Hotel a Chicago con piscina

The free breakfast is not a full buffet but a choice of egg and then usually fried potato and beefburger patty or slices of sausage. the rest was tiny yoghurt and bread for toast, or make your own waffles. there is tea coffee and hot chocolate. There was cereal and porridge but sometimes it is made so thin that its not worth eating. There is no tea in the room, just coffee. The machine had a disposable tray but they ran out so I used the same one for 9 days for tea and coffee (i got teabags from the breakfast room). Housekeeping never supplied what you asked for first time, or even second. If you want something and ask at 2pm, you will get it if you chase a couple of times afterwards by 9-10pm. There was also alot of messing about with respect to check out time. I am a member of the loyalty programme which is meant to give you an automatic late checkout. The manager gave it to me but then when I went back to ask about extending it further for a fee, it was clear the other guy behind the counter was on a power trip and the day before started saying I shouldnt have got it and as it was the manager, he wouldnt withdraw it but he could and I should only get an hour and be charged $25/hr after that etc. He was just a mean spiteful man who saw an opportunity to cause worry and distress and he did it. I had luggage to store and it was a late flight so I had to know whether to pack to store it to check out at midday, or 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 (they were messing me about with all times) but this is why I gave a 1 star for service. It is not at all professional but childish and spiteful. I had arranged the extended checkout days before and the day before they were messing me about when I had to pack and had a schedule of things to do? The worst service in any hotel I have ever been in. Hilton is no longer a 5 star experience it seems. 1 star for service.

La stanza era molto pulita, ben attrezzata, bella e le viste erano assolutamente sorprendenti. Ci piaceva la piscina quasi ogni giorno. Tuttavia, il servizio e la gestione sono incredibilmente deludenti. Durante il nostro soggiorno 4-night, il sistema Xfinity TV non funzionava affatto. L'abbiamo riportato al desk front, ma nessuno è apparso. Come fan dello sport, abbiamo perso completamente le finali NHL e la Coppa del mondo del calcio. Inoltre, l'hotel ha tenuto un deposito di $800 sulla mia carta di credito per quasi un mese dal check-out. Ho inviato due email direttamente al direttore generale per chiedere compensazione per le strutture rotte, ma sono stato completamente ignorato.

Friday we got there got to check in early which was great we was on the 8th floor view was great I out the air at 65F bout two clock after hours being gone at 6 clock the room was hot I called down the first desk no problem I’ll have mateinice come right up two hours later nothing I called back down and talk to someone else they insure me that someone will be up an hour I called down and said since no one is coming can I get extra blankets so I can sleep on the floor 450 for a night and they brought the blankets up in no time, very not happy

Le strutture erano buone. Il personale del check-in è stato eccellente e molto accomodante. Al mio ritorno ho scoperto un addebito di 40,00 sulla mia carta. Quando ho chiamato per avere una spiegazione di questo sono stato messo in attesa a lungo, poi mi è stato chiesto il mio numero di conferma che ho dovuto cercare perché non era prontamente disponibile. Quando sono tornato alla chiamata, è stata interrotta. Ho dovuto richiamare, mettere in attesa di nuovo, poi mi è stato chiesto il cognome, non il numero di conferma. Quindi ero un po' confuso a riguardo. Poi mi è stato detto che l'addebito era di 40,00 per il parcheggio, sorpresa sorpresa. Non mi dispiace la tariffa, la sorpresa mi dispiace così come l'atteggiamento condiscendente e scontroso della persona con cui ho parlato. Penso che sceglierò un altro posto nel mio prossimo viaggio a Chicago.

We booked a room that unfortunately was for the wrong dates through a third party. We were told by the third party that they would refund us but that the hotel had to release our reservation. We called them immediately after realizing the dates were wrong which was within an hour. The reservation was for two days from then. The hotel said they would not cancel it. They charged us almost $600 for a room we did not stay in and called in advance to explain our situation. They also did not allow for us to change the days to the days we were actually looking for. While the hotel is lovely and the staff was pleasant even delivering the bad news I won’t be looking to book with them again.

L'hotel è bello e pulito, situato proprio nel centro città. Tuttavia, il servizio del personale addetto al deposito bagagli non è stato molto efficiente; abbiamo dovuto portare i nostri bagagli da soli in hotel, cercarli nel deposito e riportarli fino alla macchina.

My family and I arrived around 330AM on a Friday night/Saturday morning. Service: 4/5 The Night staff was awesome, hospitality was IMPECCABLE! From the receptionist , bellhop helper, security, you name it! I wish I could remember their names but the receptionist was a young African American male about early-mid 20s! The morning crew and afternoon crew need some pointers from the night shift staff because they need some work. Rooms: 3/5 Our room had 2 full size beds, they were nice and spacious for all 4 of us (3 adults & 1 child). No microwave was an inconvenience but it wasn’t too big of a deal since our short was stay. Overall I would rate our stay a 4/5 (Would have been 3.5/5 had it not been for the service we experienced when checking in.

Ave, abbastanza lontano da Michigan, per essere un quartiere tranquillo, ma solo un isolato dall'Ave. La stanza era pulita e confortevole. Il letto era confortevole.

Il personale è meraviglioso. L'hotel è stato aggiornato ma mostra ancora un po'di indossamento. La piscina è bella. In nostra stanza abbiamo notato una tintura marrone sulla spalla vicino alla tavola. Anche l'ultima mattina abbiamo notato che la foglia in una zona aveva un'oca gialla. Oddio. Siamo stati occupati, quindi non abbiamo informato il personale fino a dopo aver lasciato. Questo ha detto, io l'ho notificato e sono stati rispondenti. La posizione sul Michigan è fantastica. Facile da camminare per ristoranti, treni, ecc. La posizione era fab.

我住的客房挺大的，是個套間，裏面是卧室，外面廳。房間裝修有點舊，衞生看起來沒問題。酒店的大堂有餐廳，我們的房費含了早餐，早餐一般。酒店還送了每天25美元的福利，如果在酒店的餐廳吃午餐或晚餐飯的話，可以折讓25美元。傍晚5到7點，還有一杯免費的啤酒可以喝。位於河畔中心區域位置，晚上出門河畔遛彎非常方便，馬路對面還有一個whole foods，方便買東西。總體來講，居住體驗還不錯。
