La stanza è pulita e igienica, e la camera da letto è molto buona.Il parcheggio è conveniente per il parcheggio.La posizione dell'hotel è conveniente. Dopo il ponte di rinnovamento dell'era, il ponte di riposo può raggiungere il lago occidentale, la strada del fiume Yangtze e altri punti turistici.Ancora vicino ai punti turistici del lago Yangtze di Liu Mountain!!! L'unica insufficiente è che la stanza del secondo piano è al contrario della stanza di scudo, con un rumore alto.Si consiglia di scegliere la stanza sopra il terzo piano.

We were a group of 8 (2 families - 5 adults and 3 kids) and stayed for a wonderful 4 days/3 nights. We found the staff very friendly & helpful - a special thank you to 彭定康 at the front desk for all his effort to answer our questions and ensure that we were having a pleasant time. The facilities looked to be well maintained and of good quality. We were satisfied with the food for breakfast and dinner, especially the fish dishes, bamboo and steamed buns.
Our older son (8 years old) especially loved the Player One Arcade and the rope climbing area - thank you to Jasmine and her father for guiding him through it. Our younger son (3 years old) loved exploring the Neverland play area and going down the water slides in the water park.
Our only disappointment was at the water park - it seemed to be geared towards younger children and there was not much for children between 1m and 1.5m or anyone over 90kg or adults to do. The only faster slides that were open were the Time Warp (which I enjoyed), the 2-Person slide and the 4-person slide. For some reason, riders needed to be within 5kg of each other to ride the 2-Person slide (I find this ridiculous) and we did not have enough in our party over 1.5m and under 90kg to use the 4-person slide. The adults and older children spent most of the time at the wave pool. It would be good if the resort management could add more activities to the water park to allow more people to enjoy the facilities.

細節決定成敗！本來是打算帶着娃旅行週五晚上隨便住一晚的，結果各種細節加上“280+”的價格，性價比一下子體現得淋漓盡致啊！
首先，地理位置位於湘湖國家旅遊度假區，邊上湘湖娃哈哈酒店、開元森泊度假酒店等眾多親子酒店取地，不論環境還是硬件設施都很棒！
説説酒店配備的設施細節，小童拖鞋、洗漱用品一應俱全，適合家庭親子出遊；房間配備洗衣液、酒店配備洗衣房，適合商旅出行；酒店電梯衹能刷卡運行，刷卡後自動前往指定樓層，安全性高。房間有任何物品需求也會有機器人送至房間。停車也全免費！
最後説説服務，因為入住當天晚到了，客服還特地電話確認情況，辦理入住手續的時候還特地提醒在不同平台重複訂房，應當取消其中一個訂單，非常貼心。
可以説這次入住完全顛覆了我對“如家”品牌的認知，下次來杭州蕭山區還會選擇這家！👍

UUtente ospiteLovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand.
I would say some things for improvement are as follows:
Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here.
Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left!
Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated.
The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better).
The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on
携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better.
The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels.

AAnna in ChinaIt was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget.
Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment.
The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious!
Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration!
After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice.
To conclude what we loved the most about this hotel:
1. Attentive and caring service
2. Nature and beautiful surroundings
3. Very good location: just next to the West lake park and bridges. Walkable distance to the famous night show Impression and Su Causeway. Not far away to Leifeng pagoda and Longjing and Meijiawu villages.
4. Good Chinese restaurant with a terrace just next to the tea plantation
5. Amazing tea
Me and my husband had a great time in Xunzhenshe. Highly recommend it to those who love places with soul.

YYYFUNThe hotel location is quite convenient, it's just a 6-10mins walking distance to the nearest metro station (subway), 16-20mins driving distance to Xiaoshan airport.
There are restaurants, convenience stores, supermarket, and pharmacies within walking distance.
It contains complete facilities with a restaurant for breakfast, a self-serve laundry, and a fitness room.
The double room is spacious, clean and hygienic, with all the necessary items in the room like a hair dryer, a kettle, a fridge, cups, free mineral waters and coffee.
The staffs at the front desk are nice, friendly and helpful, very good in service.
The only problem is that on the last day of my stay, there was a sudden problem with the light in the room. It would automatically go out every 10 mins+, and it would go out completely until the room is completely dark. I would either turn it on manually or call Xiaodu to turn on the light. But this is not only inconvenient but also scary, especially when I'm in the bathroom and suddenly the light went totally off. At first I thought I would check out in a few hours and just bear with it, but then it was too terrifying so I asked the front desk to change my room. Later on, I was told that the entire 9th and 10th floors had this problem and the rooms on these 2 floors were not rented out. (Does that mean I was the only one ”communicating” with the light in the room at the end of the corridor on the 10th floor alone that night? Why didn't you tell me earlier!) Hopefully, it's fixed before renting out the room again, and please make some arrangements for your customers if the similar issue happens again, especially I reported the issue in the afternoon and your engineer came and inspected the problem, you should have known that the issue couldn't be fixed, you can't imagine how scary it was. Anyway, the staffs were still acting quite fast when I finally changed my mind to request to change the room, a guy came and moved my luggage to the 8th floor as per my request.

