Situato in un bel centro, molto vicino al Metro Wuhan e a pochi passi dalla strada Chuhehanjie Shopping. Ci è stato divertente di poter raggiungere tutte le migliori attrazioni di Wuhan in poche fermate della metropolitana come il lago orientale e il Museo provinciale di Hubei. Another great stay at the New World Wuhan Hotel. It is centrally located. With the K11 outdoor mall right next door and the WS indoor shopping mall across the street, there are a lot of food options and things to do. The staff is wonderful and the breakfast is terrific with many western food options. Just ask and they will do their utmost to accommodate your needs.

We had a really pleasant experience with the hotel especially some of the bellboys and front desk staff! :) Hotel staff were also very quick with our request of getting extra bottles of water and room slippers. The room had a good view and their place is really very spacious and clean. Special shoutout to front desk staff Ryan, who went above and beyond to help us resolve and coordinate our many parcel deliveries. He even helped us to contact the drivers personally. Also to Yuki, who was really helpful with assisting our checkout smoothly. We are overall pleased with the service, location and cleanliness of Wuhan Marco Polo and will be sure to recommend to others!

First time staying here. The hotel was very well located in the downtown area. Front desk staff gave me an upgrade to their executive room with a killing view. Room was clean and quite spacious. Really dig the view of the lake and financial districts below. I would typically prefer a sunnier day for better visibility, but during my stay this time, it was drizzling and the blurry view was quite chill. Breakfast ended a bit early but had some decent food options. Lobby bar staff was not familiar with credit cards or Apple Pay but actually their handheld worked with my Amex on iPhone in the end. I had to work with her and her manager so keep in mind if you are using these options. I would recommend choose CNY on the POS machine and have your bank do the currency exchange. Their POS device charges 5.5% fee if you choose Dollar or equivalent.
