We were greeted by friendly and professional front desk staff on the first day. Our toilet shower head was already broken when we checked in however technician came over real fast to fix it. Room was spacious enough for 2 of us. Amenities were sufficient. Mattress was medium range. Toilet was clean and no smell with good ventilation. It was abit difficult for check in guest to contact front desk because they didn’t place any phone over each floor that will connect directly to lobby/operator. Even better if they could provide bottle water instead of asking us to get filter water on one of the share tab. Overall it was a good stay and will visit again next round.

Very clean room, comfortable environment. Near to Icon city and Auto city, very convenient for eat out and food delivery via grab.

This is my fourth time im here ! Before this i stay at studio room, this time i stay at 2 bedroom, spacious room and clean room! I love so much stay here. staff friendly, all complete amenities.

Very comfortable and clean hotel, but location is a bit far from shopping area so we decided to order grab food.

The location of the hotel is great! Getting grab around was easy available too, of course not to forget about grab food! Hotel room is clean with all the things we need! Will be back to this hotel again!

First time staying here, rather disappointed on the cleanliness. Limited amenities included, although room is similar to a studio apartment. Indoor parking was a challenge as rather confusing directions to go.

The rokm is big and spacious. Clean too. There are many shops and restaurants near the hotel. Breakfast is not so great.

Arrived around 4pm and the check in was good. Parking was free for guest hotel. Can choose in front hotel or multistory parking. Room was spacious with separate living room. Aircond and wifi was good also. Cleanliness acceptable.

Nice stay experience. The room is spacious and fully furnished. The location is good.plan to come back on next trip. Unfortunately, the kitchen dish wash detergen was rotten smell and yellowish.Looks like they never regular change it. It was disgusting to use it to wash the plate.Hoefully, they take note for each room dish wash Detergent.
