來海口辦事，朋友給我推薦了海南大學附近的這個民宿，水慕青華，名字還挺好聽的[憨笑]然後就在攜程網預訂了，沒想到超出預期，本來想着100多的價格乾淨衞生就好，沒想到裝修風格也是我喜歡的，比較有格調，大堂那個招財貓好洋氣啊有綠植還戴墨鏡🕶哈哈[666][666]還有樂器尤克里裏，手鼓，架子上還有一些書，貝加爾湖等，感覺呆在這裏很舒服，特別放鬆。我定的是星空榻榻米房間，藍白色調的，就像置身於星空和海洋，讓人內心非常的平靜。房間面積還是蠻大的，房間的沙發，燒水壺，紙巾盒，吹風機，還有放拖鞋的架子，感覺這個民宿的細節做的還是很不錯的，最重要床品很舒服，床單和被罩質量不錯，很舒適，這是個獨棟別墅，很安靜，睡的很好。要特別感謝一下民宿老闆，我臨時因為工作着急處理表格，老闆人超級好，讓我免費用他的電腦，我記得電腦是白色的，屏幕很大，網速也很快。還去了附近的那個海大北門的夜市，去嚐了一下海南特色的清補涼，烤生蠔，還有一家炒粉超級好吃[耶][耶]。附近還有一家寶真超市，想買啥也非常方便。我是北方人，什麼九毛九呀，18碗呢，全都有，都是我愛吃的[害羞]辦完事後我還去了雲洞圖書館，還有海南博物館，還有日月廣場免税店，還有騎樓老街，打車過去也就10多分鐘。差點忘了，民宿裏還有3隻超級可愛的小貓咪，一衹純黑，兩衹白小花，美女小姐姐都喜歡擼貓，我也不例外[害羞]。如果不是趕時間，一定會多住幾天，在這裏留下了美好的記憶。

Great location (though 30 mins from the airport). The staff were helpful and upgraded our room. The hostel is in the middle of town and around the back is the bus stop for the #3 on/off tourist bus which takes you to the beach and harbour areas. A 2 hour round trip, so a nice cheap way … 5CNY (have the correct cash) to see the area. Lots of food options in the area, but make sure you eat up at lunch time as most places were not open at dinner time.

酒店剛開業第二天去的，入住還送了束🌺開心😊 酒店裡設施都很新，房間裏沒啥味道，一般亞朵有的配置也都有，早餐選擇不多，但能吃飽關鍵味道還挺好的😄 最喜歡這裏的一點是交通很方便，離新海港十幾分鍾車程，附近也有幾個景點，在周邊找了幾家吃的和咖啡店都沒踩雷👍 服務小姐姐小哥哥都非常nice，所以我們在海南的最後一晚依然選擇這裏😉😉

JJoe XavierSe si cerca un posto molto bello, ma con una posizione eccellente nel centro della città; strutture pulite e servizi di cura: Questo è il luogo dove si desidera soggiornare. Questo ostello è in una villa di proprietà di una gente estremamente gentile Dongbei, la signora che si occuperà dei suoi ospiti come sua famiglia.
Ho soggiornato in una camera unica e per il prezzo l'affare era fantastico. Le camere sono estremamente pulite, comode e con le esigenze di base. Il WC è stile occidentale e l'acqua calda è in punto. È possibile utilizzare la cucina al primo piano per un piccolo pagamento, quindi è possibile cucinare il vostro cibo! Lavanderia e asciugatrice possono essere utilizzate anche per 5 RMB ciascuno. La stanza e l'area ricreativa sono in buone condizioni e molto confortevole dove si può bere o solo rilassarsi.
L'ostello è situato nel cuore della città dove si può facilmente raggiungere ovunque con taxi per un piccolo canone di 12-15 RMB. La stazione ferroviaria Haikou Est è anche molto chiusa. Vicino si può trovare Carrefour Store, GYM, e la fermata dell'autobus è a 6 minuti a piedi.
Infine, devo ringraziare tutti i membri del personale dell'ostello, come a volte sono andati sopra e oltre per alcune domande che ho avuto. Specialmente al manager dell'ostello signora Cartello (sentirsi libero di chiedere qualsiasi cosa avete bisogno per l'inchiesta, lei sarà felice di aiutare) e signora Chun (sempre sorridendo ai suoi ospiti makinr loro sentirsi benvenuti)
Questo è probabilmente uno dei migliori ostello che abbia mai avuto in Cina.Spero di poter tornare la prossima volta.

