I have to stay around there for 3 days
The hotel location is convenient for us and staffs are so friendly
But, one thing that we dislike about this place is Breakfast !!

Quite a new hotel, still renovating some rooms when we visited. Easy access to food by walking. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall comfortable stay.

The location of the hotel is pretty good with public transport relatively close by and several shops in walking distance. The room itself was clean and relatively new. We had the 3 bed apartment on the top floor, however, there was some construction going on on other floors which may affect you, but not on the top floor. Also, no construction work during the night. The beds were relatively hard with limited cushioning. The shower was great. While the room cleaning/service was limited, you just have to ask for a clean, fresh towels, etc. which was provided very quick. Overall, staff was nice and helpful. Would recommend the place depending on the room type you get.

Some rooms of upper level have water damage and mold. And also quite noisy due to renovation.

This hotel could be great for a family visiting chengdu. The room was large and modern, with excellent sound proofing. The problem was floor 23 was a construction zone, and our room was only mostly finished with missing cabinets and no AC in 30 degree heat in spring. Then on the last day the builders overloaded the power at 7am, causing smoke in our phone charger and a floor wide power cut. Recommend you check if your floor is a building site before you book.

We were distraught with the hotel and the room we got. 1st, the hotel got no aircon but they advertised they had. we booked for a total 4nights and had to suffer with no fan, no aircond for the first night. We went to talk to the receptionist in the morning, they refused to refund us, they gave us an industrial portable aircon. We booked a 3 large bed room. We used the portable aircon in the living room (common space) to cool the area. There was one room with no window and no ventilation. We called the receptionist to send another aircon and they did (reluctantly). There was only one shower in the unit and the door cant close. In the showering toilet, there was also no where to place / hook your cloth without getting it wet. We had to place our clothes outside, and opened the door and take the clothes in when we were done showering (that being said, your other family members cant use the toilet at all when someone was showering).
I wasn't sure if they were short of staffs. The room cleaning service was bad and we didn't bother to really make a fuss about it as we just wanna rest after a whole day out. On our last day, the electricity was cut off as well as the hotel was actually undergoing some renovations and they had to cut the electricity supply (yea we suffocated in the room while packing).
Tbh, i really wont recommend this hotel to anyone else. We were probably bad luck as we booked during the period when they were still renovating. Are they even allowed to start running a business when the facilities were not even ready to serve customer? Huge question mark.
