I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect. It is in the city centre. We got a lovely room in the front of the hotel. Big and clean Breakfast was nice. Plenty of choices. I have to say the staff are fantastic. Two members of staff in particular. David is so helpful. I looked for more hangers on the first evening and within two minutes I had another 10 hangers. Later in the week I need laundry bags for packing and a few minutes he got some for me. Nothing is a problem. A very pleasant man that never stops smiling. 😄 Tamara was also very helpful and pleasant Doesn’t that make all the difference when you book into a hotel. You can’t go wrong if you stay here

Ottimo ubicazione, personale super amichevole, letto confortevole. Doccia con eccellente pressione, ideale per recuperare energia al mattino dopo una delle notti folli di Belgrado. Molto consigliato perché è vicino a molti punti turistici e si trova anche in una zona con molti ristoranti e bar top. Camere silenziose e confortevoli.

I had a brief stopover with just enough time to watch Crvena Zvezda on Sunday night. In this case the hotel was perfect as it was somewhere between the bus station, which I needed to return to the next morning, and the stadium. However, if you want to be nearer the centre, there are much more adequate options. The stay was fine, although when I arrived there was nobody on the desk, the man when he arrived spent a long long time on the phone (I'm in no rush, and rarely am I in the Balkans, and he didn't seem to have any recognition of my reservation (done with Booking). The room was spacious and clean and reminded me of yesteryear somewhat.

Ritengo che sia un hotel accogliente ed il personale che se pur cambiando in parte fra la prima volta ed adesso è un hotel in cui riesci a trovare personale che conosce un po l'italiano e che è all'altezza di soddisfare le tue richieste. Qualora dovessi tornare a Belgrado ci alloggerei nuovamente.

Questo hotel mi ha davvero sorpreso! Ci andava bene sotto tutti gli aspetti. Volevamo stare fuori città, in pace e tranquillità, ma con i trasporti nelle vicinanze. Quindi l'autobus numero 72 ferma molto vicino, dall'aeroporto ci vogliono 15 e 25 minuti per raggiungere il centro di Belgrado. L'hotel stesso è circondato da case private. Le camere sono nuove, l'impianto idraulico è buono, i materassi sono eccellenti e questo è importante. TV enorme, Wi-Fi, tantissime lampade, lampadine e ogni tipo di illuminazione. C'è un bollitore. Ci aspettavamo che per pochi soldi avremmo trovato un alloggio al livello di un buon ostello, ma il risultato ha superato le aspettative, l'hotel è bello. C'è, tuttavia, uno svantaggio. Adiacente all'edificio dell'hotel si trova una casa privata, che in inverno viene riscaldata naturalmente e quando non c'è vento, i gas di scarico del tubo della caldaia volano nell'atmosfera proprio davanti alle finestre dell'hotel. A Fors la stanza è un po' calda, ma se apri la finestra si sente l'odore. È positivo che la casa non sia riscaldata 24 ore su 24, quindi l’odore sgradevole si avverte solo occasionalmente, soprattutto la sera e la mattina presto.
In piacevole nota vorrei segnalare un'ottima pasticceria, i pasticcini sono ottimi.
In generale consiglio l'hotel a chi non ha bisogno di storie e di feste attive. Per i passeggeri in transito per un paio di notti, questo è tutto. Se la politica dei prezzi continua, torneremo sicuramente di nuovo qui.

UUtente ospiteMentre la decorazione era moderna e la pulizia soddisfacente, molti aspetti dell'esperienza erano insufficienti.
In primo luogo, l'assenza di tazze adeguatamente dimensionate per la macchina del caffè è stata un notevole sconvolgimento; nonostante la fornitura di caffè, la mancanza di tazze corrispondenti ha reso la macchina inutilizzabile, il che è stato deludente.
Inoltre, le strutture della camera da bagno erano sublime, simili a prodotti generici e economici trovati nei supermercati piuttosto che la qualità prevista delle toilette di classe hotel.
Tuttavia, ciò che ha davvero aggravato la nostra insoddisfazione è stata la scarsa atteggiamento di servizio dimostrato dall'ospite. Quando abbiamo comunicato il ritardo di arrivo dovuto a un ritardo di volo, l'ospite ha improvvisamente concluso la chiamata a metà strada attraverso la nostra conversazione, mostrando una mancanza di professionalità e cortesia.
Inoltre, l’incongruenza riguardo al tempo di checkout era profondamente frustrante. Inizialmente informato di un checkout a 2:00 PM, poi siamo stati informati di un tempo rivisto di 12:20 PM, con l’ospite confusando la pronuncia di «2» e «12». Durante i nostri tentativi di chiarire questa discrepanza, l’ospite ha improvvisamente chiuso la chiamata, lasciando la mia ragazza e me, mi sentivo in fretta e indebitamente pressionata a vuotare le stanze.
In generale, sebbene alcuni aspetti dell'alloggio fossero soddisfacenti, l'esperienza complessiva è stata alimentata da strutture inadeguate e servizi non professionali.

