews, especially those highlighting hidden fees and cleanliness issues. However, upon arrival with my partner, I was pleasantly surprised.
The hotel was clean and well-decorated, with a modern and cohesive style. Our check-in process was fast and efficient, and the receptionist was friendly and happy to answer all of our questions—especially about the fees mentioned on the hotel’s website.
One of the main issues people seem to bring up is the so-called “hidden” fees. In my experience, these fees are not actually hidden—they’re listed on the hotel’s official website. That said, they could definitely be communicated more clearly. It’s important to read the fine print when booking and during check-in. While the fees may not be obvious at first glance, the hotel is legally allowed to include them since they are technically disclosed.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, with enough space to hang clothes. There were multiple hangers, and the locker-style closets matched the hotel’s sporty decor. The floor and bathroom were clean overall, though I did spot a spider in the corner of the shower—but nothing alarming.
The downstairs common area includes an open kitchen with a communal fridge and even a crockpot, which was a nice surprise. There were also several games available, like ping pong and air hockey, which makes this place family- and couple-friendly.
Guests are allowed to enjoy drinks provided in the kitchen. If you’re sensitive to noise, particularly trains, I recommend requesting a room farther down the hall on the first floor. Our room was in a quiet spot—I barely noticed the train, and when I did, it was more like soft white noise. Still, bringing earplugs might help if you’re a light sleeper.
Overall, I recommend this hotel. It’s in a nice area, the decor is visually appealing, and the stay was enjoyable. Just be aware of a $120 refundable deposit (if no damage is done to the room) and an additional $50 guest fee. Knowing that ahead of time helps avoid surprises.
I’m very grateful for the pleasant stay and would return again.