AARC5555he Hilton Haikou is a very well located hotel and probably one of the best in Haikou. On arrival there was a heavy rainfall which caused me to get quite wet walking from the taxi to the hotel entrance. I booked the room online via trip for me and my travel companion with the payment in hotel option. Online-Prepayment was not possible. On check in, given that I was very wet because of the rainshower I was quite unsatisfied with the service. First there was apparently some issue, wether I or my companion booked the room because the order of names on the booking showed my name in second place. Also my companion wasnt with me at that time because of a one day delay. In my opinion it shouldnt be a matter who booked the room since both of our names were given, regardless of the order. This issue took some extra time which is very inconvenient if you are dripping wet and just want to rest. Secondly when it comes to payment instead of the 1959 RMB, 2000 RMB were deducted from my WeChat account without any communication about the deviation. I also only realized it later when I already arrived the room and was very confused what the 41 RMB were for. Like I said it has not been communicated to me at all. Maybe a tip or was it meant as a deposit? (Even though it would appear to be a very odd deposit amount and tipping in China is not a thing) I guess from a 5 Star Hilton I could expect accuracy and clear communication when it comes to payment. Which brings me to another downside. Even though my Mandarin is sufficient enough, I was very surprised that at a Hilton of this price category none of the staff at check in nor other employees were able to speak English. So for foreigners who dont speak Chinese this would be a bit difficult.
The next day I went down to reception again to ask about the 41 RMB and was offered a refund, yet the reason why it has been deducted in the first place still remains unknown to me.
Another small issue appeared at breakfast when I asked one of the waitresses where the tea/ teabags is/are located. I formulated my request precisely in Chinese and the lady was just behaving awkward and walked away. I thought maybe still something would happen, but 10 minutes later still nothing. Luckily I was able to find the overseeing waitress, asked her the same question and found out that the Teabags are not openly presented at the buffet (Which is an unexpected inconvenience for a 5-Star hotel yet again, + the tea choices are very limited)
My last complaint is the minibar. I have been at budget hotels before, which offered a free minibar which is refilled every day. Why are there so many things in this Hotel with a hefty price tag. This appears not welcoming given the cost of this Hotel. Especially the price-tag of minibar drinks is outrageous. For example 0.33L Tsingtao Beer 28 RMB…. Speechless. In every shop around you get 0.5L for less than half the price. Now that all my complaints about the service have been mentioned, lets move on to the many upsides of the Hilton:
-Great location and rooms
-Very good breakfast buffet with many choices
-Even better dinner buffet (298RMB/Person)
-Great panorama view
-luxurious
-Some of the staff still did a great job, which is why I still give a 3/5 rating, regardless of previous issues.

UUtente ospite🚗 Trasporti: L'hotel vicino al mare vicino alla costa occidentale è adatto per la guida autonoma. È molto comodo parcheggiare. È possibile parcheggiare sulla strada dell'hotel, così come il parcheggio e le pile di ricarica.
Dopo essere arrivato al negozio e aver parcheggiato l'auto, il personale dell'hotel ha immediatamente accolto e aiutato con i bagagli. Il check-in è stato molto veloce. Il tipo di camera è buono. C'è un piccolo balcone di fronte al mare. È molto comodo. L'aria condizionata dell'hotel è impostata in anticipo. Le bevande in frigorifero si possono bere una volta, e la colazione è un po' leggera, e nel complesso sono molto soddisfatta.

MMK83I do not recommend this hotel unless you are just going to sleep there only. If you plan to spend anytime in the hotel room, order food, or even just think that someone will come and bring fresh towels then stay somewhere else. The location is great. In the past I've stayed at this hotel before and it was much better. It has fallen a lot. The service is just sad. Though they did know how to register a foreigner and that part was easy.

We stayed for another 4 nights this time and discovered the small and beautiful garden on the 4th floor.
Floor can be cleaner as we are not wearing shoes in the room. The sand in the room should be covered.
Great experience overall.

UUtente ospite很喜歡這個Loft公寓，適合一家人居住，樓下有個開放式廚房，可以自己做點兒簡餐。樓上是兩個卧室，動靜分離。陽台的景觀很好，可以看到遠處的大海。房間乾淨、設計簡潔，老闆很熱情，有求必應。公寓附近就是公園和購物廣場，吃飯、購物、看電影、遛彎都很方便，很適合旅居。下次來海口還要住這裏。
