The air conditioning was out, but they were able to refund our money. They allowed us to view the room first. I am glad we did. There was a strange odor in the room due to poor circulation in the room.

Didn’t experience it had a change of agenda and couldn’t get a refund or change dates

Close to Cleveland Clinics. The room is very spacious and clean.

Maid stole $100 from my CHILD. It was clearly a child’s money, stolen from a child’s bag. Manager hasn’t had the courtesy to call me for 3 days. The night porter couldn’t care less when I reported it on my way out after my child realised. The maid is the scum of earth and the staff and the manager couldn’t care less! How is this is a Hilton? I’ll be taking it up with Hilton head office given the hotel don’t care. I wouldn’t bother if it was not clearly stolen from a child.

나이아가라 폭포 구경하고 클리블랜드에 하루 놀러왔다가 급하게 잦은 숙소. 남자 4명이 묵을수 있는 선택지가 별로 없어서 여기로 잡았는데 호텔 들어서는 순간부터 체크인 해주시는 분 말투가 공격적임. 룸안에 들어가보니 실내슬리퍼도 없고, 화장실 벽 타일에는 곰팡이가 가득. 시설은 오래되었고, 호텔 앞은 공사중.. 추천 못하겠습니다..

空間大有30平方以上，設施陳舊了些，wei s 衞生：一般，總體來説性價比不錯。

창문이 밀봉돼 있어서 특유의 퀴퀴한 냄새가 남아있어요 직원들도 친절하고 위치도 좋습니다 다시 갈 의향 충분히 있습니다

入住體驗不錯，早餐15刀一位，吃得還算滿意，服務人員很熱情，會主動幫忙加喝的東西。晚餐點了一份雞肉卷，味道也很好！整酒店距離克利夫蘭醫學中心非常近，我們打車去市區展館用uber很方便。唯一不足就是房間的隔音效果不太好。然後第一天客房服務忘記給收拾衞生。總之是一次滿意的入住體驗！我愛克利夫蘭！！！

轉角房間的風景很棒，酒店很有歷史感，像之前的上海和平飯店客房。
