La posizione dell'hotel è buona. È molto vicino all'ingresso della metropolitana della linea 6. This is my third night in this hotel, yes, I decide to extend stay in this hotel. Breakfast is good as before. Room is clean and the check all amenities. Across the hotel there’s Mall but rather empty of visitor. 1 station with MRT there’s a bigger and nice mall lots of restaurant and snack. Surrely will stay in this hotel if I visit my son again.

Comparable with brands such as Aman, Banyan Tree and Ahn Luh.
As you enter the property over a causeway, through a pond of lily pads, you will view the traditional architecture of the lobby house and know you have arrived somewhere special.
As you progress through the hotel you will find a beautiful infinity pool, overlooking the wetland. This is adjoined to a library, where a variety of cultural activities such as incense making and tea craft are offered each day.
Across from the pool is the hotel’s restaurant. Where breakfast, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed , whilst taking in more views of the wetlands natural beauty.
The room itself was beautifully appointed, with modern facilities including a Dyson hairdryer and a refrigerator stocked with numerous beverages, that were all complimentary.
Before departing Shanghai, I received a call from Felipe, who provided me with an excellent butler service throughout my stay. She confirmed my arrival time and offered to help with any transfers.
Once I arrived, Felipe and Ethan from front desk showed me around the property and introduced the room and its facilities thoroughly. Felipe added my WeChat and would be available for me anytime I needed.
Whilst at the pool, I asked Felipe whether I could order some snacks. Not only did she have them delivered quickly, but also confirmed whether they had arrived. That was very kind and thoughtful of her.
The following day, I asked Felipe for ideas of things to do that do after breakfast. As soon as I took my last sip of coffee, a boat was waiting for me. The captain of the boat was Simon, one of the hotel’s managers and a former Aman employee. Felipe and Simon gave me a boat tour around the property, followed by a personal and complimentary tour of the village, where I was bought some local persimmons.
It was the aesthetic of a luxury, Jiangnan style hotel that initially attracted me. However, it was the warm, heartfelt service that made this trip so enjoyable.
If there was anything that could be improved, I would suggest widening the dining options, supplying English menus and improving table watching in the restaurant.
Parents should also be aware that the pool is quite deep and they need to accompany their children at all times.
That being said, Savoir is a wonderful hotel with amazing service and the perfect destination for a few days rest from the noisy and busy outside world.

我定的是壹號院，有露天小天井還有茶座。置物架上有送的小點心，還有送歡迎水果，晚上還送現磨的芝麻糊，酒店在這些細節方面很用心。
壹號院每一間房都帶地暖，空調温度設定到31度以上，地暖就啟動了，所以儘管1度左右的寒冷天，倒也不覺得冷。
壹號院是非常有禪意的小院，房間也好、茶室也好，都很有意境。採取的是管家式服務，小胡管家事事想到了前面，及時提議，有需求反應速度也很快。年紀輕輕的小姑娘，不容易呢！
他家的餐廳，味道非常不錯，因為下雨懶得出去，就在餐廳吃了晚餐，味道很不錯呢。
早餐，品種非常豐富，一位經理模樣的女士，熱心服務，幫我們拉烤爐過來取暖，給我們拿烤桔，添茶……賓至如歸的感覺。
餐廳的外圍是茶園，如果天氣不是很冷的話，可以把門打開，田園風光即在眼前。
很好的一家酒店，以後還會去。

