Hotel con palestra a Koh Samui

Può essere descritto come perfetto, soprattutto le attività fornite dall'hotel. Kayak, paddle boarding e vela sono tutte molto divertenti. Puoi praticarle ogni giorno. Lo snorkeling è fantastico, meglio di Koh Tao , alcuni dei quali enormi. Anche la spa è fantastica. Non dirò molto della spa del Banyan Tree A parte il fatto che è costosa, non c'è niente di sbagliato. C'è un maggiordomo personale durante tutto il viaggio, basta chiedere qualsiasi cosa. L'hotel deve effettuare il check-out alle 12. Ma se il tuo volo è in ritardo, puoi comunque riposare in hotel e divertirti. Ci sono drink di benvenuto, drink di addio, un piccolo regalo per l'apertura della camera, un giocattolo per la tartaruga e un piccolo regalo d'addio, un passaggio nasale alle erbe.

Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno discreto. Le condizioni della camera erano buone e, soprattutto, la presenza di due lavandini è stata un grande vantaggio. La piscina è più piccola del previsto, ma la vista è bella e la piscina stessa è splendida. Il servizio al ristorante dell'hotel era buono, ma ci sono stati diversi episodi in cui degli uccelli si sono avventati sui piatti. Sebbene questo sia inevitabile, è necessaria cautela quando si utilizzano le strutture. L'hotel si trova su una collina isolata, quindi è necessario utilizzare un taxi o una navetta per raggiungere le principali attrazioni turistiche. Tuttavia, poiché la navetta ferma in tutti i principali siti, non è stato un grosso inconveniente. È disponibile anche il servizio di consegna a domicilio Grab. La spa non era particolarmente buona. Se non avete grandi aspettative e desiderate solo un leggero relax in hotel, potrebbe valere la pena provarla; altrimenti, andare nei centri massaggi più grandi vicino alla spiaggia di Chaweng è per molti aspetti migliore. La maggior parte del personale era cordiale. Tuttavia, ho avuto l'impressione che il servizio di pulizia necessitasse di qualche miglioramento. Il tipo e il numero di asciugamani forniti variavano a ogni pulizia della camera, quindi a volte ho dovuto richiederne altri. Inoltre, un addetto alle pulizie è entrato nella nostra camera intorno alle 10:30 mentre dormivamo. Sebbene non abbiamo risposto al loro bussare, siamo rimasti molto sorpresi dal fatto che abbiano aperto improvvisamente la porta, dato che dovevano sapere benissimo che c'erano ospiti all'interno. Non mi era mai capitato in altri hotel a 5 stelle. Ho chiesto loro di essere più attenti tramite WhatsApp, ma ho ricevuto solo una risposta con un ”OK” senza scuse o suggerimenti per migliorare. Non credo sia stata una risposta molto professionale. Ad ogni modo, nonostante questi piccoli inconvenienti, il nostro soggiorno è stato complessivamente positivo. Se alcuni aspetti venissero migliorati, credo che diventerebbe un luogo che soddisferebbe maggiormente i clienti.

