Unwilling to help to change even if there was a delay caused by transport from Xuwen. Booking here is a total waste of money, there are many other guesthouses available in the same residential area

The place is 600m from haikou station which is convenient to stay there. Also the receptionist and people was nice with me.

Close to the train statio, although there are no clear directions to the resort. Quiet area, the room is basic with some amenities that would require fixing. The landlord is very kind and friendly (and can speak English too).

Overall the place is good. Good service and reception. Convenient with amenities within walking distance. Would recommend to travellers on a budget.

I spent a two days and one night here and if you want to feel like living in the real local neighborhood this place offers you that kind of experience. I really love to stay here. The owner are really friendly and maybe because im the only foreign who stays there, the family owners just want to make me feel comfortable. I just lost my wallet, they really concerned about me and help me to called the police. I really thankful because they were comforting me since i was solo there and you know experienced bad thing like that really stressful. Even in the end of the day my wallet wasn’t found, i really appreciate all the help they have done.

訂他們家是臨時起意，原計劃我是我是比家人提前一天到的海口臨時住一宿的是同小區的別的一家相對便宜的房間，但是因為天氣原因家人原本計劃坐船的行程（不用住宿）取消，臨時改飛機必須要住宿，所以我就臨時小區再住一宿，想着有長者和孩子不能太次的住宿要求，橫向對比了很多，唯有此家最滿意👍👍 設施：設施齊全，毛巾，拖鞋，淋浴，電視，WIFI（網速賊拉快）空調！空調！有空調！！便宜的衹能是電扇真沒啥用😭 衞生：衞生整潔，床單整潔，地面乾淨，對比前一天住的便宜房間，昏暗的燈光，微泛黃的牆壁和床🛏，還有不時爬出的小強，我都不知道我頭天是咋睡的🙀 環境：小區是鐵道的小區離火車站非常近，小區有超市，購物乘車都很方便，我訂的是一層有窗帶獨衞的，小區都是鐵路的家屬不會很吵綠化也非常不錯。服務：老闆特別nice，人很好，特別是聽説我家有長者和孩子時候主動要求接送，還會推薦遊玩景點和行車路線，如果有住宿問題真是秒回！秒回！並且細心解答。出門遊玩心情和舒適最重要，能遇到如此性價比極高的良心民宿和注重客户體驗的老闆真是十分幸運🤗

我覺得，如果不是非要早睡晚起還是不要定在鐵路小區這一片民宿了，具體情況如下:都是家庭旅社，條件可想而知，再加點錢住市裡不好麼，市裡也不貴，打車也方便不遠。再説這家:一個住宅用板子隔了五個，除了一間帶衞生間，剩下都是公衞，條件不可謂不艱苦。然後住進去以後，那個衞生呀，更奇葩的是馬桶，大家看圖感受一下，一沖馬桶聲音超級嚇人，衞生間一股發黴的味道。滿屋都是蚊子，但是蚊香用完了。床上除了棕墊外別的啥也沒有，硬的硌人。其他人上衞生間，聲音都能傳過來，你就別想睡，基本上能睡着也是凌晨三點以後了，如果那以後還來人，你就自求多福吧。總之，性價比極差，就跟以前火車站旁邊40元的小旅館一樣，條件相當惡劣。我也是醉了，這是什麼條件，不忍直視。奉勸大家還是小心謹慎吧，否則噁心死。住了一晚上噁心我三天，後悔呀

Risposta dalla struttura: 尊敬的客官朋友您好，首先非常抱歉讓您在我的民宿體驗感欠佳，還勞煩您寫了一篇小作文，您辛苦受累了。其次，我想要告訴您和路過這條評論的所有朋友的是，我們的的確確是在小區裏面的家庭旅館民宿，由於小區基礎設施和條件配套有限，我們竭盡所能把房間衞生設施做到小區裏面民宿的最好，關於您説的您對馬桶沖水不滿意，我就很傷心了，這畢竟是我們自己的房子，我們不可能像酒店那樣給您做到靜音馬桶，況且我們也就是百來塊錢的民宿，住我們家的也大多數是為了第二天趕火車或者過海方便，咱如果是度假享受，誰也不會選擇火車站附近的旅店，您説是不？另外您説您對我們的門不滿意，説聲音大，這一點，我們真聽勸，昨天已經整改好了，現在沒聲音了，歡迎您下次來監督，讓我們變得更好。第三，關於您説的床墊問題，海南不比內地，會更加濕熱潮濕一些，所以我們的床墊是一個防潮的棕櫚墊➕一個防潮的軟墊，那種厚的海綿墊子或者席夢思在海南真的不適合，因為用一段時間，就會潮濕長黴，我們為了大家的身體健康。最後再説一下，您所謂的我們和40塊錢的沒啥區別的言論，這個就更是傷人了，請問您自己在這個年代體驗過40塊錢的民宿嗎？還能夠給您提供之前30-40平米全明空間，帶獨立衞浴和電視冷熱空調？不知不覺，我也給您回覆了這麼長的一篇小作文，真誠的希望大家善待每一個認真努力做民宿的人。因為他們真的特別用心服務每一個顧客，不信，您來了就知道了。最後㊗️一切安好

房間乾淨，衞生較好，設施不齊，陳設簡陋，132元住這樣的房間心裏是很憋屈的，但又不知向誰訴説。幸好老闆服務還熱情，看這份上，房間的照片我就不發了，免得影響她的生意。

Risposta dalla struttura: 親愛的朋友，非常抱歉我們未能讓您滿意。我也不知道是什麼導致您發這麼大的火，您消消氣，動怒對身體不好。近期海口開消博會，客人比較多，招呼不周，是我們的疏忽。您預訂的親密大床房獨立衞浴，我們上的房源也確實是1.5米床，房間確實比較小，但我們開店一以來一直老老實實兢兢業業服務每一位顧客，從未存在任何欺騙行為，房間也都是實景照片拍攝，您當時如果對房間不滿意，完全可以通過平台取消訂單，或者跟我們協商給您換房的。對於任何以為顧客，如他提出要求，我們也會盡量去滿足，除非客人爆滿我們無能為力之外。您花132元覺得住我們家民宿委屈了，海口物價和房價確實比不了內地，更何況還是在現在海南旅遊旺季開全球精品消費者博覽會的時候。。。我不求你能完全理解我的話，但也請您凡事稍安勿躁，有任何問題找我協商或者找平台，我們都會給您一個合理滿意的解決辦法的。最後祝您生活愉快。另外看到此條評論以及改客官追評的朋友們客官看待。感謝大家。
