Review of Casa Faraona Luxury Residences, Madrid I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Faraona Luxury Residences in Madrid, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of elegance and comfort that truly set the tone for our stay. Incredible Room Experience The room we stayed in was nothing short of spectacular. Every detail was meticulously crafted, exhibiting a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The bed was heavenly, adorned with silky sheets that made it feel like a dream. It was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the vibrant city. Exceptional Service The service at Casa Faraona was outstanding. The staff were genuinely welcoming, attentive, and eager to ensure our stay was perfect. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs, making us feel like valued guests every step of the way. Delicious Breakfast and Free Cocktails One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. Each morning, we were treated to a delightful spread that catered to every taste, from fresh pastries to hearty options. Additionally, the complimentary cocktails were a lovely touch, allowing us to unwind and enjoy the ambiance of the residence. Prime Location The location of Casa Faraona Luxury Residences couldn’t be better. Nestled in the heart of Madrid, it provided easy access to some of the city’s top attractions, dining, and shopping. We loved being able to explore the vibrant streets and return to our luxurious oasis at the end of the day. In conclusion, Casa Faraona Luxury Residences exceeded all our expectations. With its stunning rooms, impeccable service, delicious breakfast, complimentary cocktails, and prime location, it offers an unforgettable experience. I can’t wait to return and make more wonderful memories in this beautiful hotel!

Forniscono articoli da toeletta ma non asciugamani; il noleggio degli asciugamani costa 2,5€. La pulizia dell'ostello non è eccezionale: mi sveglio tardi e vedo le addette alle pulizie quando vengono a pulire; stavano cambiando le lenzuola del piumone per terra. Anche il bagno non viene pulito a fondo. Il letto, tuttavia, è comodo. La posizione è discreta, anche se di notte potrebbe essere un po' losca. È comunque molto vicino alla metropolitana e ai supermercati.

La camera è ben organizzata e pulitissima, dotata di acqua in bottiglia e macchina del caffè. L'unico inconveniente è il letto matrimoniale, troppo morbido e con i bordi che tendono a cedere. Il divano letto non è molto stabile, ma per un bambino va benissimo. La struttura si trova molto vicino al Parco del Retiro. La zona circostante è residenziale e ci si sente molto al sicuro.

Vicinissimo alla fermata dell'autobus 203 per la stazione ferroviaria e l'aeroporto. Camminare non è un problema per noi, quindi la posizione è piuttosto buona. Ci sono voluti circa 45 minuti per raggiungere a piedi il Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía, attraversando il Parco del Retiro. Il Palacio de Cristal è chiuso, ma la fontana di fronte è molto carina. Anche il ritorno lungo P.º del Prado di notte è piacevole.

In questo hotel, la stanza è molto grande e molto comoda. C'è un supermercato fuori dalla porta. È particolarmente lodato che il loro parcheggio sotterraneo è molto ampio, facile da scivolare in grande seta, e il parcheggio è anche molto grande. L'unica insufficiente è che le strutture di questo hotel sono un po'vecchie, La vasca è scarsa, e la colazione è molto ricco.Altri sono molto buoni, puliti e buoni servizi.

Il colazione era molto buono e la posizione, purtroppo l'hotel è un po' stanco. La stanza era bene (anche se il piano era ineguale) i letti erano terribili, dovevo dormire sul pavimento perché siamo arrivati molto tardi e pensavamo che tutti i letti fossero gli stessi, quindi qual era il punto di dire qualcosa. Infatti, in ricezione ci è stato detto che erano, ma abbiamo scoperto il giorno dopo che non era il caso.Uno dei letti era con una piccola curva sulla materna e l'altro la primavera sarebbe stata appesa sul tuo corpo

La posizione è molto comoda, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Atocha, con facile accesso a tutte le direzioni. La camera è pulita e ordinata. La reception ha detto che è possibile passare a una camera più grande pagando un piccolo supplemento, ma la camera è un po' piccola rumoroso fronte strada. Anche lo shampoo, il balsamo e il dentifricio sono di alta qualità, la pressione dell'acqua è sufficiente, la reception è molto gentile e la colazione è buona. Il marchio Hardrock è garantito. La cosa strana è che nell'edificio l'energia elettrica sarà insufficiente e ci saranno interruzioni di corrente. Una mattina l'ascensore non funzionava, ma per noi non ha avuto un grande impatto.

L'ambiente è molto bello. Appena si entra, si viene accolti da una calda luce accogliente. La hall ha dei distributori automatici. La camera è semplice e non ha acqua in bottiglia. Lo shuttle bus si può prenotare online, costa 5 euro a tratta ed è molto comodo, le istruzioni sul sito sono molto chiare. Tuttavia, l'isolamento acustico è pessimo!!! Mi è stata assegnata una camera con una porta comunicante con la stanza accanto, chiusa a chiave, ma di notte le urla dei vicini mi hanno svegliato. Erano le 23:40 e si sentiva tutto chiaramente. Il telefono della camera era anche rotto. Sono scesa alla reception per segnalare il problema. Dopo, la reception probabilmente ha comunicato con loro, e dopo l'una del mattino non ho più sentito molto rumore. L'hotel non fornisce tappi per le orecchie, quindi portateveli dietro. È una buona scelta per un transito aeroportuale. La colazione è molto semplice, principalmente pane, prosciutto, yogurt, alcuni prodotti da forno e bevande.

Nonostante sembri vicino all'aeroporto, il tragitto dura 20 minuti e l'hotel non offre un servizio navetta, quindi si pagano 25€ a corsa, con un costo aggiuntivo di 50€ per andata e ritorno. Il personale non è stato esattamente accogliente né disponibile. Le camere sono belle e pulite. La prossima volta cercherò un hotel migliore pagando 20€ e risparmiando i costi aggiuntivi.

This review is not about the €9 breakfast charge. I paid for the breakfast because I had eaten it. This review is about how I was treated afterwards. A simple misunderstanding over breakfast escalated into one of the most unprofessional hotel experiences I have ever had. After I politely suggested that the hotel communicate its breakfast policy more clearly to avoid similar misunderstandings in the future, a staff member, Yansel, began shouting at me from outside the hotel, called me back inside, repeatedly accused me of “trying to play with him,” raised his voice throughout the interaction, claimed that he was the manager, refused my request to speak with the General Manager, and aggressively handled my personal belongings. He pushed and kicked my luggage towards the exit, damaged my bags, repeatedly shouted at me to take my belongings and leave, and I also felt mocked while trying to communicate in English instead of being treated with patience and professionalism. As a solo female traveller, I found this behaviour intimidating and completely unacceptable. Guests should be able to raise feedback respectfully without being shouted at, aggressively confronted, or having their belongings handled in this manner. I later spoke with Raul, who was professional, apologised for the way I had been treated, acknowledged that there had been been a misunderstanding regarding the breakfast, confirmed that I was entitled to leave my luggage after check-out, and informed me that Yansel was not the General Manager or the manager. I appreciate Raul’s professionalism. However, that does not change what happened. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying at Hotel Mayerling Madrid. There are many hotels in Madrid where guests can expect to be treated with professionalism and respect. In my experience, this was not one of them. As a solo female traveller, I did not feel safe after the way this situation was handled. For that reason, I cannot recommend this hotel and would encourage other travellers to consider alternative accommodation.
