Hotel a Chicago con piscina

This was my first time to Chicago and I was not disappointed. This hotel was amazing and great service. I also enjoyed breakfast each day. You can choose from buffet or regular menu. I also enjoyed my Espresso Martini from the bar! This hotel is located to attractions like the Hop on Hop off bus, stop 1 near the riverwalk. You can also see the Chicago Theater which is just a few feet away. I also love that the train station, on State/Lake is just up the block to ride the red or brown line. The blue line is 4 minutes away so if you need transportation to the airport, you can take the blue line. I will definitely come back to this hotel again during the summer. Thank you for providing such good service.

La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente, a cinque o sei minuti a piedi dal centro espositivo. C'è un ristorante italiano sottostante, c'è un negozio conveniente dall'altra parte della strada.Non lontano dalla Città cinese, ci sono passati circa 15 minuti.E'molto positivo che l'hotel possa parcheggiare per il parcheggio. E'molto conveniente. La stanza non è molto grande, ma in generale è ancora molto buona.

My family and I arrived around 330AM on a Friday night/Saturday morning. Service: 4/5 The Night staff was awesome, hospitality was IMPECCABLE! From the receptionist , bellhop helper, security, you name it! I wish I could remember their names but the receptionist was a young African American male about early-mid 20s! The morning crew and afternoon crew need some pointers from the night shift staff because they need some work. Rooms: 3/5 Our room had 2 full size beds, they were nice and spacious for all 4 of us (3 adults & 1 child). No microwave was an inconvenience but it wasn’t too big of a deal since our short was stay. Overall I would rate our stay a 4/5 (Would have been 3.5/5 had it not been for the service we experienced when checking in.

Hotel was pretty good. A few little annoyances, but these were made up for by the great location; right on the river with incredible views from the windows. It’s a bit of a mission to get to the rooms (up one elevator through the restaurant to another set of lifts and up again). Despite the 3 elevators from the ground floor up to the 15th reception, they took ages. It’s as if only one of the worked and it’s a direct lift! The breakfast buffet was pretty standard with run-of-the-mill offerings - it’s quite a walk to the tables from the buffet area so you get you steps in. Room was pretty good - though it was a good 6-7 minutes for the hot water to run through to the shower. I arrived back one evening to discover the hadn’t made up my room, which was no big deal. What would they have done really other than make the bed. I also had a good 10 minute wait to get by bags which were being held for crud day. It seems only the bellman has a key and he was off attending other guests. All in all it was a good stay and the location alone was worth it.

Nel complesso è un buon hotel economico in stile suite in cui soggiornare dopo essere scesi da un lungo volo. Tutto è abbastanza standard. Gli interni hanno decorazioni tipiche ma datate di quello stile della fine degli anni '90 e dell'inizio degli anni 2000. Il termostato nella stanza è probabilmente più vecchio di me (millenario) e le sue impostazioni erano limitate senza indicazione della temperatura comandata: solo caldo o freddo. Il personale dell'hotel era estremamente gentile e disponibile anche al momento del check-in alle 22:00 circa. E c'è un'Outback Steakhouse annessa che è stato un vantaggio quando si è effettuato il check-in così tardi e non si voleva uscire a prendere del cibo. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

L'hotel è bello e pulito, situato proprio nel centro città. Tuttavia, il servizio del personale addetto al deposito bagagli non è stato molto efficiente; abbiamo dovuto portare i nostri bagagli da soli in hotel, cercarli nel deposito e riportarli fino alla macchina.

We booked a room that unfortunately was for the wrong dates through a third party. We were told by the third party that they would refund us but that the hotel had to release our reservation. We called them immediately after realizing the dates were wrong which was within an hour. The reservation was for two days from then. The hotel said they would not cancel it. They charged us almost $600 for a room we did not stay in and called in advance to explain our situation. They also did not allow for us to change the days to the days we were actually looking for. While the hotel is lovely and the staff was pleasant even delivering the bad news I won’t be looking to book with them again.

La stanza non è grande, ma è elegante.Il servizio è buono e il bagaglio è molto conveniente.Il bagaglio è anche molto conveniente.La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona e molte negozi possono essere puliti fuori.La prossima volta a Chicago, la scelta di questa casa sarà sempre buona.

Quando vai all'Università di Chicago, scegli un alloggio vicino all'Università di Chicago. L'alloggio all'Hyatt Place è di buona qualità. Lo spazio è abbastanza grande, pulito e ordinato, e la colazione è piuttosto ricca. Ci sono molte persone di colore in giro. ma è un posto sicuro. I trasporti pubblici sono molto vicini e puoi controllare l'orario di arrivo sulla mappa. Non guido la macchina, quindi non conosco la situazione dei parcheggi.

Excellent location with access to red and blue lines and bus networks. And in the centre of the city. A character building with spectacular internal decor. Especially popular with conferences. Room was spacious and included two doubles with usual amenities though we did have to ask for a kettle. Staff very friendly and check in was seamless despite being busy. Two niggles included a $25 daily fee that could be offset by discounts in various parts of the hotel. Though for us it was a tax as we did not want the discounted services. Also cleaning services invariably wanted to service the room when we were in it. Attempts to renegotiate cleaning times did not work and in the end we timed our absence from the room to when cleaners would want to clean room. A very good experience for us nevertheless.
