Molto nella media, troppo rumoroso, letto scomodo

L'ambiente è davvero nella media e devi installare tu stesso i giochi per computer, il che è completamente in contrasto con le caratteristiche di un hotel di e-sport.

Very good apartment loft, was easy to check in and also they were accommodating in upgrading us to a better room with a better view as requested, they were very friendly as well and everything was nice in the apartment, including having a sofa and TV, we connected our laptop to the TV and it worked, its very close also to the METRO station, line 19, I highly recommend this place if you want more of a home stay feel rather than a hotel, you will enjoy it more, all in all a great place to book if you are in Hangzhou for business or just traveling holiday. They speak English as well.

Very nice place and facilities are in good condition. Very nice and polite staff. Love the location as is less than 5 min walk to metro station.

This service suite is quite close to Metro station Line19 which is good for free and easy travellers. This line is direct linked to airport also. Three beds which is just fit to our family of five members. Value for money and we stay here for three night comfortably. Children like this suite as it is big enough and with mezzanine floor. Wife like it because of the Washing machine provided.

設施，環境，價位，都非常可以，唯一的一點要改進的，就是那空調濾網應該是800年沒洗過，空調開到最大，風幾乎吹不出來，衹好自己清洗了！ 不過説實在的，綜合評價來説，這性價比，還是可以的。

房間乾淨舒適，服務滿分好評，停車方便

(+) Checkin mudah (+) Host ramah (+) Lokasi sangat dekat dengan stasiun haichuangyuan. (-) saat kami masuk ada bau dari toilet. Belakang pintu kamar mandi kotor. Saya pikir sudah waktunya untuk deep cleaning.

每次過來辦事都住這邊，環境很好，地理位置優越，樓下就有19號線直接能到城裡。附近有一些飯店，也很方便。服務態度好，入住方便。
