"La camera era pulita, nuova e con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. L'hotel si trova vicino all'aeroporto di Pudong e offre un servizio navetta, ma le navette sono poco frequenti, non ogni ora. In certi orari, c'è solo una navetta all'ora, quindi è necessario gestire il tempo con attenzione. La delusione è stata quando ho parlato con l'hotel e ho detto loro che sarei dovuto correre al punto di partenza alle 2 del mattino. L'autobus è partito proprio davanti a me e sono arrivato con meno di 15 secondi di ritardo. L'autista della navetta successiva mi ha visto correre e salutare da lontano, ma non ha informato l'autobus in partenza. Anche il personale dell'hotel con cui ho parlato non mi ha aiutato avvisando l'autista. Questo mi ha fatto perdere un'altra ora di attesa. È stato davvero frustrante. Forse sarebbe meglio trovare un hotel con servizi navetta più frequenti."
