We were mostly very pleased with our 7 night stay. From the moment we drove up we could tell this was a great properly. The gentlemen who helped us instilled the utmost confidence that our car would be taken care of property. Check-in went smoothly and baggage handling (by one of the men out front) also great. We had a lovely suite. We requested that the comforter be removed and replaced with blankets. The housekeeper came immediately and took care of this request. We were not pleased that robes and slippers were not provided and even more displeased that no turndown was available either. At $1,000 a night this should not happen. A bigger issue was the lack of proper housekeeping. I have never seen so much dust in a room. I put a pair of black slacks on the vanity stool and they were covered in thick dust. I then looked around and found almost every other surface was laden with dust as well. Although we had service every day, the drape was left hanging off the rod, shower and fixtures left uncleaned and drinking glasses were not replaced. A lamp that didn't work was ignored even though we put the plug up on the table to show them. The pillowcases were not tucked on the pillows correctly. With no pillow protectors you could see the not great looking pillows. Also, not happy with the large bottles of shampoo, body wash etc., they seem to have done away with the small bottles that are easier to use in the shower where there is limited space. Also, a card on the counter telling you these bottles are for use while you are at the hotel. I inquired at the front desk, they said they are $50.00 each if you remove them. They also said the small bottles are no longer available. After using them, I have to say they weren't that great. Additionally, a shaving shelf would be great in the shower for the ladies. At breakfast one morning I went to the front desk to tell them about the abundance of dust. A lovely manager, Michelle Thomas was very nice. She immediately comped one of our nights and said she would address this with housekeeping. This is a lovely hotel. Staff, valet, front desk, restaurant are very nice. We would not hesitate to stay there again. It's a shame to see it improperly cared for. I will review Turn restaurant separately. It was a highlight.

Stayed the same weekend that both the baseball and football teams were playing at home, so all the hotel rooms in Cleveland were over priced. This was the most reasonably priced, was only 20 minutes from the ballfield. Appreciate the ability to check in early online and pick your own room. Although the hotel is right by the airport, the soundproofing is great and we did not hear any of the planes. Could actually see the planes coming in to land which was neat. The room was spacious, had a king size bed. The room was clean with comfortable bed and pillows. Appreciated the Keurig in the room, as there was no coffee available in the lobby. The TV in the room was actually quite large in size compared to most.We did not try the hotel room service or a restaurant as we mainly just used it to sleep. The blackout shades were not the most effective and would have appreciated if housekeeping did not knock in the morning when we had left the privacy sign on the door. Noon checkout time is great. Overall very solid establishment, Do appreciate hotels that for the same price provide free breakfast in the morning but this was not one of them.

I live in the Cleveland Ohio area, and travel very frequently. When I fly out of Cleveland I usually fly out early and fly in late, so, as I don’t drive, I need a hotel to stay at so I don’t inconvenience my ride. I have been staying at this hotel for years, and I have never had anything less than an outstanding experience. We are ambassador elite customers, and service like this is what keeps us coming back to Marriott hotels. The front desk personnel are always extremely pleasant, the hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. We always stay on the main floor and usually have a great view of planes coming and going. This will continue to be my go to hotel for travel to and from Cleveland Hopkins. Even the restaurant is good. I mean, not for a hotel restaurant, but for a restaurant, period. Food and service are both consistently excellent. I currently have three more stays booked at this hotel. Keep up the great work guys! I recommend this hotel unreservedly.

Bella stanza.Bella camera.Buona colazione.Bella staffa.Sarei sicuramente rimasto qui.10 minuti.Camminato a rock n roll Hall di fama.Molti posti da mangiare per andare.Vorrei solo che il valletto non fosse cosi'prezioso.Non ha usato il cameriere in e fuori, quindi si è seduto lì per 2 notti. Giacche e biscotti di salsa, tosta francese, pancake, connessioni di salsa suina, patate di salsa di turche, uova bollite, uova sgrassate, frutta fresca, yogurt, quattro tipi di succo, caffè caldo, cioccolato e latte bianco, tosta, bacche, pasticceria e farina di avena. Rimarremo qui ogni volta che siamo a Cleveland. Abbiamo amato questo posto!

