Hotel con colazione a Colombo

Recentemente sono rimasto all'Hotel Colombo Court, e mentre offre buoni valori e eccellenti camere, l'ospitalità mi è sentita un po' rigida per un turista. I primi punti: la camera stessa era fantastica. Era grande, impecabilmente pulita, e aveva fogli di grande qualità con molte eccellenti cuscini. La camera era condizionata con asciugamani e toletta di qualità. Dopo che sono arrivato a combattere contro il freddo, la grande selezione di caffè e tè nella stanza è stata un salvataggio assoluto. Tuttavia, il servizio clienti lascia molto da desiderare. Sono arrivato al mezzogiorno dopo un volo di notte. Anche se è la stagione bassa e l'hotel si è sentito completamente vuoto, il desk front insiste per il check-in alle 2:00 PM. Non hanno nemmeno offerto un check-in precoce per un canone, ma mi hanno detto di poter aspettare fuori al caldo per due ore dalla piscina. C'era anche una strana questione di fatturazione al check-in. Il servizio frontale mi ha chiesto un pagamento di $43, anche se avevo già pagato in pieno. Ho dovuto mostrare loro il mio lavoro di carta che mostrava il pagamento della carta di credito virtuale della piattaforma di prenotazione prima che si spendessero, ma non l'hanno ripreso, ma sembrava un tentativo di scalpore. Infine, la mia conferma di prenotazione ha dichiarato esplicitamente che il checkout era tra le 11:00 e le 12:00, ma alle 11:30, il personale mi ha chiuso alla porta dicendomi che il checkout era effettivamente alle 11:00. Anche dopo aver mostrato la mia conferma al tavolo frontale, hanno insistito che la loro regola era 11:00. Il personale è sempre stato amichevole e gentile, ma sembrava che servissero il loro libro di regole piuttosto che i loro ospiti.La proprietà è molto pulita, ma ha molto più di una viva per i viaggiatori di business che una destinazione turistica benvenuta. Not too sure if the location is good or not, but we find it is central enough to go anywhere we wanted although we have a driver to take us around. At night, after shopping from One Face Galle, it takes about 20mins including traffic jams to reach the hotel by uber. The view from our city view room is stunning too. You can see the Lotus Tower from the window, or you can rooftop bar with the amazing night view. Breakfast selection was absolutely amazing and the restaurant has a nice sea view. Hope we will come back again.

Huge apartment, 2 bed rooms with full amnities. Breakfast has a lot of selection but taste is bot quite good. Only bekery section doing well. Friendly staff, good location, nice view.

I was stay there 2 nights.overall room and cleanliness was perfect.specially thanks for housekeeping team which they made so comfortable stay for us.Also front desk team.regarding foods its doesn't meet our expectation..we had room dining all of that days.i request first day half boiled eggs for breakfast but it was hard boiled.second day i mentioned it and that day one egg half boiled but its broken.another one again hard boiled..we didnt feel foods was fresh.its not because of room dining i know we cant get 100% hot & fresh foods for room dining.im not saying about hot or cold.for breakfast we ordered two days 2 set menu frist day we didnt recived tea & coffee.but its include for set.second day we recived it.but second day we didnt recive breads and again we request it.however all the staff very friendly and always with smilly face.specially housekeeping team was perfect.they maintaining high quality cleanliness.

I recently stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Colombo, and overall it was a wonderful experience. The room was extremely spacious, honestly one of the largest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in within Colombo. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the amenities were excellent. The room included everything you might need—tea and coffee facilities, toiletries, toothbrushes, and more. The bed was very large and comfortable, and the TV, office table was huge as well. All the facilities such as the lights, air conditioning, and fan worked perfectly, so we had no issues at all. Our room was on the 8th floor (top floor) and we had a nice view overlooking the Galle Face Hotel with a small view of the ocean. The location of the hotel is also excellent since it is very close to Galle Face Green and many other attractions in Colombo, which makes it very convenient for travelers. The check-in process was smooth, and they welcomed us with a refreshing welcome drink. One thing to note is that the security procedure is quite strict. When we had guests visiting our room briefly, they had to provide their IDs and go through a security check. It was the first time I experienced this in a hotel, but it is understandable since it helps maintain safety. Although we booked bed and breakfast, we later asked if we could add the dinner buffet, but unfortunately it was already full. However, something very kind happened later that night. My mother wanted chicken congee, so we asked the room service staff if it was available. Even though it was not on the menu at that moment, they were kind enough to prepare and send us a bowl of chicken congee. It was a very thoughtful gesture, and we truly appreciated their kindness. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a very wide variety of food, and everything we tried was delicious. My family has always liked the buffets at Ramada, and this time was no different. They also had live cooking stations, and the staff there were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, everything about the stay was great. The room, service, location, and food were all excellent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. It is absolutely worth the price and offers great value for money.
