Hanoi: i migliori hotel a 5 stelle

The hotel was stunning and the staff were overly friendly. The room was clean and best bed/mattress ever!!! A little disapointed as we had booked the Chic Deluxe Room which on the site shows there is a window with a view and a beautiful bathtub, however we got a room that had no bathtub and the window was just pretend with the view of the side of the building. When we checked in and realised it was too late and not worth mentioning as we were only there one night. Other than that, couldnt fault the hotel

This was one of our best experiences at a hotel anywhere in the world. We had so much gracious assistance from all of our staff, especially from Tan, who helped us enjoy our stay in so many ways. Our room was beautiful and extremely comfortable. All the food was delicious, including the amazing breakfast buffet. Tea and happy hour were so fun and memorable. We will definitely never forget our stay and look forward to staying at Sofitel in Hanoi again soon!

The location is really great. Near vincom mall, the breakfast is great too. All thr staff are very helpful

L'ambiente è molto buono, le camere sono molto pulite, l'attrezzatura è nuovissima, l'atteggiamento del servizio è molto buono, anche il prezzo è ragionevole e la zona circostante è comoda per mangiare e fare shopping. Anche la colazione è molto ricca, soggiornano molti stranieri europei e americani, questo dimostra che è anche buona, tornerò anche la prossima volta……………

La sua classica eleganza e l'ospitalità leggendaria creano un soggiorno davvero eccezionale. Le spa spaziose e il spa indulgente garantiscono un soggiorno rilassante e confortevole. I pittorici giardini con la più grande piscina della città offrono un bel po'di tempo nel cuore di Hanoi. La sua posizione vicino al Lago Thu Le è perfetta per esplorare le principali visione della città. Molto raccomandato

The hotel was excellent in terms of service and location. Though the breakfast food selection was a bit short for a 5-star hotel and the rooms are small, the staff makes up for it with their warm behaviour and service.the rooftop bar and restaurant is an amazing place to have some drinks or dinner. The view overlooking the lake and old quarters becomes breathtaking at night. Highly recommended for comfortable stays. However a bit lower price of the rooms would be great, mainly because of the fact that other hotels with similar price range has bigger rooms and other facilities to offer.

L'esperienza del check-in ha superato le aspettative! Le camere singole executive con letto king size originariamente prenotate per i dipendenti dell'azienda sono state sostanzialmente trasformate in camere deluxe con due camere da letto, due o tre letti. Le camere sono molto grandi e molto pulite. Anche l'isolamento acustico è molto buono. Anche io, che ho il sonno leggero, ho dormito bene. L'attrezzatura della camera è completamente attrezzata. Purtroppo la porta del balcone non può essere aperta e la strada vicino all'hotel è in costruzione, quindi le condizioni stradali non sono molto buone. Anche il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono e accogliente. La colazione è ricca di varietà. Se andrò ad Hanoi la prossima volta, questo hotel sarà sicuramente la mia prima scelta!

Ho soggiornato in molti hotel nei miei centinaia di viaggi all'estero, ma l'Apricot Hotel Hanoi è uno degli hotel che offre il miglior servizio. La posizione, la pulizia, il servizio umano, i pasti, il servizio ristorante, la piscina e il centro benessere erano perfetti. Invece dei servizi standardizzati e meccanici degli hotel delle grandi catene, l'Apricot Hotel Hanoi fornisce servizi personalizzati come se fossimo parte di una famiglia. In particolare, la sig. Jenny (Janny?) ha fatto del suo meglio per aiutarci a trovare il miglior ristorante e le migliori attrazioni vietnamite autentiche vicino all'hotel, anche se era incinta e aspettava un bambino molto presto. Tutti i membri della mia famiglia le augurano un parto sano e sicuro. SIG. KIEN del banco della portineria ci ha fornito assistenza completa, compresa la guida per un ristorante decente in città e l'organizzazione del trasporto a SAPA. Inoltre, i drink che ho gustato con la mia famiglia mentre ascoltavo spettacoli dal vivo di alto livello presso la Lobby Lounge hanno contribuito al mio divertimento. La mia famiglia non avrà altra scelta che andare all'Apricot Hotel di Hanoi. Se stai considerando il miglior hotel per un viaggio in famiglia ad Hanoi, soggiorna all'Apricot Hotel.

The rooms are spacious and clean and the toilet is also big and equipment with automated bidet seat and a gold bathtub. The location is convenient to get food around the area and there is a circle k convenience store nearby. However, the breakfast wasn't so fantastic as the selection was not much for cooked food and the taste was not really nice.