GGunxiaomiemieHo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole in questo hotel. Lo stile di design dell'hotel è davvero unico e la stanza è piena di una calda a**osfera. UUtente ospiteLe persone che di solito soggiornano solo negli hotel a cinque stelle arrivano in hotel la sera e ripartono la mattina presto, quindi hanno prenotato questo hotel dopo un'analisi approfondita.
Trasporti: l'uscita D2 della stazione Fengqi Road della linea 1 della metropolitana è a soli 50 metri accanto alla porta dell'hotel, il che è davvero comodo. Prendi la linea 1 dell'Alta Velocità per cinque fermate e arrivi in mezz'ora.
Trasferimento: Fengqi Road è il punto di trasferimento tra la linea 1 e la linea 2.
Colazione: molto buona, con molte varietà e posizioni, pulita e igienica, migliore di alcune colazioni a cinque stelle. altamente raccomandato.
Attrazioni: vai al Tempio Lingyin ed esci dalla porta sul retro del parcheggio della hall dell'hotel. Sulla sinistra c'è l'uscita F. Dopo essere scesi, vai all'uscita E della metropolitana sul lato opposto (a circa 20 metri). è una fermata dell'autobus della linea speciale Lingyin, che costa 5 yuan a persona, direttamente al Tempio Lingyin. Non c'è marciapiede a terra e non è possibile attraversare la strada, quindi prendere il canale sotterraneo della metropolitana è in realtà il più veloce di recente.
Trasporto bagagli su e giù per la stazione della metropolitana: salendo dall'uscita D2 della metropolitana, c'è una scala mobile diretta che sale, il che è molto amichevole per gli amici che trasportano bagagli. Per scendere, assicurati di prendere l'uscita F dal parcheggio sul retro della hall. C'è una scala mobile diretta che scende laggiù.
Visualizzazione: c'è un ampio balcone all'aperto per la colazione al 12° piano. Si può vedere il Lago Ovest, ma l'angolazione non è sufficiente. Si consiglia di andare direttamente al Lago Ovest.
Mercato notturno: cammina dritto lungo Hao'er Alley fuori dall'hotel e raggiungerai il mercato notturno più frequentato di Wulin in 5 minuti. Ci sono molte bancarelle e negozi. Anche se non compri nulla, semplicemente passeggiare è una specie di di passatempo. Ho comprato gadget al mercato notturno, ho mangiato panini allo scalogno, cosce di pollo, ecc. dalla bancarella di Nicholas Tse e ho anche cenato in un ristorante lungo la strada. Sono tutti disponibili KFC, Pizza Hut, Heytea, Momo Yoghurt, Crab Sambao, Sheng Zao Lu shop, ecc.
Centro commerciale: c'è un Kerry Centre a 500 metri dall'hotel. Penso che non ci siano molte persone nel centro commerciale. Ci sono diversi ristoranti per mangiare e alcuni per comprare vestiti. Si consiglia di prendere la metropolitana con una sola fermata fino alla più trafficata Longxiang Road, Yintai 77, dove puoi trovare di tutto per mangiare, giocare e comprare. È il posto più popolare nella via pedonale di Hangzhou.
West Lake: ci vuole un po' per raggiungere a piedi il West Lake, ma va bene.

Camera: Le bevande nel piccolo frigorifero sono gratuite, la frutta di benvenuto viene consegnata al momento del check-in, ai bambini viene consegnato un set di cortesia. Il telecomando della TV è avvolto in un involucro di plastica, molto igienico. Le strutture complessive sono buone e il bagno è abbastanza grande.
Unico neo: la camera delle celebrità è una sala fumatori, con scatole di fiammiferi e posacenere sul tavolo. Dopo aver soggiornato per una notte, ho sentito l'odore del fumo di sigaretta intorno alla mia testa. Era molto sgradevole. Quando me ne sono andato, ho visto mia zia pulire le altre stanze e cambiare le lenzuola, il che significava che era l'odore rimasto .

