L'atteggiamento del servizio alla reception era abbastanza buono, ma il liquame nella stanza puzzava, non so se fosse il bagno o il lavandino. C'è una macchia inspiegabile su una parte dell'asciugamano per il viso, spero che possa essere migliorata.

Soddisfatto del servizio. L'atteggiamento del servizio è buono, finché vieni a dormire, non riesci a dormire bene. 1. Ho un fuoristrada e non può essere parcheggiato perché è pieghevole. Mi sono stati dati 100 yuan sul lato della strada come credito orario per il parcheggio. 2. La stanza è così piccola e non c'è il frigorifero. 20, era morbido e il giorno dopo mi sono svegliato con un mal di testa nelle ossa. Non buono come quello ordinario. 3. La colazione è un po' scarsa.

Hotel Location is very good , only 50 meters from metro station . Room is comfortable, cleanliness and reasonable price for stay in Hangzhou. Not far from West Lake the Iconic scene. Can walk or by bus from hotel . Totally recommend for this hotel .

Its location is great, placed near both metro no.2 exit and bus stop. Staff both front desk and cleaning staffs are very nice and very helpful. just only one thing that I not fully appreciate is the smart toilet its claim is not that smart since it has no auto bidet.

Really friendly staff and great location next to many shops and metro station. They have rooms with a seating corner and tea-set which I think was very cute. No negatives really as all was very fine!

The hotel is very close to the metro station. The reception staffs are very friendly & helpful & upgraded our room to bigger room type. Breakfast has many varieties and many eateries around the hotel area. Overall a good stay at Ji Hotel.

I love this hotel. Everything look new and clean. Bed very comfy. Breakfast is good. The scent of the hotel smell relax. It's very near train station.

Pros: Spacious room with a beautiful tea set. Good location near major sites and right at the subway’s exit. There were also various food options and convenience stores. Washer and dryer were clean and easy to use. Cool robots that’ll do food delivery. Cons: Strange room layout with the basin far away from the toilet. Not enough desk space and only 1 bedside table. Bathroom was lacking conditioner and lotion. Cleanliness - there was a little bug in the room and a tea leaf in the pot (from the previous guest…?) when I first checked-in 😵💫 We booked 2 rooms but was given 1 without window - which wasn’t stated at the time of booking 😵💫 One of our rooms was at the end of the corridor and it was noisy as you can hear the constant buzzing of the carpark!! Overall the hotel was okay for a short stay but pretty pricey for this quality.
