Central to Hanoi Old Quarters. Abundant spa and food. Shopping within walking distance. Some short stairs to climb if your unit is located on different levels. Staff are friendly. Breakfast choices are limited. The tour package guide is friendly and provides info on good local food.

The location is great, it’s right in the old town. The staff is super friendly and nice. They prepared a takeout breakfast for us even though we didn’t tell them that we will earlier, they did it very fast which was very nice of them. Highly recommended.

The hotel staff was very kind and friendly. The location was perfect. It’s in the Old Quarter area, which is the central part of Hanoi. There was an outdoor swimming pool and sauna. We used the sauna, it was great and relaxing. Room was clean and comfy. Food was very tasty.

It is a good hotel. Can be a bit noisy at night, but you'll be able to sleep anyway. Convenient location. Everyone is super kind and helpful. They helped us book tours. They are very nice

I love this hotel so much, booked the balcony room and without going out can see lively old town scenery, food options are decent and good even for non meat eater, and it's walkable to go around the old town

Great hotel, very busy and central location. Good service. Breakfast is okay, I recommend going to nearby cafes instead

A pity no room service for food if not it will be wonderful as it is located in beer street which is super crowded at night.

This is a nice hotel with many restaurants and massage centres around. The service of the hotel was good too.. it’s kinda old but very comfortable. The customer service of the hotel is good too. Recommended more visitors to come and I will definitely come and stay again next time. Great 👍🏻

Only stayed there for one night and feel that overall is ok. Wouldn't recommend to stay for long as it does get noisy at night (guess that's why they provided ear plugs) since it is near the beer street. Difficult to adjust the temperature of the shower - sometimes too cold sometimes too hot. Also wouldn't recommend the hotel breakfast but we were in a rush so just had to take a quick bite before leaving for our next destination. Ok for short stay but may want to consider elsewhere if you are planning to stay for long.

I loved the Hanoi Nostalgia hotel - great room, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast and perfect location.

Hotel location is great as it is surrounded by all things you probably went to Hanoi for (food, coffee, beer, sightseeing, shopping, etc.). The only con is that it can be a little loud at night since it is in the Beer Street area. Breakfast is good and indoor pool is also ok. Room size is on the bigger side but slightly outdated. Nonetheless, it is good enough for the price. The best of all would probably be the hotel staff — very acommodating and know how to go the extra mile.

The hotel is spacious, we had connecting rooms. Beds are comfy, toilet is big. However there were small ants on our beds… a few but still minus points! Location is near beer street, so it was a bit noisy at night. Ear plugs were provided. Breakfast was not the best - food was a bit bland, not exactly tasty. The service was good. Unfortunately due to the typhoon, we had to extend our stay by one night. The hotel staff kindly lent us his personal mobile to make calls with airlines for ＞1 hour. Also arranged for all 5 of us to stay together on the same floor. During the typhoon they ensured we were safe. Overall: would recommend in a natural disaster LOL

We traveled from Sapa in late evening.but the staff were so kind and smile. The room was neat and clean. We also enjoyed breakfast in the following morning. Thank you.

A great hotel in a great location. Lots of great drinks and dinner spots nearby. They also organise tours at competitive rates (Ninh Bình is worth checking out) and airport pick ups / drop offs were cheaper than other hotels. And do yourself a favour and go to Cafe Giảng to try their egg coffee.
