Il fratello con gli occhiali della reception era molto debole, non aveva alcuna comunicazione. Quando chiese a un uomo che non stava urlando, non sapevo che avesse sentito o non avesse sentito. Ho visto un ospite cadere il cappello per la cena sul pavimento, il cameriere si è messo senza pulizia e l'ha messo indietro!Il colazione ha iniziato alle sette. Il primo giorno, quando andammo alle otto, molti pasti erano vuoti. Il giorno dopo andammo alle 7:30, quando non c'era neanche un posto, il cibo era ancora vuoto, il terzo giorno alle 8:30, e era ancora vuoto!Forse il gruppo di viaggio è partito presto e ha mangiato.Anche tre giorni abbiamo scoperto che non ci sono altri cibi tranne il piccolo torto? Il cibo è incomestibile, la differenza di prodotti, molti tavoli hanno un sacco di cibo rimasto, che ha causato un enorme spreco di cibo! L'hotel ha gestito la sala di sorpresa. Ho visto il venditore mandare il cibo a sua volta. Il passeggero è entrato nel divano per riposare. Non c'è alcun personale che lo chieda. Questo ha causato potenziali pericoli di sicurezza per gli ospiti che soggiornano.L'hotel riceverà un gruppo di viaggio ogni giorno, ovviamente non ha abbastanza capacità! Non abbiamo ignorato l'esperienza di soggiorno degli ospiti non di gruppo, e non abbiamo perso!Questa è la nostra esperienza reale di questa permanenza. Spero davvero che l'hotel lo faccia meglio!
