Had an amazing stay. A family member had bad food poisoning so we tried requesting for early check in. Was informed that at that time, around 12 noon the room was not ready but they had requested housekeeping to expedite cleaning. Before 2pm we received notification that the room is ready. Kudos to the team for accomodating our request as our family member was so grateful that sge can crawl between the clean bedsheets to rest! The unit is very clean. The water filter, steam iron & hair dryer came in very handy. We did not use the other things like induction, microwave & umbrella which was provided. Also appreciated the booklet with comprehensive info on food & places of interest. Host kept checking on us in case we needed anything. Thank you!!

Overall, it was a great stay with good value for money. The unit is spacious and well-located, making it convenient for exploring Penang. However, there were a couple of issues that needed attention. The third room had no air conditioning, which made it quite uncomfortable at night. Additionally, the sofa bed in the living area was faulty, which was a bit inconvenient. Aside from these, the stay was enjoyable. I hope the management will look into these issues for better upkeep.