UUtente ospiteSuperb stay at this excellent hotel. Brand new place, impeccably clean spacious rooms, excellent rain shower! 5’ walk to the most gorgeous orthodox church of St Sava and a pleasant 20’ walk through the pedestrian street, to Kalemegdan Park and Fortress. There was a protest in Belgrade, but the head concierge wrote us ahead of time, warning us, so we decided to get their private airport car who knew all the inside roads and detours, and got us there in a jiffy. Their breakfast is plentiful and their restaurant serves tasty Serbian specialties. A special mention to Arandgel and Novak, who gave great suggestions for restaurants and things to do in Belgrade.

UUtente ospitePerché ho dato un basso tasso di ”servizio”?Perché vorrei sottolineare che mi sembra incredibilmente strano che la maggior parte dei dipendenti non abbia molte qualifiche come aiutare, sorridere, essere rispettati, ecc.
La posizione, la pulizia, l'architettura, le strutture (centro benessere), il colazione e il comfort dell'hotel sono davvero meravigliosi.
Perche' ho fatto un piccolo ”servizio”, perche' voglio dire che mi dispiace molto che molti dei dipendenti siano in grado di aiutare, ridere, rispettare, eccetera, senza molte qualita'.
La posizione dell'hotel, la pulizia, l'architettura, le strutture (centro di benessere), il colazione e la comodità sono davvero fantastici.

UUtente ospiteThe staff at the front desk are very helpful giving wonderful recommendations for restaurants and ever so accommodating of all our requests - printing and scanning documents, questions about where to go due to our special dietary needs etc. We appreciate them very much. There was one evening when one of the staff at the front desk failed us when he showed very little care for our well-being when we reported to him that the elevator was broken. He did not give us a good attitude and solution. We complained again and another staff came out to show us a side elevator to use - something he could have very easily and politely pointed us to. We complained about it and was promptly apologised to and even presented with a bottle to wine as an apology. The cleaning of the room was not up to standard and we thought they could do better in that department. Nonetheless, after we pointed it out to them, they immediately rectified and gave the room a good clean. I appreciate their spirit of improvement. Overall, we liked the room and hotel very much. The bed and pillows were comfy. The room was large. Toiletries were very nice. As friendly and accommodating as they are, we will definitely give them another chance and return for another stay.

UUtente ospiteI am so embarrassed that out of all the places I travelled to, this one happened to be in my own country. We were getting married on the week of our stay, namely Saturday and have made a booking in 2 parts - Wed, Thu small room they have, Sat-Mon, big luxurious one with the glass roof for our wedding. As far as the little room goes: It was horrible. I read some people complained but I didn't believe so we went ahead. The room is in a separate building two doors down. The building itself is in ruins and is having some construction done around. They have 4 rooms in the same corridor behind a locked door, one next to the other. So first thing, as of early morning and long into the night there is CONSTANT banging of doors as people go in and out. Further, room is musty as hell! Tiny window overlooks this shabby backyard and makes it dark and gloomy. Then comes the main part, it was filthy! I fell so bad not having taken the photos! Bin in the bathroom had the new bag in it, but underneath the bag was rubbish from the previous day. My partner put a towel over the glass barrier of the shower to dry and when he took it back, it was BLACK. In the toilet there was only an empty shell of the bowl cleaner and then the sink was all smudged EVERYWHERE. But we stuck with it as we knew on Saturday we would be checking into the nice one and it was convenient to just move stuff 2 doors than go somewhere else. Then the real horror started. We scraped some money to book a nice place to get ready for our wedding and spent our first wedding night. We chose this place as it looked so nice in the photos. It was NOT cheap, people don’t pay rent for a month in Belgrade in the amount they charged for 3 nights. Taken by the experience of the horrible room we stayed in, I told the receptionist we wanted to see the big room before we go in as we don’t want the same. They said ok and took us. On the way to the room the receptionist tells us “it is a little warm”. That weekend was extremely hot. We go up and the apartment is BOILING. The only AC they have is set on 17 degrees (none in the bedrooms) and it is still super hot. Mind you the place has a glass roof so it is like an aquarium. Then, it was NOT like in the pictures, there are chips and damages everywhere, and is not at all looking fabulous like in those pictures they put but more worn out. We asked for 5 minutes to think about and the guy let us and left. We sat there for 5 minutes SWEATING and looking around and thinking there is no way that I will be getting ready for my wedding, taking beautiful pictures and spending my first night as a married couple there. Plus the glass was opened into the yard and neighbors from the other floor could see straight in. We came down and said we will not stay. They said, ok, call Booking.com and let them know. They were more or less ok about it and we left, the day before our wedding, running around Belgrade looking for a place to stay. I called Booking and they said they would ask

