Hotel staff is very friendly, a very grand lobby but rooms seems somewhat old, but overall it is a good hotel with great attention to details.

First time in Gran Melia Jakarta and it was an excellent experience. Especially the front officer , Mr Benedict and Nabila for their assistance and cooperation. Our room was upgraded to suite at red level, spacious, comfortable and very clean. The buffet breakfast spread was awesome with lots of varieties and the food was tasty. Overall it was a lovely stay here
