Thank you very much for taking care of me!!! Mr Anh at Fronk Desk was very polite and helpful finding my padlock which was lost at hotel lobby, after 10 minutes he got it back and send to my room. The hotel is clean, have nice breakfast and very close to the oldtown I will recommend to my friends and family, thank you and keep it up 👍

L'hotel potrebbe essere vecchio ma, cosa più importante, le camere sono spaziose e sembra di essere a casa. E pulite. La pulizia è molto importante per me. Le camere sono ”enormi”! Adoro questa dimensione di oltre 80 mq, è così bello avere camere grandi una volta per tutte!! E i bagni sono puliti e grandi! La posizione è eccellente, è a circa 10 minuti dal quartiere vecchio ma la posizione intorno all'hotel è buona: alcuni bei ristoranti e in genere molto meglio che soggiornare nella zona del quartiere vecchio che può essere un rischio.

The hotel was located on the main street, so there were many restaurants, marts, and coffee shops. The exterior was decorated splendidly. The hotel room was clean, and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was buffet style, and lots of food was served. If you are food lover then i just suggest only this hotel in Hanoi. The staff were kind, too

The staff are very nice, the room is clean and comfotable. I have great time in this hotel. Very convenient location in old quarter....budget friendly...receptionist ms.lieu and owner mr. Tung were allways there n very helpful....maids also very very accomodative....highly recommend this property....

È probabilmente uno dei migliori Novotel che abbia vissuto negli ultimi anni. La gente più notabile è: dalla ricezione al ristorante , tutti sono cortesi e disposti ad aiutare e sinceri, e l'inglese è in generale sufficiente, che è un grande aiuto. I canali TV sono molto completi da CNN, HBO, BBC, CNBC, BOX, che sono ancora meglio di circa 5 stelle hotel. La collezione di colazione è molto ampia e frutta è gioioso , che è un grande modo per iniziare il giorno. Durante la mia visita, i ristoranti dell'hotel non sono affatto ricci, quindi il cibo è molto confortevole e permette una vasta distanza tra le tavole. Il pranzo sul ristorante di topo è molto prezioso per i soldi --- VND 499 K per un BBQ di qualità con carne e alimenti per la pecora. La posizione è sulla strada occupata, ma un numero piuttosto piccolo di ristoranti e caffè a pochi minuti a piedi. Gli unici aspetti per il miglioramento - a causa della lingua , sarebbe bello avere un portaman alla principale entrata per aiutare a dare le linee guida ai conducenti di taxi per garantire che non vi siano malcomunicazioni; e l' illuminazione della stanza può essere migliorata posizionando una lampada di pavimento accanto alla tavola di studio per facilitare la lettura ; e infine il segno del nome dell' hotel sul fronte stradale è troppo piccolo per i conducenti per vedere il nome .

Ok, so the room was beautiful and what was expected. Great tv access, Netflix, apple tv etc. great house keeping staff. The rooftop pool and the bar area lovely, but that is where the nice Bits stop. The level of service Besides housekeeping was below par. Many basic mistakes made in both reception, dining room for dinner and also at the rooftop bar. Rooftop bar does NOT have a happy hour, so this is false advertising. They give you a few crisps, and the drinks are nearly double the price of everywhere else. Couldn't make a Singapore sling, as no cherry liquor, and when I ordered a Mai Tai, what was received was not Mai Tai. Also if they didn't understand something they just wouldn't reply, and I would think I had something coming. One bartender and two supervisors, C'mon on. We also had two nights at the restaurant for dinner, where 3 of us had starters, mains, wine, cocktails etc, so spent a lot. First night was great, but second night, 5th of March was horrific. 4 staff on, and by the way we were the only table there. It felt like we were in a local shop, as the staff just watched us, and talk about over servicing.I would hate to see the service, if even 25% of capacity. I would be getting rid of half of the staff, and actually providing some basic training to them, including how to provide good service, without over servicing, including some basic English skills. The hotel we stayed at previously for one third of the price, had much better service. Summary, lovely room, but definitely not the service to match. Very disappointed.

Nice and new. Clean. Great service from reception and bell boys. Breakfast was good. Used the spa services and it was fine but the massueses were quite rude with their comments and said inappropriate things to my partner in front of me, quite unprofessional. It's their job to provide a service and nothing more. The wait staff in the restaurant serving breakfast were efficient but a little unprofessional as when it hit 10am (when breakfast stopped) they were celebrating amongst themselves. I can understand Vietnamese and perhaps they thought I couldn't understand. I found this to be quite unprofessional, maybe my expectation that they should do their job quietly and efficiently was too much. They also moved me to another table for their convenience as the table I chose to sit at would have been more work for them to clean. I asked why they moved me, when I came back from getting my food, and the reply was that they wanted me to enjoy the view out of the window. This was a blatant lie as my original seat had a better view and was already by the window, I could only conclude that me sitting at a four person table instead of a two person table was inconvenient for them, even though breakfast was about to end and that there was only a few people there finishing their breakfast. I also found that the cleaning staff were just chatting about their daily lives in the elevator in front of me and on corridors. Is it me or should the staff be quiet, intrusive and wait for no guests to be around to gossip and talk? Aside from these aspects of the staff, everything else was good, the food, friendliness, location and cleanliness was on point. Lastly, as the hotel is new, there's still some renovation work going on but it doesn't disturb you from a good night's sleep.

We started our Vietnam tour here in hanoi, the Marina Hotel is in a great location for the old quater of Hanoi. The rooms are very clean and a good size. The beds are very comfortable, so after a busy day it was perfect. The hotel staff are very helpful, excellent service and cannot do enough for you.