UUtente ospiteWhere to start, when booking on booking.com it seemed ok. The reviews seemed OK and it looked like a lot of business people stayed there. However, when we checked in, the first room we got (Room 131 first floor) was just as bright at night when the lights were off as when the lights were on. This was due to the large light directly outside the window lighting the large sign on the side of the hotel. We went straight back to the reception to get the room changed as it was unacceptable. The receptionist changed the room but we had to have single beds, which was not the worst trade off. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The second room on the 4th floor (Room 428) was better, only just. It was still effected by the light outside but not as bad and the curtains did enough of a job to cut it out slightly. There was three single beds in the room. The room wasn't exactly clean, but was tolerable as the sheets were clean. The pillows were uncomfortable. The bed was OK. There was a storage nook with no coat hangers but one hanger on the wall for your jackets. The walls were very dirty and had marks all over them. The toilet had a door with no handle on the inside, a broken frame on the inside so you couldn't close it fully as it jammed on the floor but you wouldn't want to shut it all the way as you couldn't reopen it due to no handle on the door. They said the room had been refurbished? The bathroom was a bit better, probably the best room in the apartment. The breakfast in the adjacent hotel was overpriced and not the best. I didn't like having to sit in the breakfast area with people smoking. I know its a European thing but we don't have that back in Australia were its banned from smoking in restaurants / eating areas. Pricing was OK but still found that it was to much for the low standard of the room. In doing further research when we got home, one of the reviews of the hotel was about the room with the light. Its in a good area with transport and close to the St Sava temple. I'd probably stay away from it if your looking for a place in Belgrade. It was the two rooms we got that put us off this hotel.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è un'ottima impressione, ma quando si arriva al corridoio della stanza si vede che è un hotel molto vecchio che dovrebbe essere rinnovato anni fa. Nei camere è ancora peggio, c'è circa 1 cm di crack tra la porta della stanza e la gamba (nessun isolamento sonoro). Tutto nella stanza è vecchio e battuto, i tessuti sono vecchi e molto sporchi, così sono i bianchetti decorativi sul letto. Ci sono unità AC nella stanza (non abbiamo provato, tuttavia) Il bagno non era pulito correttamente, il coperchio sopra il bacino era pieno di polvere. Il pavimento non era vuoto.Il servizio in camera non fa le letti.I coperchi non sono in set di letti, solo coperti di fogli. Il buffet per colazione è stato servito eccezionalmente dalle 8 alle 11 (non conosci le ore di solito), il che significa che alle 8 era una grande linea per colazione. Un giorno, aprirono un altro locale perché non ci erano tavoli lasciati nel primo giorno, l'altro non lo facevano; sopra di ciò c'è solo una macchina da caffè che funziona molto lentamente e deve essere riempita molto spesso. Solo per la prima volta hanno messo la tavola con placca, dopo averla solo superficialmente sbiancata, ma stanno provando molto duro, credo che fossero un po' sottostimati per le vacanze, altrimenti la selezione di cibo era molto buona e sempre rimasti a magazzinaggio. Il personale presso la ricezione è stato molto gentile e utile.
