The Below review will be based on the truth as I complained as such the person who is working for the hotel as FRONT OFFICE MANAGER so I will have bias and understand they need an improvement. 1. Check in: very slow, took 30-45 minutes to clarify the booking as they would like to charge us more during the long weekend. Actually, the booking is already confirmed with the invoice where they can prove and should be honor to the invoice even long weekend. The kept us waiting for more than half an hour to check and clarify. When we have the defense on this price discrepancies they seem not really happy and show us the negative attitude where the hotel staff should not have. 2. The room#612: the room may be used for the previous guest as I saw the spot on the bedsheet, the tissue box in the toilet is used, the smell in room is not fresh so the cleanliness of this room is ZERO. Don’t look at the room condition as you could not find it in this room. You should not compare the physical room to the picture, otherwise you will hurt yourself and blame to your self that you make a big mistake. 3. The Hotel water system: they said that you have to wait till the water getting warm (around 20-30minutes by turning the water on). When compare to another room on level#1016 I can get the hot water (not warm) immediately after turn it on a few second. 3.1 HELLO!! hotel continental**GM** I am not booking the hotel here to educate your water system and understand how is it working and waste my time to wait for the hotel water. Logically, when we would like to take a shower, we need the hot water within minutes not an hour. Especially when the outside is raining and I got flu so I really need the hotel water. 3.2 No need to inform them anything they thought we make something up and will not care even you got flu and need the hot water during raining day 4. the air con in room#612 is totally cold even you turn the 5. I got the new room after I have tried very hard to ask for changing the room the I got 605 which is not really difference but better than the previous one and I felt really tired to talk to them. 6. The WIFI on new room#605 is not working at all. For tourist we need wifi as we would like to save our internet. 7. BREAKFAST: please do not book the breakfast as there are only TEA/coffee/ Boiled egg/ bread/ 1 hotdish /milk and never fill up, they claim themselves as American breakfast but street food is a lot better. Some day no buffet. The hotel itself is old need to renovation Think about this hotel before booking, if you have no place to stay you then can book this hotel but it is always has choice there. Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno rilassante e memorabile presso E&O. La nostra camera offre una vista sul mare che è grande e si sente tranquilla. Anche se l'hotel è un po' vecchio, è generalmente ben mantenuto. Il personale è sempre sorridente e disposto ad aiutare. Ogni giorno forniscono nuovi asciugamani e acqua in bottiglia.Il servizio del personale al buffet del colazione è eccellente. Il sole è stato bello.

each and everyone of the receptionist are so polite and easy to talk... even the housekeeping personnel's are so nice.. the room is very neat and clean... i highly recommend this hotel... i will surely be coming back and stay here again🥰❤🥰

Siamo arrivati ​​verso le 18:00 e il check-in è stato fantastico. Abbiamo avuto una camera al piano superiore come richiesto. Bella vista sulla piscina. Non abbiamo fatto colazione perché avevamo intenzione di uscire a mangiare a quell'ora. Nel complesso è stato un bel posto in cui soggiornare, soprattutto la posizione era superba.

Ottima posizione che offre ai viaggiatori comodità. A pochi passi da molti ristoranti e Art Street. Il centro commerciale 1st avenue proprio accanto ha molti servizi come cinema, karaoke, negozi, caffè, farmacie e supermercati. Siamo stati qui per 2 notti e 1 notte in un altro hotel sul mare che costa il doppio ma mi piace di più l'hotel Jen per la sua posizione perfetta. La tv via cavo ha alcuni canali tra cui il calcio, ma sarà fantastico se in futuro avrai Netflix o YouTube. Nel complesso soggiorno molto piacevole.

L'addetto alla reception che ci ha accolto durante il check-in è stato memorabile in modo negativo. O era arrabbiata con noi che chiamavamo in anticipo e chiedevamo un check-in anticipato oppure ci trattava in modo abbastanza poco professionale in base alla nostra posizione sociale. È vero che la mia amica che era con me è figlia di un VIP che non sente il bisogno di vantarsi del suo status, ma anche lei è rimasta perplessa dal trattamento poco amichevole. A parte questo, la camera era di prim'ordine, ottima vista e per fortuna tutto il resto del personale è stato gentile con noi.

The suite we stayed in was located at the building next to the one where the hotel lobby is. We stayed on the 7th floor but could hear the sound from the street loud and clear. Not advisable if you have babies with you. The wifi was not reliable too. The utensils and kitchenware are available upon request. There is a microwave, small fridge and coffee machine in the kitchenette.
