È stato uno dei migliori hotel che ho soggiornato negli Stati Uniti finora. Buono per il prezzo e il personale sono super bello e utile. Mi piacevano anche i buoni da bere gratis e il bar cibo. Sarei sicuramente rimasto qui se mi trasferissi a Chicago di nuovo.

In generale abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno all'hotel. La posizione, anche se sembra essere su carte Google un po' fuori dal centro della città, è davvero molto conveniente. Ci sono diverse linee di autobus che vi porterà al centro della città (che per me significa il ponte DuSable) in meno di 10 minuti. Per accedere al WiFi gratuito è necessario avere un conto Bonvoi (gratuito per creare) Per quanto riguarda il colazione, Trip.com sembra mostrare informazioni inverse. È disponibile lunedì-venerdì nel 1600 Club (sotto piano dell'hotel) ma È NUTO disponibile in un fine settimana.

Tutto da inizio a fine è stato fantastico! esperienze e personale FENOMENIAL. Sicuramente tornerà. Grazie al personale Allegro 😁

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Çalışanlar güzel yüzlü. Sabah ücretsiz kahve olması mutluluk verici. Odalar konforlu ve temiz. Park hizmeti var ama biraz daha uygun olabilir ama yapacak çok bişey yok. Ama iki gece kaldıpım oda da en azından havluların yenilenmesini beklerdim

Everything was really good, nice view and nice beverages provided foc at the lobby. Only they provided 2 bottle soof drinking water every 3 days, which means we got one time only. The chinese restaurant was really good. And location, was so-so. Need to walk to the city attraction, plus with the winter.

Avevo prenotato un viaggio last minute al Virgin Hotel di Chicago per trascorrere un po' di tempo con le mie figlie. Dal primo minuto in cui siamo entrati il servizio è stato impeccabile. Questo è continuato durante tutto il nostro soggiorno ogni volta che siamo entrati o usciti dall'hotel (molte volte). La posizione era perfetta per negozi, ristoranti, Riverwalk, bellissima architettura e molte altre attrazioni visive. L'unico inconveniente della nostra visita è stata la stagione del Covid e molte restrizioni ai posti in cui potevamo andare a guardare la partita di calcio e/o mangiare poiché i ristoranti erano tutti chiusi nell'hotel. Questo era un problema di sicurezza per gli ospiti, quindi è stato apprezzato che non fossero aperti. L'unica cosa che consiglierei è che abbiano un elenco di ciò che è stato aperto nelle vicinanze e di ciò che è stato offerto (cena sul posto, consegna a domicilio, asporto, ecc.). Siamo stati in grado di trovare posti da soli, ma ci avrebbe risparmiato il tempo di cercare/chiamare in giro. Nel complesso, consiglio vivamente questo hotel!!

Good hotel in a convenient location not far from Chicago river walk and easy access to magnificent mile and lakefront. Breakfast standard but enough .

I stayed at the hotel for two nights and three days in late December 2025. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The heating system in my room was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep. During my entire stay, there was no housekeeping service or towel replacement, which was very inconvenient. The building also feels quite old; even the elevator rattled whenever it moved. Breakfast was included, but the selection was limited and the overall quality was poor. On multiple mornings, there were no refills when items ran out, and even when I arrived around 8:00 a.m., most of the food was already gone. It honestly felt like a “breakfast war zone.” I hope your hotel takes these issues seriously and improves the guest experience moving forward.

La posizione è grande passeggiabile in tanti posti. La stanza è pulita e accogliente. Hotel ha anche fornito una macchina di vendita che’’ adoro cos’ io non voglio andare fuori per qualche snack nel freddo tempo
