Rajasthan, India: hotel pet friendly

Good and bad experience Everything about this property is amazing Food is good Service is top notch Location is excellent The only thing which I don't understand is at the time of checking in the room they don't tell exactly how many bath towels or face towels are placed in room before or any such amenities but after checking out they will just check the room and tell you very politely that 1 or 2 face towels are missing and you have to pay for it. My only question to the owner or management team is that how can you or your staff can accuse the guests without even letting us know how many were there before. We also trust your hotel staff with our luggage while checking in but we don't accuse you for such things. If the management has made this rule to check the room at the time of checking out then please make sure that guests knows exactly what all amenities are provided by you and the quantity also at the time of checking in. And if the management has not made any such rule then please take care of these small things as these kind of bad experiences ruins all the good ones. Hopefully nobody else has to go through this in future. And yes everyone should do visit this amazing property at least once of they are seeking for relaxing holiday

I booked by hotel for 2 nights as was travelling to some other destination and had to take a halt. I had to cancel 2nd night due to the fact that mom recently passed away and had to be back to Haridwar for prayers . Same was communicated to owner and he assured he will cancel 2nd night . All lies Trip reached out to him and he straight away refused. Plus hotel bed sheet was shabby and not clean ,literally had blood stains on sheet

Questo boutique hotel è solo una gemma e un'oasi di pace ed eleganza accanto alla porta del centro storico di Jodhpur. Mio marito e io siamo stati trattati come visitare i re, da tutti i membri del personale, ma soprattutto da Peter, che è un manager fantastico e una persona carina e affascinante.  Da un primo all'ultimo momento, siamo sempre stati benvenuti e accomodati, perché tutte le nostre esigenze erano state anticipate con genuina gentilezza. Amiamo assolutamente questo magico hotel e tutti coloro che lavorano lì, a cui siamo profondamente grati.

It was a great stay at a great place. Exceeding all our expectations. The hotel itself is an oasis in a big city. We felt comfortable and safe. The property itself is in a very good condition, smells history on the one side, but everything is up-to-date and renewed, on the other. The restaurant and the bar are very nice, the menu is quite big and you can choose anything up to your taste, and the staff is very mature and professional. We would love to come back next time with our children.

Per la prima volta, ci siamo fermati in una tenda safari e abbiamo avuto un'esperienza di luci. Il letto e le lenzuola erano più comodi. Il nostro soggiorno era tranquillo e rilassante. L'elettricità è uscita spesso, ma solo per brevi periodi. Il personale è stato attento e gentile.

Sono una ragazza dalla Russia, che viaggia da sola. Ottimo gente, andato a incontrarmi e un sacco di tucker. I giovani positivi sul respiratore erano molto responsivi, mi disse l'app del trasporto. Sono stato molto felice di vivere in questo hotel, i ragazzi mi hanno circondato con cura e attenzione, hanno cucinato un delizioso cocktail di banane. Il resto vicino alla cucina comune è molto pulito, delizioso. Design in stile indiano. Chi viene da solo questo hotel è un grande luogo per nuove date e condividere conoscenze con persone di un'altra cultura. Le scale del rotondo sono un bellissimo luogo per le sessioni foto. Fessibilita': acqua calda 24/7, l'unico piccolo minus è che non potevo rimuovere una fuga di doccia per lavarmi la testa separatamente, ma la doccia comune funziona perfettamente. Ho avuto la migliore stanza con il balcone. La mattina è arrivata una proteina e un bel colpo. E' stato insolito e mi ha fatto piacere. La zona stessa vicino al metro di Sevilla, il metro è solo un ramo, sono andato 3 volte a Hava Mahal. Amo il metro Jaipur è molto semplice e comprensibile, è una pena che per le montagne doveva prendere un tuck di tuck, ma è ancora molto conveniente. Ora ho qualcosa da confrontare, la metropolitana e gli hotel a Delhi sono troppo difficili per me. Era il mio hotel preferito e ragazzi di classe! E 'il miglior hotel a Jaipur a prezzo e qualità, consiglio!

La stanza era pulita. Tuttavia, la sera era fredda e la sera era calda, immagino, perché era una tenda. L'hotel mi ha detto che non potevano prenotare un biglietto per il treno per me, anche se un hotel precedente che ero rimasto in me lo faceva.

La stanza era perfetta per noi. Anche se la stanza era bella non era molto pulita, l’AC non funzionava, l’acqua calda dal doccia prese un po’, non c’era spazio per tenerla e era molto rumorosa. Il personale era gentile e utile.
