Hanoi: trova gli hotel più romantici, popolari e convenienti

The hotel was stunning and the staff were overly friendly. The room was clean and best bed/mattress ever!!! A little disapointed as we had booked the Chic Deluxe Room which on the site shows there is a window with a view and a beautiful bathtub, however we got a room that had no bathtub and the window was just pretend with the view of the side of the building. When we checked in and realised it was too late and not worth mentioning as we were only there one night. Other than that, couldnt fault the hotel

非常好的一次體驗！！來之前就跟酒店前台的Jenney溝通了接機服務，由於我們的飛機有點晚點，司機師傅在機場外等了我們好一會，但是司機師傅絲毫沒有怨言，還主動幫我們搬運行李；到了酒店已經是凌晨12點多了，前台小哥哥還在等着我們，並非常迅速的幫我們辦理好了入住。在我們到達酒店時已經飢腸轆轆了，前台小哥哥也主動告知我們哪裡的宵夜好吃，幫了我們的大忙了； 最喜歡酒店天台的泳池和SKYBAR，在這裏欣賞河內的夜景也是十分棒的享受！！ 酒店的早餐種類也非常豐富，我們每天都點了Pho，非常好吃 我們還享受了酒店的SPA按摩，價格合理公道，特別是TINA老師和HANA老師，手法特別棒，推薦來入住的預約SPA服務！

Capella Hano è il prossimo livello. Se vuoi un posto fantastico per passare in bella Hanoi, Capella è il posto per essere. Servizio fantastico dal momento in cui arrivate fino al momento in cui partete. Capisco perché la gente prenota la Capella in Hanoi e non vuole lasciare il posto. Le camere sono classiche, super pulite e semplicemente immaculate. Da caffè al champagne, tutto è fatto eccezionalmente bene. I ristoranti sono belli e i pasti sono bellissimi. Un riconoscimento speciale a Tran Thao, epitomò la Capella. Full di classe, felicità, amicizia e conoscenza. Se cerchi un fattore di wow, niente si avvicina alla Capella di Hanoi.

La stanza era molto bella e spaziosa e ci piaceva quando ci siamo arrivati. La sera abbiamo trovato molti cazzoni nel nostro bagno, e ciò era spaventoso (per noi). Il colazione era molto buono, la piscina sul tetto era ok, mi sentivo un po' freddo quel giorno, però, eravamo li'! La posizione è anche buona, dal momento che è all'interno del vecchio quartiere, molti negozi e caffè vicino.

Stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location in the old quarter is perfect, with everything easily accessible. Despite being near busy streets, the room was very quiet. The breakfast was good, and the staff and receptionists were friendly. The bathroom was nice as well. However, despite recent renovations, the room looked old, and the smart TV didn't function properly, likely due to unstable internet.

This place in old quarter is one of the nicest hostels in the area! The rooms are clean and the beds are nice as well. Besides that, they have a good breakfast to start the day with and the staff is very friendly and supportive. They have helped us very well with organizing the trips and we were very happy with it ! :)

Amazing management, amazing hotel, amazing room, amazing service, amazing location, amazing staff. Liked · What did I like? Where do I start. From my arrival at the airport Jack had sent me a message about arranging transport, but I had already jumped in a taxi, but it was the fact he was checking my movements made me felt that he cared. The following day, he checked on me at breakfast (I'll come back to that) and was wanting to assist with tours and visits. I did book the city tour with him and it was amazing, by the time the tour cam round (Thursday), I had already walked most of the Old Quarter and surrounding areas (Tuesday and Wednesday), but I had missed some stuff and this covered off the check list. Breakfast was a FEAST, normally I would get a ”continental” breakfast, but this was a full on Vietnamese breakfast and you could order either scrambled eggs, omlette's or anything at no extra charge. The staff were polite and keen to help. Jack again was amazing and keen to help with everything. I do recommend arranging airport transfers with him, as it was cheaper than jumping in a taxi. The room was perfect for what I needed, out during the day exploring, then a shower (maybe a nap), then out at night. On that note, the location of the Golden Sails is PERFECT. Right in the heart of the Old Quarter, ”drinking alley” which I liked to called it was out of the hotel, turn right, right again and you're there. Go further a field down the streets and alley ways offer so much more. The Street Train is a mere 18 minutes walk away, I highly recommend you do that, best to go on a Sunday from 6pm. So overall, I can't recommend The Golden Sails enough, I plan to go back one day, go further afield with my tours, but I will book with Jack and his hotel again. Thank you Jack. Disliked · Nothing, well, the coffee cups could have been bigger but I'm from Australia/New Zealand and we like our coffee, but this is the Vietnamese way. The only ”slight” issue I had was the is some construction to the right of the hotel and it goes from Monday to Saturday and disturbed me once or twice. But that will obviously be completed soon, and it's out of Jack's control.

L'hotel appena decorato è molto nuovo, anche ben decorato. Il posto chiave è al bordo della vecchia città, e la calma è molto buona!La cameriera è entusiasta, la signorina Reception è molto on-line, la comunicazione inglese è senza problemi, molto raccomandato! Il senso di accanto è che il loro ministero della difesa o il loro campo militare sono molto sicuro. Il sud è la Gold Street che cambia il Vietnam. Il tasso di cambio è migliore della banca. Possiamo anche affittare una moto vicino, molto conveniente

If I can give more than 5 stars, I will. The staff are very friendly and helpful at all times. The location is fantastic with lots of cafes, spa, shops, marts and travel agencies within walking distance. The night market and the hoan kiem lake are also nearby. The room is clean and comfy. We requested for a room away from the road and we were very satisfied when our request was arranged before we arrived. I will definitely book this hotel again and highly recommend this to everyone.

My stay at concon house in hoan kiem Old Quarter hanoi, has been perfect. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The rooms are perfectly designed all the decorations are so tasteful and the rooms have been designed so they do not feel small - all sheets and towels were lovely fresh clean cotton which were replaced during my stay without me requesting which I appreciated. Considering the busy streets below, the rooms were silent - staff are super responsive to help when your at concon and again over WhatsApp . The rooms look exactly like their stock images with beautiful wooden floors. Loved this place so much I’m returning in a few days time. Thank you concon house