Review: A Beautiful, Design-Led Oasis in Fisherman’s Village We recently stayed at the Hansar Samui, and it is truly a beautiful property with a thoughtful design. The location is perfect—just a short, pleasant stroll away from Fisherman’s Village, making it easy to explore the local area while still feeling like you have a quiet retreat to return to. The Highlights Dining Experience: The breakfast was a standout. I particularly appreciated having eggs made fresh to order; there is nothing worse than pre-cooked, rubbery eggs left under heat lamps, so this was a huge bonus for me. The Vibe: The swimming pool is lovely, and the beach is kept very clean. The hotel maintains a relaxed atmosphere, complemented by a great selection of background music. Service & Little Touches: The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. I loved the ”turn-down” service around 5:00 PM, where housekeeping brought little chocolates and water—an adorable touch that made us feel looked after. Facilities: The gym is clean and well-maintained. Crucially for those working remotely, the Wi-Fi was excellent and reliable enough for me to take Zoom meetings without any issues. Room Design: The rooms are beautifully decorated with stunning balconies and views. The bathroom was a highlight, especially the large rainfall shower. Room Comfort & Maintenance We did have a significant issue with the bed. The mattresses are very soft, which didn't suit us at all as my husband has a bad back. It made sleeping quite difficult. However, the staff were wonderful and tried their best to accommodate us; they helped remove the mattress so we could sleep on the wooden base with just the mattress topper. While not ”luxury” comfort, it was much better for his back than the soft mattress. We also had a few issues with a temperamental toilet flush, but to the hotel's credit, maintenance was very prompt in coming to fix it each time. Dining & Logistics We had dinner at the restaurant one evening, ordering the Massaman curry and Chicken Panang. While the food was edible, it was just ”okay”—we were perhaps expecting a bit more given how high the quality of breakfast was. That said, the view from the restaurant in the evening is spectacular, and they occasionally have lovely entertainment. One small hiccup occurred when we booked a taxi through the hotel to take us to the pier for our trip to Koh Phangan. The driver unfortunately dropped us at the wrong port. We had to quickly catch a Grab to the correct one, but luckily we made it just in time for our ferry. Overall Despite a few minor glitches, this was a wonderful stay. The aesthetic of the hotel is gorgeous, and the professionalism of the staff ensures that any issues are handled quickly. I would definitely recommend Hansar for anyone looking for a stylish and relaxed stay in Samui!

Il design dell'hotel è elegante e di buon gusto, il servizio è di alta qualità e misurato, lo scenario della spiaggia dell'hotel è bellissimo e gli ospiti sono fondamentalmente turisti europei e americani. Non c'è alcun fenomeno rumoroso e rumoroso dei singoli turisti asiatici. La qualità è relativamente alta. È una delle belle scelte per i viaggi e il tempo libero. Verrò di nuovo se ne avrò l'opportunità.

Garrya Tongsai Bay Samui is one of those places that stays with you. What really makes the difference is the people. The service is excellent, but more importantly, it feels sincere. The staff are genuinely kind, always smiling, always present, and somehow they manage to make everything feel easy and natural. You never feel rushed or overlooked, just quietly taken care of. Special thanks to ”mamy” the fruit lady at breakfast that is a pure expression of joy and the Yoga and Muay Thai instructor. The facilities are beautiful and very well maintained, but without feeling stiff or overdesigned. Everything works, everything feels comfortable, and there’s a calmness to the whole place that makes you slow down almost without noticing. Rooms, pools, spa, restaurants, all of it feels thoughtfully done. The setting is something special. Surrounded by greenery and right on a peaceful bay, it feels private, quiet, and deeply connected to nature. You hear the sea, the wind in the trees, and very little else. It’s the kind of place where you can actually relax. Nothing here feels forced or flashy. It’s just consistently good, warm, and balanced. A place you leave feeling better than when you arrived. Can't wait to be back to this special place.

Abbiamo trascorso sicuramente il miglior soggiorno al Ritz Carlton Koh Samui. Il personale è stato estremamente cordiale e disponibile, si sono persino impegnati a fare due chiacchiere e a informarsi su come stavamo. Ci hanno accompagnato in buggy dalla camera alla hall, e persino ai servizi. La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato era fantastica. Il servizio di pulizia era impeccabile, pulivano la nostra camera due volte al giorno. La posizione dell'hotel era a circa 30 minuti di taxi/Grab dall'aeroporto e da Chaweng Central Samui, nonostante il traffico.