美中不足的是，在我入住的最后一天，房间的灯突然出了问题，每隔10几分钟就会自动熄灭一次，而且是整个熄灭导致房内漆黑一片。我要嘛就手动打开，或是呼叫小度把灯打开。但这样不仅不方便而且也很可怕，尤其是我在卫生间的时候，突然之间就伸手不见五指。我原本想说还有几个小时就退房就忍一忍，但后来实在可怕还是让前台给我换了房。后来才知道原来9楼10楼都有这样的问题，已经不外租了。（那就是说当晚只有我一个人在10楼？还是在走廊尾部的房间里独自跟灯光在“沟通”？怎么不提早说啊！真把我吓得够呛……）希望问题解决之后才把房间租出去。而且以后如果有类似的事情发生请立即为你们的房客作出安排，尤其我下午已经提出问题，工程师师傅下午就来修理你们就已经知道修不好的情况下，你们无法想象当时的情况有多可怕。不过还好当我改变主意要换房的时候，前台还是行动蛮快的，也按我的要求帮我把行李搬运下8楼。

È possibile aggiungere 99 yuan per richiedere la Huazhu Club Gold Card, che fornirà la colazione e l'upgrade della camera. Ho pagato un extra per passare a una camera deluxe e ho preso una camera al 15° piano, di fronte alla comunità, che era relativamente tranquilla. Ma la colazione è nella media, le omelette sono fredde ogni giorno...
Igiene: mi è stata data la tessera della camera dopo aver aspettato l'ispezione della camera alla reception, ma dopo essere entrato nella stanza ho trovato capelli sul pavimento, capelli sulla federa e il bagno aveva un cattivo odore... È questo lo standard dopo il ispezione? Dopo aver comunicato con lo staff, tutto si è risolto uno per uno.
Servizi: il materasso e i cuscini sono molto comodi. Poiché la stanza non è quadrata, guardare la TV è un po' imbarazzante.

Ambiente: L'insonorizzazione è un po' scarsa. Alcuni ospiti aprivano la porta per fare telefonate di notte e riuscivano a sentirle chiaramente.
Servizio: Il servizio alla reception è davvero molto buono, ma ci sono molte zanzare e mancano repellenti per zanzare o zanzariere. Sono stato morso in un setaccio nella stanza e non sono stati trovati insetti.

MMG LeeQuesto hotel ci ha conquistato per la sua vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria/metropolitana e per l'ottimo servizio clienti. Siamo rimasti colpiti dal livello di reattività del personale alle nostre esigenze e il personale dell'hotel è molto attento e ci ha offerto una bottiglia di vino extra. acqua durante il nostro soggiorno, un regalo di frutta durante la nostra ultima notte (senza che lo chiedessimo). Grazie a Sam e Alan alla reception che forniscono un eccellente servizio di assistenza clienti e alla cameriera che ha fatto un buon lavoro nel mantenere la pulizia della camera a casa. La colazione a buffet offre scelte sia locali che occidentali Altamente raccomandato.
La cosa positiva di questo hotel è che è vicino alla stazione ferroviaria/metropolitana di Hangzhou. E il servizio dell'hotel è molto attento. Siamo rimasti molto colpiti da quanto il personale fosse attento alle nostre esigenze, il personale dell'hotel era molto attento e ci ha dato più bottiglie d'acqua durante il nostro soggiorno e frutta l'ultima notte (cosa che non abbiamo chiesto). Grazie a Sam e Alan alla reception per il loro eccellente servizio clienti e alle cameriere che hanno fatto un ottimo lavoro mantenendo pulita la stanza. La colazione a buffet offre scelte alimentari cinesi e occidentali. altamente raccomandato.