Siamo rimasti colpiti dal livello di reattività del personale alle nostre esigenze e il personale dell'hotel è molto attento e ci ha offerto una bottiglia di vino extra. acqua durante il nostro soggiorno, un regalo di frutta durante la nostra ultima notte (senza che lo chiedessimo). Grazie a Sam e Alan alla reception che forniscono un eccellente servizio di assistenza clienti e alla cameriera che ha fatto un buon lavoro nel mantenere la pulizia della camera a casa. La colazione a buffet offre scelte sia locali che occidentali Altamente raccomandato.
La cosa positiva di questo hotel è che è vicino alla stazione ferroviaria/metropolitana di Hangzhou. E il servizio dell'hotel è molto attento. Siamo rimasti molto colpiti da quanto il personale fosse attento alle nostre esigenze, il personale dell'hotel era molto attento e ci ha dato più bottiglie d'acqua durante il nostro soggiorno e frutta l'ultima notte (cosa che non abbiamo chiesto). Grazie a Sam e Alan alla reception per il loro eccellente servizio clienti e alle cameriere che hanno fatto un ottimo lavoro mantenendo pulita la stanza. Alla domanda se ho qualche suggerimento, non ho alcun suggerimento perché la stanza è molto pulita e ogni membro del personale è eccezionale, indipendentemente dal reparto in cui si trova al primo piano o dal ristorante all'ottavo piano. Come turista, il mio cuore è molto sentito Caldo. La stanza è davvero carina, si vede che è stata pulita con cura. Poi ho dimenticato le mie cose e non ci ho nemmeno pensato. Il personale dell'hotel mi ha persino chiamato e mi ha detto di inviarmeli tramite SF Express. L'ho calcolato e non c'era bisogno di spendere troppi soldi me e ho detto di non preoccuparmi. MMukulDear Trip Manager , Make sure hotel’s top management reads this message . I had checked out around 1.50 pm on 1st then gone to watch hockey match and after match directly drove to Shanghai. After Shanghai around 8.45 pm released I left my & families passport in locker of the wardrobe , locker was left open therefore no password required to open . I immediately called hotel’s front desk first spoke to lady she told exact locatio n of three passports. I waited for 20 minutes then called again this fine spoke to another person “ Wu” , he was more responsive and told he will check and assured to call back but he didn’t call back . I called after about 20 minutes he told he found a gold chain . This my gold chain I asked him again did he find passport he told “ no , think else was found “. Actually he didn’t send anybody to room to check . He lied ! . I told him to check again as I told him exact place of my passport. He said he will get it checked . I waited again for about 20 minutes again and called again spoke to him this time he told that another guest has checked in and therefore they cannot as guest is not in room . He told me to wait until guest comes back . Hotel’s housekeeping staff had found my chain in afternoon while cleaning and gave it front desk . Actually hotel should have called me on mobile immediately but wondering why this such kind of negligence . Absolutely disappointed. We kept on calling a few time until 1.15 am , my wife called atleast 10-15 times . Front desk staff kept on saying cannot enter room as guest hasn’t comeback . Meanwhile I had contacted via your app to three agents they said they will come back in one hour but nobody did …..!!! I had called around 1.15 am to hotel and told them I have no option to call police . Then Wu told he wait for 10 minutes , he called back and told to call police . I called 110 gave full information to police and with 10 minutes local police station called back to verify and after about 10-15 minutes I called Police again they said front desk has found my passports . If front desk had not authority to enter thek should have given option to call police and then they could enter room to search . Untrained unprofessional staff made me suffer for 4 & half ours . I will tell this story to all and will tell to all to never stay in this hotel ever …. Thanks

DDongfangdagang1La stanza è più comoda per dormire, nessun odore, la scrivania vicino alla finestra è troppo pratica, è bello sedersi e leggere e scrivere, l'hotel è molto ben posizionato, molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana, al piano di sotto c'è un grande supermercato, molto comodo e il personale della reception ha un atteggiamento speciale Buon servizio, voce molto amichevole! La prossima volta che vengo a vivere a Jinjiang Inn!

We were looking forward to our stay but poor and dishonest communication and service unfortunately ruined it. It started at arrival, where they had told us there would be someone to help us carry our bags up the 10-minute long steep incline to the accommodation, but there was nobody. The manager, who met us to guide us, did not help us herself until we literally had to stop from exhaustion.
Most importantly, when we arrived we were taken to a different room than we had originally booked. The hotel manager kept insisting this was an upgrade, but the room did not have most of the amenities we paid for. It also had a foul odor.
When we checked the price of the room she was trying to give us as an “upgrade”, it was 500 RMB/night less than our original room. They had offered us no money off at all. When we showed the manager this, she made excuses, saying the price depends on the “family” and is automatically “adjusted” which is was obviously a lie.
Finally, after much arguing, we were moved into our original room. We requested an extra pillow and a blanket multiple times. She only gave us a flat sheet, saying we could use the pillow and blanket from the bed.
On our second night, we confirmed in advance that we wanted non-spicy to low spicy food. It came extemely spicy, covered in chillies and chilli oil. The manager blamed the ayi. The food was delicious but unfortunately I could barely eat it because it was just too spicy.
When leaving, the manager was trying to rush us out because the taxi we had requested came early. She said no goodbye to us, told us to hurry and “go, go, go”. Later she sent us a goodbye message on wechat.
The location and the infrastructure of the hotel are beautiful. It is a great place to relax and reflect. The old ladies working there were friendly and lovely. However, the manager was patently trying to take advantage of us, and not listening to us or communicating honestly or clearly.
We wanted to come back to this hotel with our friends, but we will look for another hotel in Qiandao that will not try to take advantage of us.