L'hotel è molto unico e i membri del personale sono super amici. Soprattutto i barista e James e John i piloti della navetta. La navetta è così conveniente e vi porta a 2 miglia di raggio. L'unico negativo era che gli ascensori non funzionavano bene, quindi dovevate aspettare che un membro del personale vi prendesse in piedi o in basso. Il personale amichevole aiutava a risolvere le inconvenienti dell'ascensore. E il cibo era delizioso!

Abbiamo soggiornato lì molte volte. Il personale è molto amichevole e utile. Questo luglio 2023, quando abbiamo soggiornato una settimana uno dei signori che valet il vostro veicolo era estremamente rude per me. Sono solo fenomenali. Abbiamo soggiornato nella zona del salone del club questa volta. Tutte le signore sono di prima vista. Antoinette Peterson era solo fenomenale!!! Lei è una signora chiunque volesse essere nella loro squadra! Lei è professionale, amichevole e un bene per questo hotel. Penso di rimanere nella zona del salone del club ogni volta che restiamo lì.

Un design molto contemporaneo e non ben pensato con una sedia, nessuna lampada dal letto, il dispensatore di sapone nel doccia era vuoto per due giorni, i commutatori di luce fanno un suono forte cliccando quando si spengono o si accende, Non come un regolare cambio a casa che è tranquillo, la porta scivolante per la zona della doccia bagno corre verso il muro con velocità e forza causando un suono abbagliante contro il pannello di base della tela. Non è facile essere tranquillo quando qualcuno sta dormendo. Inoltre, non è disponibile nessun parcheggio, quindi un valet e $35 per notte dovrebbe essere aggiunto al costo. Avevamo una stanza che guarda il lago e la pista ferroviaria, che è ben utilizzato. Tra la musica bar giù e il treno, non è un soggiorno molto tranquillo. Il sistema di due ascensori per entrare nell'hotel e poi nelle stanze era confuso e mi sono sentito malato di essere un ascensore flunkie alla fine di due giorni. Il lobby è freddo e inospedale con sedie e tavoli metallici, sedi a bassa temperatura e luce neonatale. Ho fatto la prenotazione con una data da cancellare, e la data dopo la data di cancellazione ho ricevuto un'e-mail che descrive la situazione di parcheggio che costa $35 per notte, non incluso il consiglio di valet per ogni entrata e uscita, e la possibile questione di rumore con la promessa di trasferire la stanza in un luogo più tranquillo se è turbolente. Abbiamo cercato di fare colazione all'hotel, perché ci sono due ristoranti, e non sono aperti nel tempo. ci è una cucina nel lobby dove si può fare un panino per colazione, ma non è nulla che farei di nuovo. Ho trovato parcheggio in strada per 17 dollari a notte e un cabinetto da soli. Il ristorante sul livello principale, Lagos, era eccellente, anche se prezioso. Il personale era eccellente, amichevole, utile. È come un hotel progettato da un designer che non ha molta esperienza di soggiornare in un hotel. Un tipo di swing e una miss, ma penso che la posizione sia buona per il nuovo sviluppo del centro.

My daughter and I stayed here for a week while my husband had open heart surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. It gave us the space we needed and a kitchette with a dorm size refrigerator and small microwave and sink. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of drawer space and even a safe. They provide two tvs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom., offering over 100 channels. In the bathroom there was a digital scale (needed batteries) and a lighted makeup mirror but neither worked. Good quality shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap were available in dispensers. The slippery tub slopes down and the shower head fell off several times, not the safest. There were no plates nor silverware provided, so we walked about a mile down the road to Aldi's to buy some paper plates and food after spending $150 for 2 entrees and a couple glasses of wine in their expensive restaurant. Breakfast is not included either, but none of the hotels on campus offer free breakfast. It's not the safest area as there are many panhandlers on the streets, but the hospital offers a shuttle to on campus facilities. They do not have an airport shuttle but an uber costs $25-40. Maria from Poland was a very efficient and thorough housekeeper. Our room was cleaned every day except Saturday. The gym offers elliptical machine, treadmills, free weights and a weightlifting machine, a scale, a water bubbler and a bathroom. They have valet parking, but we didn't use it. The front desk staff were helpful and held our luggage for us for an hour or so after we checked out and before my husband was discharged. I would stay here again for a long stay with family, simply for the convenience of being in a block away from the hospital and having the additional space with a small kitchette.

