Non mi fermerò di nuovo qui. Il personale era amichevole e utile, ma la stanza stessa era mancante. We stayed there for a week while visiting family in the area. We were pleasantly surprised (due to budget motel) at how clean and big the room was. The bed was VERY comfortable (prior back surgeries so we're picky) and everything was really clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful, the parking is free, and it's easy access to I-5 and downtown Carlsbad. As noted by some, you do hear interstate noise. It that's going to bother you then you'll have to go inland further. We both had no problem sleeping right through it.

Lots of good things to say! The hotel is incredibly well maintained, clearly designed for families with younger kids. Bathrooms had lower height sinks, an awesome play area (LEGOS, a pirate ship, balloon animals, a perfect viewing area to watch the kids), endless amusing music (including in the elevators, at scheduled dance parties), a slick arcade, and more... bottom line, remarkable entertainment at every turn. The breakfast spread at Bricks was especially comprehensive and included a fleet of options that our entire family could confidently eat -- wonderful surprise! Far from your basic ”continental”, this is every breakfast item you can reasonably ask for and then some. I should add that for us, finding that is no small feat... I have a peanut/walnut/tree nut allergy (life-threatening) and my wife has a severe gluten allergy (Celiac disease) and a Casein protein (i.e., cow milk) allergy. All the same, the chef came out and personally walked us through the entire buffet and led us through what was and was not safe, at risk, etc. While we had to make a few educated decisions due to the possibility of cross-contamination by patrons, it was very comforting to see their level of attention to allergy concerns. They even have a dedicated fryolator for their tater-tots/hash browns! Yum!! Our ('basic' Pirate themed) room was incredible, and included a bunch of fun wall-mounted LEGO sculptures, complementary in-room refreshments (Apple Juice, water), a separate sleeping area for the kids complete with bunk beds, and even featured a delightful scavenger hunt that once completed gives you the code to unlock a secret chest in your room that has a few take-home LEGOS sets and a magazine (with free subscription)! We did have a snafu in our stay... The morning we were planning to check out, we connected with the bell-hops at the front of the building and asked for some help getting our bags down from the room (we sadly do not pack light!). However, this only served to showcase the herculean efforts of the LEGO Hotel staff in making our stay magical. Elijah Shepherd, bell-hop from the heavens, promptly agreed to meet us at our room in five minutes time to assist us with getting our things but to our dismay, the door would not open. Our room key would not work, and neither would his master key so he sprinted (LITERALLY!) downstairs to get another This did not work either, but his help and dedication did not cease. He proceeded to run up and down to the lobby relaying the issue up the chain of command a total of THREE times. We eventually worked out that our door lock's battery had failed, preventing all access. Thanks to Elijah, who showed unparalleled commitment to service, a positive attitude, and a caring ear above and beyond the call of duty, this would-be catastrophe was just a minorly annoying inconvenience and it cemented our love of this hotel. Greeted at window by creepy young Indian guy (a young couple with 2 small children live on property and run this place). I didn't have time to search for a hotel, decided on this place spur of the moment because of the location fairly close to Carlsbad Beach and near the Carlsbad downtown area (don't let the location lure you in, it is worth the drive and seeking parking to find a better hotel). I was exhausted from a recent move, my first thought was to take a warm shower. I got into the shower, which was great for the first 3 minutes, then the pipes began singing... and I was hit by this horrid stench which began shooting out the shower nozzel. I was covered with what appeared to be sewage water, backed up putrid plumbing which covered me from head to toe. I had been shampooing my hair, so this caught me between the shampoo and the conditioner -- leaving me to have to rinse off with this horrid putrid water. I tried to rationalize that this didn't happen, but after taking the shower, I opened the door to the bathroom and was hit with this horrid stench which had engulfed the bathroom. No, this was NOT a figment of my imagination... I had indeed been COVERED with sewage plumbing stench. I got sick with what appeared to be the flu so bad that I literally couldn't move out for 2 weeks. I stayed there TWO SOLID WEEKS. Three days of that two weeks, I had a similar plumbing experience in the bathroom. I stayed in Room 113, which has a raised step up to the doorway. The walls had been patched up so much that they looked like a patchwork quilt. DECADES, Maybe even a CENTURY of plumbing issues were hidden beneath the cracks in the walls that they had tried to patch up. I was walking my dog around that property and noticed that the small garden smoking seating area smelled exactly like the plumbing/sewage issues which had spewed all over me in the shower. So, not only was this possibly sewage stench, but smelled like pesticides - like Round Up pesticide. Their room key system is the credit card type thing where it clocks out. Day after day, I was having to go back to the office window to get the key updated and the wifi code/password. The young Indian guy was so rude that he would toss the key at the window box. Incredibly RUDE... the type of rude that makes you want to take on a much more stringent immigration policy in the USA. Every day after 11am, the maid would come to the door. She was nice. I asked them specifically to clean the room two days when I was leaving for the afternoon. Both times, the room was left uncleaned. I travel quite a lot, this is THE WORST motel/hotel experience that I have EVER HAD. Don't STAY HERE. There are far better places to stay. Even Motel 6 is much better! The young couple's attitude was pathetic. If you are not good with people and don't like to be in a ”service” type industry, then for heaven's sake -- don't work at or own a hotel/motel. Lots of good things to say! The hotel is incredibly well maintained, clearly designed for families with younger kids. Bathrooms had lower height sinks, an awesome play area (LEGOS, a pirate ship, balloon animals, a perfect viewing area to watch the kids), endless amusing music (including in the elevators, at scheduled dance parties), a slick arcade, and more... bottom line, remarkable entertainment at every turn. The breakfast spread at Bricks was especially comprehensive and included a fleet of options that our entire family could confidently eat -- wonderful surprise! Far from your basic ”continental”, this is every breakfast item you can reasonably ask for and then some. I should add that for us, finding that is no small feat... I have a peanut/walnut/tree nut allergy (life-threatening) and my wife has a severe gluten allergy (Celiac disease) and a Casein protein (i.e., cow milk) allergy. All the same, the chef came out and personally walked us through the entire buffet and led us through what was and was not safe, at risk, etc. While we had to make a few educated decisions due to the possibility of cross-contamination by patrons, it was very comforting to see their level of attention to allergy concerns. They even have a dedicated fryolator for their tater-tots/hash browns! Yum!! Our ('basic' Pirate themed) room was incredible, and included a bunch of fun wall-mounted LEGO sculptures, complementary in-room refreshments (Apple Juice, water), a separate sleeping area for the kids complete with bunk beds, and even featured a delightful scavenger hunt that once completed gives you the code to unlock a secret chest in your room that has a few take-home LEGOS sets and a magazine (with free subscription)! We did have a snafu in our stay... The morning we were planning to check out, we connected with the bell-hops at the front of the building and asked for some help getting our bags down from the room (we sadly do not pack light!). However, this only served to showcase the herculean efforts of the LEGO Hotel staff in making our stay magical. Elijah Shepherd, bell-hop from the heavens, promptly agreed to meet us at our room in five minutes time to assist us with getting our things but to our dismay, the door would not open. Our room key would not work, and neither would his master key so he sprinted (LITERALLY!) downstairs to get another This did not work either, but his help and dedication did not cease. He proceeded to run up and down to the lobby relaying the issue up the chain of command a total of THREE times. We eventually worked out that our door lock's battery had failed, preventing all access. Thanks to Elijah, who showed unparalleled commitment to service, a positive attitude, and a caring ear above and beyond the call of duty, this would-be catastrophe was just a minorly annoying inconvenience and it cemented our love of this hotel. Would recommend in a heart beat! Side note, hotel management... Elijah deserves a raise!!! That ma

