L'hotel è ok per il prezzo. È un po' distante dalla metropolitana, ma è a circa 15 minuti in bicicletta. La stazione est di Hangzhou è a 20 minuti di bicicletta. L'hotel in sé non è male per dormire. C'è una piccola palestra, ma praticamente nessuna attrezzatura. Le finestre della stanza sono molto sporche dall'esterno, il pavimento della stanza stessa era un po' sporco. Ma la stanza in sé è abbastanza buona, c'è una TV molto grande. La colazione è scarsa, meglio non prenderla, ma mangiare altrove. A colazione non c'era nemmeno il caffè.

The receiption officer helped us to get food of our taste and they were proactive in helping all our needs inspite of the language differences. I m heartful to thanks tgeir gesture toward Indian travellers. Thanks a ton.

The hotel room is cleaned and neat. Except there is no amenities. The reception is helpful if you need anything for directional. The mrt station is located 20 minutes away and you can find some shops for your groceries need and foods just 5 minutes walk. I would recommend this hotel bcos the price is reasonable.

I was looking for a hotel near the train station. Just to sleep for one night. I wish I had stayed at this hotel longer! Don’t be fooled by the surrounding area, this hotel is quite nice! The room was very clean and quiet, it even has a mini fridge. The tv is bigger than average hotel room televisions, the only problem was I could not turn the tv off. I pressed the button many times and it would not turn off so I just slept with it on. Maybe it was just that particular room or I did something wrong? The water pressure of the shower is perfect and the bed is so clean and comfortable! The staff was very kind and professional! This is the perfect hotel to choose in this area!

A budget hotel with bad breakfast menu. Its in a highway so you can imagine the noise throughout the night. The tv was not working and took time to be fixed we had to call services many times. Overall the room was clean and had a back massage chair which was good. I

真是忍無可忍 本來不想評價 下午4點入住 第一個房間917 放下行李準備上廁所翻開馬桶蓋 上面的黃色污漬立起來的一根毛瞬間嚇我一跳！這什麼衞生，太噁心了 聯繫前台換了房間到927 一進房間我就檢查馬桶（他家都是全自動）發現馬桶插頭開關是關着的 我就給他開了 結果我人在房間 沒有任何東西會感應它 每隔5分鐘它就會自動大沖洗一次 聲音非常大！！！第一次聯繫前台 讓我每上一次廁所自己開一下開關，上完把它關了就不會吵了！我繼續打電話前台，讓阿姨來查看 阿姨也説搞不好師傅不在就走了。第三次聯繫前台，女經理説再換個房間到11樓吧，我説行。到這裏我已經很生氣了。接着過了幾分鐘又打電話來説，他們其他房間馬桶也是這樣的情況，説可能換過去還是這樣，我説怎麼可能呢？我第一個去的房間917我在裏面呆了10分鐘馬桶一次沒響啊！！！怎麼可能所有馬桶都會這樣呢？毫無邏輯。然後經理又説那你要不要再換到第一次的房間917，説那個臟馬桶阿姨已經搞乾淨了，問我願不願意再去，我當然不願意了，誰心裏都會膈應！其實到這裏我已經不想説話了，對這個酒店的處理問題的態度非常不滿，過了幾分鐘一個男服務員來帶我去了9樓另一個房間，馬桶是沒問題了，結果洗手枱下面那塊地板嘎吱嘎吱響，地板都壞的，耽誤了我幾個小時休息時間，換了三個房間，給我的還是有問題的房間！我真的很想罵人，房間都是在高架邊上，非常吵！！！雙層玻璃和耳塞都沒用！！一個晚上沒有睡，精神都崩潰了！！這個酒店的衞生和隔音真的避雷，千萬別來！！！！ 還有剛入住幾分鐘就打電話問你入住體驗！真的很反感，我現在告訴你，入住體驗非常差！！ 自助早餐:早餐也一般，吃的東西不多

定的豪華家庭套房 二個房間和床都很大 衞生間和電視就衹有一個 （不是很方便 ）房間內有按摩椅子很好 。淋浴房有點滲水希望能夠安排維修。希望能完善入住的制度 到下午二點多才想起來安排我們暫時休息在其他房間（因為我門定的房間客人還沒有退房）。前台的員工還很有道理地説 是二點以後才能入住，請問這位員工可以人性化一點嗎 沒看到我還帶則80歲媽媽一起入住 。免費停車方便 早餐豐富 對得起這個價格。

因兒子考雅思，住在宜必思，地理位置很好，離浙大華家池校區很近，房間乾淨，停車方便，服務人員態度真的不錯，性價比高，下次有機會還會來住。