Another Amari disappointing stay. first was amari hua hin and 2nd is this hotel. stayed in amari koh samui for 4nights, we just got back from koh samui a few days ago. location wise sure cant deny that, it's by the beach front, 5 mins drive away from central koh samui mall and walking from the night life but so does other resorts around the area. when you get to the hotel specially after paying so much per night and to be classified as a 5 star hotel, you expect a good service, a 5 star service. Specially when the first point of contact to the customer service is the front staffs, however very disappointing. Most, if not all of the staffs doesnt seem to smile at all. We arrived early so we had lunch first and sure they managed to give us earlier check in at almost 2pm, their check in is at 3pm. we let it go perhaps we were just too tired and sensitive as we just arrived in koh samui and it was humid, however, throughout our stay their customer service was absolutely lacking. VERY LACKING. specially a few staffs driving the buggy service, we even had an accident one time when we were on our way back to the room, one of the driver drove so fast, THEY ALL DRIVE REALLY FAST, and he rammed onto one of the on coming buggy, i was holding my baby so tight. luckily nothing happened to us. same buggy driver who was had a grumpy look the entire stay and we saw him throwing luggages on to the buggy instead of handling them with care. so when you are taking a buggy, tell them to drive slow. the room, we booked a connecting room, which was a mistake. booking 2 rooms would have been cheaper but anyhow, the room was not clean at all, the bathtub was moldy the floors felt dirty and there were alot of mosquitos every single day. first day we arrived we killed 10 mosquitos in one room whats up with that. breakfast had good selections, they have 3 pools around the resorts as it is a big resort best one is the one over looking the beach, kid friendly pool. they have kids room, not that big just a small room.. anyway overall would i come back here in Amari Koh Samui, absolutely NOT. Would i recommend amari koh samui, absolutely NOT. if you want to stay in a beach front, there are alot of beach front resorts near amari and around the area check that out.. they did something nice from my baby;s birthday, decorated the mirror and gave cake so i appreciated that. with kids i would recommend hyatt koh samui, they are friendlier to kids and service is top notch. we moved there after amari THANK GOODNESS

Ottima piscina, parte pulita della spiaggia, abbastanza vicino per raggiungere a piedi molti bar e negozi. Abbiamo prenotato come famiglia su una prenotazione, ma al momento del check-in ci hanno detto che avremmo dovuto soggiornare in aree separate dell'hotel... è stato molto deludente perché avevamo richiesto camere vicine. Il direttore non è stato molto gentile quando abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera per essere più vicine. La maggior parte del personale che lavora nel resort è stata gentile ed era pulito e ben tenuto. Ci tornerei sicuramente e lo consiglierei ad altri.

Ho adorato questo hotel. Inizialmente avevo prenotato per quattro notti, ma ho deciso di prolungare il soggiorno perché mi sono innamorata dell'hotel e non ho voluto cambiare sistemazione. Inizialmente ho alloggiato in una villa con vista sul giardino e ne sono stata molto soddisfatta. Poi ho fatto l'upgrade a una camera superior con vista sul tramonto e ne sono rimasta assolutamente entusiasta ❤️ Tutto è pulito, il personale è sempre gentile e attento, ci sono sempre asciugamani a disposizione in piscina, la spiaggia è splendida e la zona piscina è confortevole. I giardini sono incredibilmente belli, immersi nel verde. Le camere sono pulite e fresche e ci sono telecamere di sicurezza in tutta la struttura, il che dà un senso di sicurezza. Cibo delizioso. Posizione comoda. Accogliente, tranquillo, pacifico e bellissimo. Lo consiglio vivamente. Grazie per l'aiuto, capo.

Situato nella parte più tranquilla di Chaweng, questo hotel è un bel posto per abituarsi allo stile di vita di Samui. A soli 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Le camere sono belle, un po' datate ma spaziose e pulite ogni giorno. La colazione aveva le solite opzioni, ma speravo in riso fritto o solo riso bianco e questo è stato servito solo una volta durante il mio soggiorno di 4 notti. La piscina è bella per rinfrescarsi, ma i bambini possono essere rumorosi e schizzare. I prezzi in piscina erano ok, non economici ma nemmeno troppo costosi (140 baht per un succo di frutta fresco). Il personale era molto gentile! Do al personale un 10/10
