Hotel con colazione a Lijiang

Location is near Shuhe and Baisha Ancient town, as well as a clear view of the Jade dragon mountain on a clear day. Room also came with fruits and tea which was nice. There is also free shuttle service to the nearby ancient town though I did not utilise it. However, I must say the room amenities and layout is average and not amazing compared to some other homestay I experienced at Lijiang Ancient town and in Dali as well. Additionally I experienced some hiccups during my stay. As I had to leave early at 6.30am in the morning, the hot water for shower was not working that early in the morning probably due to the location and not many people using the hot water which causes a huge delay in receiving hot water from their water taps. Do take note of this if you are planning to take a shower early in the morning.

Il servizio è stato impeccabile dal momento in cui conferma la prenotazione fino a quando non parte. Assicurano che tutte le domande e richieste siano trattate proativamente. La loro camera è esattamente come è con grandi vibrazioni architettoniche locali, ma molto calda e confortevole. Le camere sono molto pulite e non profumate che possono essere un problema comune nelle città antiche. Sono anche molto collegate intorno e in grado di introdurre ristoranti/bar. Certamente la mia scelta migliore per il mio prossimo viaggio! Mi sono sentito davvero dispiaciuto di lasciare questo posto. L'alloggio è stato fantastico fin dal momento in cui siamo entrati. La reception offre già di per sé tantissimo. Gli animali domestici, con cui i bambini possono giocare e scorrazzare liberi, sono un'esperienza unica. Stavamo per prenotare un Intercontinental, ma sono così contento di non averlo fatto! Il nostro soggiorno qui è stato fantastico, l'arredamento della camera e il bagno. I letti erano comodi, la doccia e i servizi igienici erano puliti e molto lussuosi. L'area colazione sul tetto, a bordo piscina, è uno spettacolo da vedere, con vista sul monte Yulong. Credo che l'alloggio abbia fatto del suo meglio per offrire agli ospiti la migliore esperienza possibile di Lijiang, grazie alla sua posizione. Per quanto divertente sia stata l'esperienza per tutta la famiglia, siamo molto dispiaciuti di andarcene. Lijiang è magica e Paralloge l'ha resa ancora più speciale per noi. Si trova in una zona più tranquilla della città antica, ma ci è sembrata la più comoda da raggiungere con i bagagli e da soli. Cleanliness: room was slightly dusty. Spiders and insects in the room, but expected because it has many oriental decorations that require constant cleaning to prevent dust accummulation. Location: convenient, it’s of walking distance to the north gate, easy to stroll around to different parts of the ancient town. Service: I have never given a bad review for the service attitude of any accomodations which I’ve stayed at in China, but I honestly think that the service here is mediocre and more reactive than proactive. They fulfil the basics of bringing your luggage up to your room, giving directions to the laundry and breakfast areas and arranging for pick up from the station to the hotel for a stay of at least three consecutive nights. I cannot speak for all the service staff, but the service staff that mainly tended to me during the stay definitely needs to be improved. He was helpful when I needed help for the laundry setting. However, when I needed help with booking tickets to snow mountain (I’m a foreigner and do not have a local number), it was a rather frustrating experience. He shared that the booking of tickets to Yulong Snow Mountain can be done 3-4 days in advance, and he could help me when I arrive at the accommodations. When I arrived, it was 4 days in advance but he was rather nonchalent and did not manage to help me secure tickets for my intended date of visit and had to eventually rely on the tour group to help change dates. The night before the tour visit, I had to reach out on wechat to ask about when and where the meeting point is for the tour. Even after the tour, I even had to ask several times to pay for the tour tickets as he had helped me to secure the ticket to the glacier park cablecar eventually. I had already shared that I could not transfer money on wechat and could only do via scanning his wechat/alipay qr code or vice versa. I feel that given that you guys are located in Lijiang and located near to Jade Snow Mountain, you should have encountered other customers who need help with the booking and this shouldn’t have been such a stressful tour booking experience. Amenities: they have two all-in-1 washing machine and drying amenities which was rather helpful. In the original room which i had booked, the air con leaked at around 10pm+. I texted the service staff on wechat and another staff came 5-10minutes later to check. This staff said it’s normal for the air con to leak at times especially if it’s blocked. After checking, he offered to change rooms for me. He helped me to move my luggage to the new room. There was no form of apology by any of the staff on the day itself when the incident happened. It was only on the next day when I requested for check-out transportation services to the railway station for the following day, where the staff who mainly tended to be apologised for the aircon leakage and offered complimentary transport services to the railway station. I’ve stayed in many accomodations in Yunnan but this was the most disappointing stay thus far and I will definitely not be back again.

Ci ha anche consigliato ristoranti e attrazioni nelle vicinanze, e abbiamo subito prolungato il nostro soggiorno. È stato uno spreco totale! Altamente consigliato!!!

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso 3 notti al Banyan Tree Lijiang. Nel complesso, il soggiorno è stato meraviglioso. La struttura è bellissima e tutto il personale è molto cordiale. Abbiamo alloggiato nella villa con due camere da letto, spaziosa per noi quattro. Alcune delle dotazioni dell'hotel sono un po' datate, ma il personale ha soddisfatto le nostre richieste con grande disponibilità. Un appunto: nella villa c'è una vasca da bagno esterna, ma abbiamo scoperto in seguito che non funzionava, il che è stato un peccato. Ciononostante, l'hotel offre molte attività gratuite, il che è stato un ulteriore vantaggio. Ci siamo divertiti sul campo da tennis, con il laboratorio di fabbricazione della carta e passeggiando per il resort. Anche il servizio fotografico in costume è stato un momento clou.
