Risposta dalla struttura: Dear Guest,Thank you for your feedbacks.Our standard check in time is 3PM and the room was ready for you to check in by 3PM.You informed us that the water heater was broken at night and we were immediately send a staff to have a look for you and it was not broken. The safety switch came down and we push it back up for you. We informed you about it that the water heater is now working but you still to move to the other room. The staff help you moved to the other room and you informed us that there were no shampoo and shower gel, the staff then immediately bring you the shampoo and shower gel and you did not inform us about other issues or request anymore assistance. We offered you a free breakfast to hope to make your stay more comfortable. You also request a a late check out at 3PM and we granted you request. However, by 3PM and you did not show up. We contacted you and you said you will be back by 6PM and still by 6PM you did not show up. Our staff send you a message again to please return to check out otherwise we have to charge you a late check out fee. You returned at 8PM and refuse to pay for a late check out fee, our staff inform you that if you do not pay we cannot give your deposit back. However, at the end, we did not charge you and you were very angry and refuse to give our room key back.We had to explain to you that we need the room key as we have check in for the next day and you return later than the check out time, we had no choice but to keep trying to contact you. We ask for your kind understanding to be on time for check in and check out as we are high season and we have other guests who booked the room and it will be unfair and unprofessional to not have a room ready for them.Kind Regards,Lady Naya Villas
