UUtente anonimoExcellent location. Has direct access to Grand Batam Mall on levels 2, 4 and 5. Breakfast buffet has a good spread and different selections on the two days we stayed there. Restaurant was crowded during breakfast so we sat outside near the pool. Had a power trip in the room during our stay but staff was quick to fix it. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Enjoyed live music on Friday and Saturday night.

UUtente ospiteHotel was newly built and hence facilities and room is spacious and clean. There was coffee machine in room which was a nice touch.Hotel is quite near Batam centre ferry terminal. However they only provide one bathrobe and one hand Should have provided 2 for 2 guests in room. no other amenities like shower cap or toothbrush is provided.I would stay here again if price is reasonable

UUtente anonimoI had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the hotel is generally clean and the front desk staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. The room itself was tidy and the bathroom was in good condition.
However, we stayed in Room 426 and had a very difficult time sleeping. The bed makes a lot of loud noise every time you turn over, which made it almost impossible to get a good night's rest. If you are looking for quality sleep, I would recommend requesting a different room.
The worst part is I forgot to ask for changing another room😇😇😇

Un grido speciale a Felix! Che è andato sopra e oltre per tutta la nostra permanenza. Da raccomandare grandi posti di cena fino ad aiutarci con i regali, il suo servizio pensiero ci ha fatto sentire bene curati. È raro incontrare qualcuno così dedicato e genuino grazie, Felix!
La maggior parte delle cose si sono rese note dalla calda ospitalità di ogni membro del personale che abbiamo incontrato.
In generale, non avrei potuto chiedere una migliore esperienza. Molto consiglia Grand Eska Hotel Batam per chiunque visiti Batami sarai ben nutrito, ben curato, e lasciare con un sorriso grande.

They serve quite a decent breakfast as well with a live Indomie station 👌 Only issue I have is the shower and bedroom is separated by glass and a translucent curtain! Consiglio di preparare autonomamente shampoo e asciugacapelli. Lo shampoo fornito ha una quantità limitata e l'asciugacapelli ha una potenza molto ridotta, quindi ci vuole tempo per asciugarsi i capelli.

UUtente anonimoAdoro il nostro soggiorno qui! Così bel resort e spiaggia davanti. La posizione è buona per una chiara vista sulla spiaggia e sull'oceano, nessuna nave/ferry vicino. Anche le piscine erano grandi. Le camere erano spaziose e pulite. Solo la ventilazione non funzionava nel bagno, quindi tutto rimaneva piuttosto bagnato per un po'. La colazione era buona, indonesiana e occidentale. È aperto un ristorante per pranzo e cena. Il personale era molto amichevole e utile, soprattutto gli uomini di porta e i conducenti di bug e di navetta. Volevamo provare un ristorante a Montigo e ci hanno fatto piacevolmente bug-gid fuori dalla proprietà. Situazione a soli 30-40 minuti dalla città di Nagoya.

So if I off the desk light then I cannot charge my devices. Another power switch is at corner near window.