I have been staying here for months, and this is hands down the WORST hotel chain in North America; honestly, I would expect better service at a Motel 6. If you are heading into town, I would recommend The Crown Plaza; it’s cheaper and much nicer; the amenities are 1000X nicer, they have hot food, and the staff is not RUDE, LAZY, or STUPID; heck you can go down the road five minutes and stay at The Best Western Plus for $50 a night and have much better amenities and a well-trained staff. It really shows what larger chains offers when it comes to Human Resources and Training Programs, and their parent company is heading into bankruptcy; hence why their prices are too high. I have several hundred hotels stays under my belt, and a hotel lobby should be welcoming and inviting, this one looks like a large storage closet/abandoned building/war bunker. They have stacked up furniture everywhere, garbage/empty boxes all over the place, and 10+ signs saying no guest access. Then when you get into the staff, it gets WORSE, much WORSE. Carla, The President/CEO of Sonesta Hotels (in her mind), has absolutely no business being in Guest Services, and you have to deal with her STUPIDITY, RUDENESS, and LAZINESS 80% of the mornings here; and talk about getting your day off to a HORRIBLE start; and it’s a race situation since I am white. If you need to get anything complete and she is working, your best bet is to wait till she leaves for the day or find a work around. She will literally talk in circles and confuse you, just so she can avoid doing any type of labor (she actually steals your intelligence and drive), she gets ANGRY when she has to get off her chair; grant it, she is normally sleeping in that chair, hiding behind a sign; hence why I was order not to use the dinning-room/war bunker entrance for coffee, and instead have to walk all the way around the building in the cold (she can’t hear me come in when I use the dining room entrance). I had an employee STEAL a package delivery, and then I got stuck working with the WORSE management team in the world. I was accused 6 different times of running a scam for $48; Please, I make 5x that in the amount of time it took to correct the PETTY THEFT. Santo demanded proof the package was delivered, which I supplied immediately, then 3 messages at the Front Desk and 1 phone call later zero response, I finally called corporate, sure enough, Santo calls the next morning ANGRY because I call corporate. When I first got here two months ago, I stayed right next to the noisy highway that pours pollution out, can’t be healthy, so I moved to the other side of the property, when I checked in the first time, I was given one key, on the second one, I was given two keys by Elissa. With the known THEFT problem here, I was straightening up for the 3rd time, since housekeeping was a no-show/no-call for two appointments earlier that week, and realized, I better grab that second room key before housekeeping STEALS it, low

Parti del nostro soggiorno erano grandi - siamo arrivati tardi di notte e sono stati molto benvenuti dall’uomo che lavorava sul divano frontale. Ci ha messo in piedi con letti extra e ci ha messo sulla lista della navetta. La stanza era spaziosa e ben posizionata La navetta all'aeroporto era imballata e un po' di frivolezza, ma altrimenti era buona. Quando siamo tornati dal nostro viaggio, abbiamo scoperto che i 4 convertitori catalitici sono stati rubati dal nostro camion mentre era nel parcheggio. Questo ci ricordava che a) il parcheggio non è garantito da una barriera e b) non c'è sicurezza del parcheggio. La nostra raccomandazione non è di rimanere e parcheggiare qui se si desidera parcheggio sicuro e pattugliato.

Erano bevande classiche, pensano vodka di cranberry e whisky e coke. Il colazione era anche delizioso! Ha avuto molto di più da offrire di quello normale colazione continentale dell'hotel. La zona di mangiare era super pulita e mantenuta bene. Ci siamo camminati 5 minuti a piedi alla Casa dei Blues per un concerto. La camminata era piuttosto straordinaria verso la zona centro! L'hotel stesso era molto pulito, era un po' fuori data (nessuna usb, il piombo è ovviamente vecchio, e drenato un po' lentamente, piccole TV, vecchio tappeto) ma non si è davvero allontanato dal suo fascino unico vecchio con tutta la marmo e la luce. I letti e le mutande erano molto confortevoli! Mio figlio ha detto che avrebbe voluto portare un bel vestito, il loro sono abbastanza sottili. Noi saremmo sicuramente rimasti in questo hotel se siamo nella zona! Ci occuperemo anche di soggiornare in diversi luoghi di Dry quando viaggiamo!

