WOWOWOWOOW location could not be better! Directly across from Raffles and the horizontal hotel towr on the waterfront. Bathtub room has an incredible view. Modern, industrial design. Massive bathtub. Soft mattress. Excellent service. My only notes would be to add some towel or robe hooks in the bathroom and to give a tag for the door if you want room service or "do not disturb". Highly recommend. I will stay here if I ever come to Chongqing again.

Is a good place to stay, but the room is not so good. Is ok but not so good. The view is great. And convenient location.

We had booked 2 nights stay for another room in order to enjoy the fantastic river night view. The hotel receptionist is helpful to our request for river view. The bathtub is huge and even provided the bath salt. What a wonderful stay we had in this hotel. Cheers !

The hotel’s city-center location was unbeatable. Being in the heart of the city allowed me easy access to all the attractions and amenities I desired. And oh, the view! From my room, I was treated to stunning vistas that showcased the beauty and energy of the bustling city below. It was truly a feast for the eyes. However, despite the ideal location and picturesque views, I couldn’t help but feel disappointed by the level of service and cleanliness throughout my stay. The service provided by the hotel staff was far from satisfactory. Requests and inquiries were met with indifference, and it seemed as though they were more focused on their own convenience rather than ensuring guest satisfaction. It left me feeling neglected and undervalued as a guest. Moreover, the cleanliness of the hotel was subpar. The housekeeping seemed to lack attention to detail, and it was evident that the rooms were not thoroughly cleaned. From dust on surfaces to stains on the linens, it was a constant reminder of the lack of dedication in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. As a traveler who values both comfort and hospitality, these issues significantly impacted my overall experience. While I can appreciate the hotel’s prime location and mesmerizing views, it’s essential for a hotel to provide attentive service and uphold cleanliness standards to create a truly memorable stay. It’s worth mentioning that these are my personal observations and experiences, and others may have had different encounters at the same hotel. Nevertheless, I believe it’s important to share both the positives and negatives to provide a balanced perspective for fellow travelers. As always, I encourage you to do your own research and read reviews from multiple sources before making a decision on your accommodations. Great location however interior construction uses low quality materials. Often need to wait a few minutes for elevator - only one elevator. But still really enjoyed staying at this location.

the room come with a super wide window view, the interior design is unique and nice, but the hygiene is pretty bad, the floor doesn't clean enough, if walking in the room with bare foots, it becomes dark

Hotel is next to Raffles shopping center, good location and easy to take public transport.

Very nice hotel, welcoming and helpful staff, convenient location. Subway station is just downstairs, and also if you’re into walking you can reach a lot of attractions by foot . In love with the view, room design and huge bathtub 🤍

I extended my stay again and it was no problem. The hotel area is great, there are many restaurants and shops. So many that i got lost sometimes and couldnt find the way

Had to change room as toilet in first room had an unbearable sulphur odour. Staff was super helpful in helping me Change rooms. Bathroom is elevated so stepping down from the bathroom to the main room requires caution as the room tiles are smooth. Even moving slowly after my first shower, I slipped and cracked my small toe. Almost fell back on my head but held on to the door handle luckily.

ทำเลดีหาง่าย แต่จัดการอุปกรณ์ของในห้องไม่ค่อยเรียบร้อย ต้องแจ้งให้พนักงานนำมาให้หลายรอบ โปรเจคเตอร์โอเค แต่แผ่นกระดาษขาวเล็กกว่าที่ที่ฉายภาพ ส่วนห้องข้างๆมีการตกแต่ง ซ่อมแซมเสียงดังแต่เช้าเลย รบกวนการพักผ่อนเป็นอย่างมาก

帶女朋友來重慶玩，選了這家酒店，前台小姐姐非常熱情，親自帶我們到房間。房間乾淨衞生，女朋友特別喜歡房間的裝飾，酒店位置很好，頂樓就是雲端之眼，旁邊一百米左右就有輕軌和長江索道北站，到來福士和解放碑步行街步行也就十來分鐘，房間視野很好，白天逛了一天晚上躺在超大浴缸裏看重慶夜景，真是太享受了
