Mi sentivo al sicuro quando ho visto le guardie di sicurezza in tutto il mondo. Anche se la stanza è vecchia, ma molto pulita, e il servizio è senza dubbio. Ho avuto problemi con la nostra AC, ma la guardia e il ricevitore sono venuto in camera per te molto presto. Cosa può chiedere di più! Il colazione è tutto a posto, ma completo. Questo è l'unico hotel che ho soggiornato in sette hotel che offre ham, carne e uova bellissime. Ci siamo divertiti.

Prenotato una stanza per un amico, non era intrisa con il tubo da regolare. La pittura era scioccata in due punti. Anche all’ingresso della stanza c’era una tintura asciutta di una sorta di sostanza fugata all’ingresso della porta. Si può vedere la pista fuori portando in o fuori dalla stanza.

La posizione è conveniente, può essere utilizzato per l'aeroporto di Long Beach. L'apparecchiatura è completa, con microonde, frigorifero, forno e caffè.Ci sono abbastanza parcheggio, gratis. Tutti i locali sono al piano ２, quindi relativamente sicuri. Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni specchi grandi nella stanza, la sporcizia è ovvia, poche finestre non sono adatte alla famiglia.

Il servizio era eccellente. Check-in e check-out erano veloci. Il colazione era delizioso (sempre sopra), la palestra era pulita e facile da trovare. Le camere erano spaziose e ben progettate. Sarebbe un cliente di ritorno :)

I have stayed at this establishment many times over the past 4 years. I have seen it been a nice safe haven, then go down hill with pot smoking and parties, then back up again to being a nice place to stay. The front desk staff has always been good at customer service even though the manager isn't. During this stay which has been longer than my usual I was informed by the Manager that I had to leave. They refer to this as the ”28 day shuffle.” This is clearly against California Law Civil Section 1940.1. Hoteliers try to do this so that they don't have to possibly go through the eviction process for someone that stays over 30 days. When I informed the Manager that this was against CA Law and gave him the code section to read himself, he just didn't care and basically dared me to report him as he is above the law. He violates several CA laws, renting rooms that only accomadate 4-5 people to a group of 7 people. They don't change the sheets as they should unless you call them on it. Again, let me say the front desk staff is good but this Manager is one of the worst I have seen. I understand from the staff he has a very short fuse when it comes to his temper. He is in the hospitality business, there is no room for that kind of demeanor. I will be filing suit in LA County courts to stop this individual from doing this to others!

We got there about midnight no one was at the front and waited for about 10 mins for someone finally come out and looks like she was sleeping. Second night the cops was there and arrested someone. Walls are very thin and it sounded like the people above us was moving things around all night long. It's not a good place for children or anyone. They don't have an iron or iron board and if you need one they only have an iron and when you borrow it you need to return it as soon as you are done. If you need towels or anything it has to be done in the daytime only!!! Looks like people lives there. Bathroom is big but you have to bring your own soap, shampoo and ect. They only have 1 tv in the room with 3 king beds. The only thing that was good is the room is very big.
