I called the reception for a wake-up call the night before but did not receive any! Fortunately, I could wake up on time and did not miss my flight. In addition, I had to pay a deposit of RMB100 (refundable) for the use of an umbrella. Wonder why my room number couldn't be recorded instead. On a positive note, the breakfast layout was delightful and there were salted eggs to go with the porridge.

We often stay here when we need to do a hospital visit. It’s clean, bed is nice, pillows are good and the shower is amazing. However, not having a mini fridge does bother me a little.

We stayed there for a night before catching the early train to Sanya. The room is clean and comfortable, there’s nothing we can complain about. The front desk staff was also very helpful and attentive during the whole check-in process.

Room and amenities are good. But may not convenient to look for food around/ nearby

非常不錯的酒店，本來是夜間到了海口東隨便找的一家過渡，結果非常不錯又改變計劃續住了一晚。前台看我們有小朋友，幫忙升級了房型，孩子非常喜歡。房間，餐廳，洗衣房都非常乾淨整潔。住宿環境也十分安靜，處處都舒適温馨。

整體還行，地理位置還不錯 有個停車場，位置有點兒緊張 洗澡還有音樂，第一次遇到，很有意思 早餐種類挺豐富的 有簡單的健身房，但是沒有空調，非常悶熱 有個洗衣房，機器都是松下的，很棒 至於房間…有比較明顯的黴味，這點就比較難過

前台小李主動熱情，也幫我們升級了房型。 酒店距離海口東站相對於方便。 麗楓酒店一直是我的出行首選品牌，乾淨，服務好，整潔，下次還會入住。

房間很乾凈整潔，用品很新，挺寬敞；服務員挺熱情禮貌，每天打掃都很認真；酒店的位置非常好，離吾悦廣場、日月廣場都很近，方便逛街、購物、吃喝、還有看電影；酒店有自助洗衣和烘乾機，這點對於住好幾天的我來説非常方便；酒店還有健身房，有運動習慣的人就很方便，我是去附近的紅城湖公園晨練，吹着海風好舒服呀！下次回來海口繼續住這裏。

還是可以住的。免費升級了親子房，但被子上還有奶漬。。。最棒的是有健身房，還有龍門架。

連鎖酒店服務很好，早餐也不錯，十分推薦呢，前台的小姐姐人美心善，也給了很多美食建議👍🏻
