UUtente ospiteI have been traveling on all-inclusive vacations annually for the past 15 years, and unfortunately, this was the worst check-in experience I have encountered.
I booked through a third-party agent, whose policy states that guests up to 17 years old are considered children. However, upon arrival, the hotel insisted that anyone over the age of 12 is classified as an adult. While I understand that policies may vary, this is clearly an issue that should be resolved between the hotel and booking agent, rather than placing the burden on guests. Instead, I was asked to pay an additional $900 USD to “upgrade” my 15-year-old niece. After lengthy discussions, including with the manager, we were pressured into paying $450 USD.
What made the experience particularly disappointing was the manager’s unprofessional behaviour. He refused to speak directly with me or other women in my family, insisting instead on addressing a male relative. This was not only disrespectful but also left us feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable.
It is unfortunate because the hotel itself does cater well to children, and most of the staff we encountered outside of check-in were polite and helpful. However, the food was average, with limited variety, and drinks were basic, with only two cocktails available that were of poor quality.
While the facilities had potential, the check-in experience and management’s handling of the situation overshadowed our stay. Based on this, I cannot recommend this property and will not be returning.

UUtente ospite和父母，在這裏過度一天。酒店全是歪果仁帶小朋友，基本沒有情侶的，都是家庭的，一家很多小孩子，特別有趣，我三是唯三的中國人，沒有歧視。衞生需要提高，牀頭櫃都是鋪墊子用的，床品必須穿睡衣，起球太嚴重了，扎得慌。工作人員都很熱情。餐廳不錯，每天10點前去前台預約日料等幾家特色餐廳，日料很正規的鐵板燒，日本師傅現場做，一桌衹接待10-12人。大餐廳餐品挺多的，可以找到自己喜歡的。酒店有自己海灘，從沙灘看不是玻璃海那種，這家沒有下水？這家有水世界，很多條管道那種。

Sono rimasto a Hurghada solo per due giorni, e purtroppo il mio primo giorno non è andato bene perché avevo prenotato l'hotel sbagliato. Dopo aver lasciato quel posto e arrivato qui, immediatamente mi sono reso conto di aver finalmente fatto la scelta giusta. Anche se ho trascorso solo due giorni in questo resort, mi sono lasciato desiderando di avere prenotato un soggiorno molto più lungo.
Tutti i membri del personale erano gentili e attenti. La selezione di cibo era ampia con molte opzioni deliziose. La spiaggia, la piscina e l'atmosfera generale del resort erano meravigliose. Dopo il check-out, il mio volo non era fino a mezzanotte, ma l’hotel mi ha concesso gentilmente di continuare a usare le strutture del resort e mi ha anche incoraggiato a godermi il buffet da pranzo.
Durante il mio viaggio in Egitto, sono rimasto in 4–5 hotel diversi, e questo è stato di gran lunga il migliore. Un altro grande vantaggio è che il personale può parlare sia tedesco che inglese, rendendo le cose molto più facili. Vorrei ringraziare in particolare la receptionista Mina Khalil, che è stata estremamente utile e gentile durante il mio soggiorno.

Dear Trip.com Customer Support,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a highly distressing experience I had with a recent reservation made through your platform.
I booked two rooms for two nights at Jasmine Palace Resort in Hurghada, Egypt, under a non-refundable reservation. Prior to traveling, I called the hotel directly to confirm the reservation and ensure that everything was in order.
However, upon our arrival, we were informed at the reception that our reservation would be canceled because the hotel allegedly has an agreement with an Egyptian agency to only accept UK residents for bookings made via Trip.com. This condition was never disclosed during the booking process, and it is entirely unreasonable and discriminatory to enforce such a policy after the booking has been confirmed and paid for.
We were met with resistance and an unacceptable level of rudeness from a staff member named Mr. Mohamed, who was uncooperative and arrogant throughout the discussion. Despite my efforts to resolve the situation—including offering to pay the rate difference and suggesting that my son, who holds a valid UK BRP, be listed as the main guest—Mr. Mohamed refused every solution.
I was left with no choice but to contact the Egyptian Tourism Emergency Hotline and file an official complaint. Upon requesting to speak with a supervisor, I was connected to Mr. Fathy, who was significantly more professional and understanding. After reviewing our documents and learning that my son has a BRP and that my husband and daughter both hold valid UK visas, he approved our check-in and even offered to upgrade our rooms to deluxe as compensation for the inconvenience.
Shortly after, a police officer who had been informed of the situation arrived at the hotel and confirmed that the issue had been resolved.
This entire ordeal was not only stressful and humiliating, but it also jeopardized the start of our family vacation and left us deeply frustrated with both the hotel’s discriminatory practices and the apparent lack of vetting on your platform. If the hotel has a residency restriction, it should be clearly stated before booking.
I kindly request that Trip.com investigate this matter seriously and take appropriate action. At the very least, I would appreciate a formal apology and a gesture of goodwill, such as a partial refund or credit, to compensate for the emotional distress and time wasted.
Please let me know if you require any supporting documentation, including the reservation details, contact logs, or complaint reference with Egyptian tourism authorities.

Camera: arredamento nuovo e di qualità, è gradevole, attenzione alcune zone dell'hotel possono essere rumorose la sera durante l'animazione.
Ristorante: molto buono, molta scelta, sempre spazio per mangiare. Al di fuori dell'orario dei pasti è più complicato procurarsi il cibo, anche con la formula all inclusive.
Bar: ottimi cocktail
Spiaggia: pulita e confortevole, tuttavia si sentono tutte le attività dell'hotel accanto, non ideale per riposarsi.
Piscine: molto buone
Animazione: meno buona che in altri locali, spettacolo serale non eccezionale, durante il giorno le attività sono sempre le stesse.

Великолепные завтраки. Отличное обслуживание везде, ребята очень стараются, и не из под палки а от души. Отель конечно мягко говоря «подуставший», требуется реновация, но стараниями персонала и местоположением это компенсируется))). С удовольствием вернусь.

HHuseyinOzcanHotel is half-pansion system means you have a good breakfast and a good dinner. Hotel has her own beach and heated pool. If you used to huge hotels this hotel is like a small nice boutique hotel.
Hotel is very clean. Rooms are cleaning every day. Bottled water, coffee, tea and kettle are suitable every day in the room. Flat tv, refrigirator and clima are in the room. I couldn't be able to start the clima machine for heating but there is a good machine. You ask hair drier from reception for free.
Restaurant is also clean and meals are enough and delicious.
If you will go to early tour hotel prepare your breakfast for free and if your tour return late hotel prepare and serve your dinner late. Just tell the reception you will go early and returning late. They just ask 50 eygpt pound per person for packing the meals.
1 gb internet for room is not enough for the stay but you can buy extra from the reception.
Only one card for a room and extra charge for second room card is not fair.
Whole employee of the hotel are very kind and try to help you but each of them should ask everthing to manager.
Taking pitza or something from outside is a problem. Also alcohol is not permitted in this hotel as mostly in Egypt. I think hotel needs more customer needs and pleasures based; not rules based.
They need to have a fair price for early checkin and late checkout. May be just for shower.
Tour desk in the hotel is very helpful and fair price.
If you have any problem find Mr. Alla and Ms. Ruvan. Your problem will be solved faster.
I advice my two friends to checkin this hotel and they checkin. I will come back.
