Hanoi: i migliori hotel a 5 stelle

The hotel was stunning and the staff were overly friendly. The room was clean and best bed/mattress ever!!! A little disapointed as we had booked the Chic Deluxe Room which on the site shows there is a window with a view and a beautiful bathtub, however we got a room that had no bathtub and the window was just pretend with the view of the side of the building. When we checked in and realised it was too late and not worth mentioning as we were only there one night. Other than that, couldnt fault the hotel

the hotel offers a charming blend of historical ambiance with well-maintained facilities that don’t feel outdated. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the staff are incredibly helpful, though sometimes their attention to detail can feel a bit too much. The breakfast is a highlight with a great selection of delicious food—absolutely loved it. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Hanoi.

Il servizio e l'hotel erano meravigliosi. Il personale dell'hotel è andato fuori dal modo per assicurarci il miglior servizio, soprattutto il tizio che si chiama Huyen al concierge. Era il mio compleanno e mi hanno sorpreso con una torta molto bella. In generale, consiglio molto questo hotel. Anche se è costoso per notte, il loro servizio vale ogni cento speso.

L'ambiente è molto buono, le camere sono molto pulite, l'attrezzatura è nuovissima, l'atteggiamento del servizio è molto buono, anche il prezzo è ragionevole e la zona circostante è comoda per mangiare e fare shopping. Anche la colazione è molto ricca, soggiornano molti stranieri europei e americani, questo dimostra che è anche buona, tornerò anche la prossima volta……………

Seriously a great hotel. Breakfast is well made and quite big selection. Fresh Pho Bo is just perfect. Nothing to complain here. the rooms are a little bit smaller - but for a hotel in this location absolutely quiet and fine. You have an amazing place to start your Hanoi activities… The team is doing a fantastic job. Service is impeccable. Really amazing.

Stayed here for 3D2N. Noteworthy points: 1. Very professional concierge and service staffs. 2. Apartment provides full suite of amentities - lounge, breakfast area, indoor children’s play area, gym, pool, yoga/dance studio, golf simulator. Perfect for long stays 3. Rooms were spacious and fully equipped. Shout out to Somerset for providing a large bottled water to last us throughout our stay. 4. Very clean rooms. 5. Apartment is located outside of Old Quarter - approximately 20-25mins drive. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Entrata impressionante con una breve passeggiata per qualsiasi cosa si desidera/necessita a Hanoi. L'ingresso è stato un brindisi quando siamo arrivati a mezzogiorno. Il lobby di livello 1 e il ristorante di livello 2 sono opuliti e ben serviti con personale competente e fluente inglese. La stanza che avevo era ben presentata, molto pulita e ben servita. Grande cucchiaini!! Bagno piccolo, ma funzionale con una doccia grande a due vie. Il denaro può essere scambiato alla ricezione a circa il tasso di mercato. Il colazione al livello 2 ha qualcosa per tutti. Vietnamita, pasticceria occidentale e eccellente. Frutta fresca e un grande bar a noodle. Il personale di attesa e cuochi sono esperti e possono creare molto di tutto su richiesta. Il menu di servizio in camera è spartano ma ragionevolmente prezzi e ben presentato e consegnato caldo. Pasta, pizza, hamburger e (senza dubbio) Ph. Per coloro che non conoscono il caffè vietnamita, fissare la cintura prima di provare. Questa bevanda sveglierà il sonno più profondo in secondi. Servizi concierge sono efficaci e non intrusivi. Il mini-supermarket si trova a circa 100 metri dalla porta anteriore, dove si può trovare il razzo che si dimentica tra le altre necessità. In cinque minuti a piedi troverete molto di tutto quello che potete pensare. C'è un tetto bar e piscina al livello 10 e, per essere onesti, questo è un po' deludente. La piscina funziona, ma i dintorni sono un po' stanchi e potrebbero fare con un upgrade. Non un spettacolo in alcun modo. L'ascensore funziona, l'elettricità è al 100% disponibile e il wifi è veloce e coerente. Il servizio di lavanderia è veloce e ragionevolmente costoso. Se vuoi lavare fuori, ci sono diversi servizi disponibili vicino a USD$1.50 per chilo. La mia squadra di 3 è rimasta qui per 12 giorni e ha goduto molto delle strutture e dell'ospitalità. Mi fermerò di nuovo in qualsiasi giorno della settimana!!

L'hotel potrebbe essere vecchio ma, cosa più importante, le camere sono spaziose e sembra di essere a casa. E pulite. La pulizia è molto importante per me. Le camere sono ”enormi”! Adoro questa dimensione di oltre 80 mq, è così bello avere camere grandi una volta per tutte!! E i bagni sono puliti e grandi! La posizione è eccellente, è a circa 10 minuti dal quartiere vecchio ma la posizione intorno all'hotel è buona: alcuni bei ristoranti e in genere molto meglio che soggiornare nella zona del quartiere vecchio che può essere un rischio.