Quando ho prenotato questa stanza, diceva che era un hotel a 3 stelle, più di un 2. Senza il personale a 1. Non c'era un ascensore al secondo piano, e poi c'erano due suoni di notte, uno sembrava che un po' di legno mi saliva sopra, l'altro era che un po' di legno mi colpiva sul muro. C'era un onere aggiuntivo quando ho controllato che non era sul sito quando l'ho prenotato. Questo potrebbe essere l'hotel o questo debito, un po' sicuramente. Il mio rating non rifletteva davvero l'inizio a causa delle categorie.

Il nostro soggiorno era bello e rilassante, il che era il motivo per cui andava via. La stanza era piacevole e molto pulita. E il letto era comodo. Ho dormito come un bambino. Non c'erano molte strutture, ma hanno avuto la più importante, per quanto mi riguarda, la bella piscina. Ero molto invitante. E il servizio clienti era grande. Molto amichevole, personale professionale. Raccomanderò certamente Motel 6 ai miei amici e alla mia famiglia.

Abbiamo controllato e il desk front era molto amichevole e ha fatto controllare in modo facile, aveva un problema con il bagno e il desk front aveva immediatamente un altro posto in attesa per noi. Le camere dove pulite e odore fresco. Tutte le esigenze di base. Il mini frigo era freddo e pronto, la microonde era pulita e il caffè era pronto per essere fatto si fermerà di nuovo lì.

La posizione è a mezz'ora di distanza da SD. Se i residenti vicini possono venire in vacanza è più appropriato.
