Review of Casa Faraona Luxury Residences, Madrid I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Faraona Luxury Residences in Madrid, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of elegance and comfort that truly set the tone for our stay. Incredible Room Experience The room we stayed in was nothing short of spectacular. Every detail was meticulously crafted, exhibiting a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The bed was heavenly, adorned with silky sheets that made it feel like a dream. It was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the vibrant city. Exceptional Service The service at Casa Faraona was outstanding. The staff were genuinely welcoming, attentive, and eager to ensure our stay was perfect. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs, making us feel like valued guests every step of the way. Delicious Breakfast and Free Cocktails One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. Each morning, we were treated to a delightful spread that catered to every taste, from fresh pastries to hearty options. Additionally, the complimentary cocktails were a lovely touch, allowing us to unwind and enjoy the ambiance of the residence. Prime Location The location of Casa Faraona Luxury Residences couldn’t be better. Nestled in the heart of Madrid, it provided easy access to some of the city’s top attractions, dining, and shopping. We loved being able to explore the vibrant streets and return to our luxurious oasis at the end of the day. In conclusion, Casa Faraona Luxury Residences exceeded all our expectations. With its stunning rooms, impeccable service, delicious breakfast, complimentary cocktails, and prime location, it offers an unforgettable experience. I can’t wait to return and make more wonderful memories in this beautiful hotel!

La posizione dell'hotel era così conveniente nel centro di Madrid, il colazione era in ottima scelta e qualità con un prezzo molto ragionevole. La vista sul tetto del bar era grande e la struttura della palestra era anche buona. La stanza era ben attrezzata con mini frigo, cassaforte, un nuovo caldo e una macchina del caffè Illy, che ci ha resi pesanti, soprattutto dopo essere venuti dall'Hotel Passage House a Devon UK!   Raccomandiamo molto questo hotel ai potenziali ospiti che intendono visitare Madrid.

L'hotel è pulito e ogni giorno vengono fornite gratuitamente due bottiglie d'acqua in camera. La posizione è comodissima: a pochi minuti a piedi si trovano supermercati e farmacie, e di fronte, sempre a pochi minuti, ci sono un minimarket asiatico e un ristorante cinese con ottimo cibo. La camera è un po' piccola, l'ascensore è un po' rumoroso e la colazione è piuttosto semplice. Davanti all'hotel ci sono sempre taxi disponibili.

In questo hotel, la stanza è molto grande e molto comoda. C'è un supermercato fuori dalla porta. È particolarmente lodato che il loro parcheggio sotterraneo è molto ampio, facile da scivolare in grande seta, e il parcheggio è anche molto grande. L'unica insufficiente è che le strutture di questo hotel sono un po'vecchie, La vasca è scarsa, e la colazione è molto ricco.Altri sono molto buoni, puliti e buoni servizi.

Abbiamo cambiato 3 volte stanza in quanto appena arrivati nonostante avessimo prenotato per due adulti e letto extra per bambino ci hanno dato una stanza solo per due adulti. Alla prima lamentela ci hanno spostato in un’altra stanza dove c’era un divano letto ma senza lenzuola in quanto sostenevano che la bambina dovesse dormire con noi in due letti singoli , dopo la seconda chiamata alla reception dove si ostinavano a sostenere la loro tesi , ho preteso il terzo letto e finalmente si sono convinti a farci cambiare dinuovo stanza , semplicemente portandoci le chiavi e senza nessun aiuto a spostare i bagagli, quasi come se fosse una cortesia. È la prima volta che in un Novotel riceviamo questo trattamento di poca accortezza al cliente. Sicuramente non lo prenderò in considerazione per un prossimo soggiorno a Madrid.

Nonostante un evidente problema all'ingresso, lo consiglio vivamente: Posizione comoda vicino alla stazione della metropolitana e dei treni di Chamartín. La colazione è abbondante, il che è fondamentale per chi viaggia per lavoro. La pulizia è buona e l'hotel è in realtà più nuovo di quanto si possa immaginare nelle foto promozionali. La camera è piuttosto spaziosa, molto più grande della maggior parte degli hotel europei. Gli darei quattro stelle anziché tre.

L'hotel è in una buona posizione, nel centro della città. Ma l'attrezzatura è un po' vecchia, il condizionatore è rumoroso, è vicino alla strada e l'isolamento acustico non è molto buono. La colazione era buona. Il parcheggio a pagamento è abbastanza conveniente, ma il parcheggio è molto caro, 25 euro al giorno. La reception non è molto accogliente.

This review is not about the €9 breakfast charge. I paid for the breakfast because I had eaten it. This review is about how I was treated afterwards. A simple misunderstanding over breakfast escalated into one of the most unprofessional hotel experiences I have ever had. After I politely suggested that the hotel communicate its breakfast policy more clearly to avoid similar misunderstandings in the future, a staff member, Yansel, began shouting at me from outside the hotel, called me back inside, repeatedly accused me of “trying to play with him,” raised his voice throughout the interaction, claimed that he was the manager, refused my request to speak with the General Manager, and aggressively handled my personal belongings. He pushed and kicked my luggage towards the exit, damaged my bags, repeatedly shouted at me to take my belongings and leave, and I also felt mocked while trying to communicate in English instead of being treated with patience and professionalism. As a solo female traveller, I found this behaviour intimidating and completely unacceptable. Guests should be able to raise feedback respectfully without being shouted at, aggressively confronted, or having their belongings handled in this manner. I later spoke with Raul, who was professional, apologised for the way I had been treated, acknowledged that there had been been a misunderstanding regarding the breakfast, confirmed that I was entitled to leave my luggage after check-out, and informed me that Yansel was not the General Manager or the manager. I appreciate Raul’s professionalism. However, that does not change what happened. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying at Hotel Mayerling Madrid. There are many hotels in Madrid where guests can expect to be treated with professionalism and respect. In my experience, this was not one of them. As a solo female traveller, I did not feel safe after the way this situation was handled. For that reason, I cannot recommend this hotel and would encourage other travellers to consider alternative accommodation.

Ottima camera d'albergo, colazione a buffet molto ricca con un'ampia varietà di piatti. Anche il ristorante dell'hotel, aperto fino a tardi, serve piatti piuttosto raffinati. Inoltre, ho apprezzato molto il distributore gratuito di acqua e bevande. Ho potuto usufruire di un sacco di bevande calde e acqua aromatizzata alla frutta. Consiglio vivamente questo posto!
