Hotel con colazione a Città del Messico

Esta súper bien la ubicación el desayuno es muy rico el hotel está muy agradable las camas y almohadas exquisitas me pareció una excelente opción en cdmex.

Molto buon posto per ospitare; pulito, ordinato, comodo, facile accesso e con personale molto gentile, certamente tornerò. :)

We loved staying here although we did have a few hiccups. We arrived before check-in but we could leave our luggage at the hotel which was a relief. Unfortunately we lost our luggage ticket while out, but the front desk employee Grecia made it seem as if it were a huge problem and that we would not be able to retrieve our luggage at all. She did not reassure us even after we expressed confusion and concern. However once we had already gotten very stressed about this, another employee simply asked for our identification and quickly resolved the problem (which was their standard protocol). The stress was avoidable. When we arrived to the room we had to call to request robes and slippers, and there was only one water bottle even though we were two guests. In the bathroom, there is only one hook for the towels, which was inconvenient. The shower also leaked water all over the bathroom which is an architectural problem and can’t really be helped but was annoying as the bathroom floor was wet. The lighting in the room was also very dim, but that might just be a personal preference. Multiple times when requesting towels or water from room service, we had to call several times to remind them of our needs (we even once went personally to remind them at the front desk after 3 times of calling). On our last day we were eager to enjoy one final breakfast, which is listed as being from 6am-11am. However the food was not set up until 6:20-30, so we had to rush to eat before checking out to make it in time for our flight. Also at breakfast there is no self service tea or water station, and although the staff are attentive, it’s too much for them to be able to meet everyone’s needs at rush hour breakfast. However despite all of this we are left with a great memory of staying here. The food at breakfast was delicious, and most of the staff were very kind despite the delays in service. The location is convenient and the room was comfortable. I do not regret staying here although for ~300 USD a night I might expect a little bit more attention to detail.

Prezzo accettabile per la stanza.Il personale è amichevole e utile. Suggerire di aggiungere caldaia elettrica per ogni camera. Meglio mantenere il prezzo della stanza stabile nei giorni di settimana e nei fine settimana.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future. On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service. If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

Ho soggiornato quattro notti; era la mia seconda volta. Non ho fatto colazione in hotel, ma ho pranzato lì un giorno e la mia esperienza è stata positiva. L'hotel offre servizi spaziosi: la reception, il ristorante e gli altri spazi sono ampi. La camera era piuttosto spaziosa, con un letto comodo, un buon materasso e una TV con molti canali. C'è acqua gratuita, ma non c'è frigorifero o bollitore elettrico. Tutto era pulito e in buone condizioni generali, e c'era un ampio armadio. L'ascensore è veloce; ce ne sono due. I corridoi sono ampi e ben illuminati. Non ho avuto grossi problemi con il rumore delle caldaie di notte; ho dormito bene nel complesso. Sì, ogni tanto ho sentito rumori dalla stanza vicina, il cellulare che squillava e il russare dell'uomo in quella stanza. C'è una fermata del Metrobus proprio di fronte e la stazione della metropolitana Hospital General è a circa tre isolati di distanza, quindi è vicina. Ci sono anche un 7-Eleven e un minimarket Oxxo proprio lì. In breve, è una buona opzione per l'alloggio.

Excellent location! Walking distace to main avenues and transportation points. The staff was very friendly and helpfull at all times. the room was spacious, with individual unit (heater/AC) Some rooms have jacuzzi, you need to request it at moment of reserving a room. The hotel offers buffet breackfast(for extra charge) All and all, good value gor money I will stay there again here when visiting CDMX again .

Ho ordinato una stanza con cucina e colazione. La cucina era nella stanza, ma per qualche motivo non c’erano lenzuola, cibo, pasticceria, panini, tè, solo un caffè, una microonde, una fornace cucinata e due bicchieri. Il colazione non era nemmeno piacevole dalla parola. Ogni giorno dovete andare alla ricetta e prendere un pezzo di colazione. Il caffè non è niente, il succo con argento e la papaia. Colazione secca, omeletta con salsicce, pancake e così via. Il servo serve un servo e sono piccoli. Nessuna camera di isolamento acustico, ogni suono nella camera vicina è ascoltato come in sé. Da strada alle 4:00 musica suonata altissimamente e la gente ride. Il sanitario è qualcosa. A partire dalle 7:00 puliscono le camere vicine e il corridoio. Non dormire veramente ... Non è consentito fumare in hotel e fumare davanti all'hotel ...

La posizione geografica di Qinghai 🏨 è molto buona.Si trova nel centro della città.Non essere troppo conveniente per il museo intorno!Prendere colazione dalle 8 alle 10.Inoltre, il primo giorno di soggiorno darà un buono di cocktail margarita 🍸.Non è molto piacevole godersi il bar di tetto a sei livelli. Su mia richiesta, ho organizzato un letto in basso per me.La reception può immagazzinare i bagagli gratuitamente.I tasse a 85 sconti dare al momento dell'alloggio godranno la cena in ristorante, che è più conveniente che andare al ristorante veloce.Cinque piani di recreazione e cucina di auto-assistenza possono essere accettati per il riferimento dell'acqua di scarico.E'molto conveniente.Consigliare 🇲🇽

The room was quite spacious and the location is convenient. Breakfast was fine, with a decent variety and quality. However, the in-room facilities are very outdated — both the microwave and hairdryer were not working during my stay. The biggest downside was the extremely poor internet connection, which made it difficult to stay connected. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives, but also areas that need improvement.