Giacche e biscotti di salsa, tosta francese, pancake, connessioni di salsa suina, patate di salsa di turche, uova bollite, uova sgrassate, frutta fresca, yogurt, quattro tipi di succo, caffè caldo, cioccolato e latte bianco, tosta, bacche, pasticceria e farina di avena. Rimarremo qui ogni volta che siamo a Cleveland. Abbiamo amato questo posto!

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Although listed as a Marriot Property, it is not managed or maintained by the Marriott corporation (and it really reflects this issue!). I have continuously stayed at this hotel for the past 4 years and have watched it substantially decline. I am a Marriott Silver Elite member and have liked the convenience of being able to access my car versus the Marriott Courtyard a few blocks away. I have always wondered why this Marriott was not up to standards in terms of mechanical issues (on two occasions-no working a.c. in the room (this week I had to move rooms at 11 p.m. at night); poorly stocked kitchen, paper, towels and even missing the coffee basket this time). I asked, dropped lists, and never received them. During this particular stay, my first room had one bed that had a lot of hair on the inside of the sheets and pillow. It made me question if the bed had just been made, not changed. The food has always been minimal and you really need to bring your own. I am not even picky, but it is ridiculous. Well, after tolerating continuously barking dogs and people fighting in the room next door at 1:45 a.m.-none of which is the hotel's fault, I arrived home to 2 angry phone messages that I had not checked out and the hotel was booked, etc. etc. and the second individual was extremely nasty. Well, the paper bill I received at checkout clearly recorded the time at 7:48 a.m. -so what is your issue? When I called today to make sure we were all set with this issue, the gentleman was extremely indifferent, bordering on rude. Most of the staff act this way-as if the occupants are ”pains in the butt”-very unprofessional and it makes you afraid to ask for anything. I am really not confident they know what they are doing technologically. It makes you feel terrible and scratching your head if you have stayed at a real Marriot (at any level) . On the ”plus” side, the rooms are spacious, and the location to some very good restaurants outside the door, CWRU, the medical centers and the museum area is outstanding. One manager, the night I had to move went way out of the way to move me and make sure the next room was cooled down and ready with the lights on-and I didn't even ask to move. He was the only good experience in this last stay. The Marriott Corporation needs to intervene or remove the company's association.

Most of the staff act this way-as if the occupants are ”pains in the butt”-very unprofessional and it makes you afraid to ask for anything. My daughter and I stayed here for a week while my husband had open heart surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. It gave us the space we needed and a kitchette with a dorm size refrigerator and small microwave and sink. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of drawer space and even a safe. They provide two tvs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom., offering over 100 channels. In the bathroom there was a digital scale (needed batteries) and a lighted makeup mirror but neither worked. Good quality shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap were available in dispensers. The slippery tub slopes down and the shower head fell off several times, not the safest. There were no plates nor silverware provided, so we walked about a mile down the road to Aldi's to buy some paper plates and food after spending $150 for 2 entrees and a couple glasses of wine in their expensive restaurant. Breakfast is not included either, but none of the hotels on campus offer free breakfast. It's not the safest area as there are many panhandlers on the streets, but the hospital offers a shuttle to on campus facilities. They do not have an airport shuttle but an uber costs $25-40. Maria from Poland was a very efficient and thorough housekeeper. Our room was cleaned every day except Saturday. The gym offers elliptical machine, treadmills, free weights and a weightlifting machine, a scale, a water bubbler and a bathroom. They have valet parking, but we didn't use it. The front desk staff were helpful and held our luggage for us for an hour or so after we checked out and before my husband was discharged. I would stay here again for a long stay with family, simply for the convenience of being in a block away from the hospital and having the additional space with a small kitchette.
