The overall quality is good but one of the rooms has very heavy smoking smell. Also one of the balcony doors can not be locked

This is the second time I have booked the same apartment, counter staff is very accommodating to our needs. The place is clean, quite and nice environment. Near convenient store and restaurants. Mins drive to airport and city.

Very convenient location in the Mission Hills area and the staff is helpful. The apartments are not as clean as I had hoped and for some reason the whole floor was wet after they cleaned the room. Might be good for families but would not stay there again.

每次孩子到觀瀾湖比賽優先考慮的房子，非常不錯，性價比也可以。房間客卧分離，配置有洗衣機冰箱燒水壺洗漱用品挺齊全，如果想自己開火做飯也有燃氣。客離免税店聯華超市很近，周邊吃用購物都很方便。耳機忘在房間客服發現後第一時間提醒並詢問需要怎麼處理？挺貼心的

位置很方便，樓下有食肆、大商場、水族館等等，別墅似住宅小區，人不多，樓下冇咩燈，返上去要用電話燈照明，私隱亦十分好，環境很開揚，三間房都好大，只係碌架床墊比較硬，廁所有暖廁板，電視可免費睇戲，最緊要係平，整體黎講幾好

房間包含客餐廳卧室，配備了冰箱洗衣機廚房，自己帶廚具的可以在家動手做飯。每日有人打掃，還供應兩瓶礦泉水。樓下附近有好多餐廳，緊鄰聯華超市和觀瀾湖免税區，吃喝玩樂都很方便，元旦跨年的節日氣氛也很濃郁，看了若干場演出和活動。

小區環境優美，房間乾淨衞生，打掃及時，前台也很熱情周到。樓下有超市，小吃店，對面就是奧萊，生活購物都很方便，有免費的地上和地下停車場，出行也很便利。超出預期，好評。