SShangguanwanhuiEra la prima volta che soggiornavo in questo hotel e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto Non mi aspettavo di tornare per una visita di ritorno. Il servizio è stato molto buono e ottimo. Alla domanda se ho qualche suggerimento, non ho alcun suggerimento perché la stanza è molto pulita e ogni membro del personale è eccezionale, indipendentemente dal reparto in cui si trova al primo piano o dal ristorante all'ottavo piano. Come turista, il mio cuore è molto sentito Caldo. La stanza è davvero carina, si vede che è stata pulita con cura. Poi ho dimenticato le mie cose e non ci ho nemmeno pensato. Il personale dell'hotel mi ha persino chiamato e mi ha detto di inviarmeli tramite SF Express. L'ho calcolato e non c'era bisogno di spendere troppi soldi me e ho detto di non preoccuparmi. Sono rimasto davvero commosso dalla sua sincerità. Pochissimi hotel possono farlo. Inoltre, mia sorella mi ha chiamato per dirmi come rendere il check-in più comodo e veloce la prossima volta. Il servizio post-vendita è davvero eccellente. La prossima volta che tornerò soggiornerò al Grand Hyatt.

MMukulDear Trip Manager , Make sure hotel’s top management reads this message . I had checked out around 1.50 pm on 1st then gone to watch hockey match and after match directly drove to Shanghai. After Shanghai around 8.45 pm released I left my & families passport in locker of the wardrobe , locker was left open therefore no password required to open . I immediately called hotel’s front desk first spoke to lady she told exact locatio n of three passports. I waited for 20 minutes then called again this fine spoke to another person “ Wu” , he was more responsive and told he will check and assured to call back but he didn’t call back . I called after about 20 minutes he told he found a gold chain . This my gold chain I asked him again did he find passport he told “ no , think else was found “. Actually he didn’t send anybody to room to check . He lied ! . I told him to check again as I told him exact place of my passport. He said he will get it checked . I waited again for about 20 minutes again and called again spoke to him this time he told that another guest has checked in and therefore they cannot as guest is not in room . He told me to wait until guest comes back . Hotel’s housekeeping staff had found my chain in afternoon while cleaning and gave it front desk . Actually hotel should have called me on mobile immediately but wondering why this such kind of negligence . Absolutely disappointed. We kept on calling a few time until 1.15 am , my wife called atleast 10-15 times . Front desk staff kept on saying cannot enter room as guest hasn’t comeback . Meanwhile I had contacted via your app to three agents they said they will come back in one hour but nobody did …..!!! I had called around 1.15 am to hotel and told them I have no option to call police . Then Wu told he wait for 10 minutes , he called back and told to call police . I called 110 gave full information to police and with 10 minutes local police station called back to verify and after about 10-15 minutes I called Police again they said front desk has found my passports . If front desk had not authority to enter thek should have given option to call police and then they could enter room to search . Untrained unprofessional staff made me suffer for 4 & half ours . I will tell this story to all and will tell to all to never stay in this hotel ever …. Thanks

We were looking forward to our stay but poor and dishonest communication and service unfortunately ruined it. It started at arrival, where they had told us there would be someone to help us carry our bags up the 10-minute long steep incline to the accommodation, but there was nobody. The manager, who met us to guide us, did not help us herself until we literally had to stop from exhaustion.
Most importantly, when we arrived we were taken to a different room than we had originally booked. The hotel manager kept insisting this was an upgrade, but the room did not have most of the amenities we paid for. It also had a foul odor.
When we checked the price of the room she was trying to give us as an “upgrade”, it was 500 RMB/night less than our original room. They had offered us no money off at all. When we showed the manager this, she made excuses, saying the price depends on the “family” and is automatically “adjusted” which is was obviously a lie.
Finally, after much arguing, we were moved into our original room. We requested an extra pillow and a blanket multiple times. She only gave us a flat sheet, saying we could use the pillow and blanket from the bed.
On our second night, we confirmed in advance that we wanted non-spicy to low spicy food. It came extemely spicy, covered in chillies and chilli oil. The manager blamed the ayi. The food was delicious but unfortunately I could barely eat it because it was just too spicy.
When leaving, the manager was trying to rush us out because the taxi we had requested came early. She said no goodbye to us, told us to hurry and “go, go, go”. Later she sent us a goodbye message on wechat.
The location and the infrastructure of the hotel are beautiful. It is a great place to relax and reflect. The old ladies working there were friendly and lovely. However, the manager was patently trying to take advantage of us, and not listening to us or communicating honestly or clearly.
We wanted to come back to this hotel with our friends, but we will look for another hotel in Qiandao that will not try to take advantage of us.

Disvantaggi: i capelli sono impurità, la lavatrice non sa cosa sia, e i capelli sono difficili da spruzzare insieme quando sono utilizzati, che è più raro nelle popolazioni e negli hotel attuali.
