深夜到訪貝爾格萊德，還下着小雨。氣温驟降到7度，該城市正在升級5G網絡，用的還是我們華為的產品。也造成了酒店房間超賣而令我無法入住的現象，我也是徹底無語了。好在Trip的客服Jackson很給力，迅速地給我預訂了附近的這家酒店，沒有打的步行6、7分鐘迅速辦理入住手續。酒店很乾凈，前台很靚麗，笑容很温馨，房間很温暖。一下覺得老貝真好

不錯。服務員態度也很好。也很熱情，酒店還免費給我打印資料。叫出租去機場。值得去住。衹是房間稍微小了一點。

Nothing to fault at this hotel. Receptionists spoke good English and eager to help you. Easy walk to restaurants and sights. Clean and spacious rooms. And an absolutely amazing breakfast enormous choice and all delicious. 2500 for taxi they called us back to the airport which was good value, not a rip off. You will enjoy your stay here.

The hotel is central, with a short walk from republic square and close to bars and restaurants but not too close so the hotel is impacted by the noise. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was the best I have had at a city hotel

We have parked our car at the hotel’s private paid parking place. They asked us to leave the keys at the reception for them to move it in case of need. Big mistake! Next day we found our car scratched in 3 different places. We have presented the situation to the management, asking if they have a policy/resolution for this situation. They told us they will check and revert to us. This never happened, no resolution provided, no responsability taken, and we ended up with the damage. This comment is meant to raise an awareness for future guests!

Stayed there for a couple's night out in Belgrade and the location was great, the Staff super friendly and helpful and the rooms were high-standard. We didn't try out the spa which i regret, but the bars in town were more tempting.... Absolute gem, especially considerng that they have a couple of parking spots available.

Hotel City Savoy is truly a hidden gem in Belgrade’s Stari Grad (The Old City). I’ve had a pleasure to stay at this property for 2 nights while on a holiday break in Belgrade. Service was just excellent: all 3 receptionists I was dealing with were super welcoming and friendly, breakfast was generous (it was included in my rate) and the room itself was very clean and comfortable. There was a small issue with a remote control, which was probably broken - it was reported to the reception and literally within 5-7 minutes a new one was brought to my room. Spa was also included in the rate and I can highly recommend a jacuzzi! Just let the reception know 15 minutes before using a spa and they will prepare it for you. The hotel is located on a walking distance from the Old Fortress, National Museum, main shopping streets and St Sava’s Cathedral. There are plenty of great restaurants and cafes in the area also. I will definitely stay at Hotel City Savoy again!

First class. Really central hotel near all the great sights of Belgrade. Comfortable with lovely helpful staff. The rooms are big and very clean and well prepared. Excellent stay and would thoroughly recommend. Great extensive breakfast with lots of choice.

Excellent location city center Belgrade. Clean, modern, large rooms, friendly staff. Decorated with Style. Has a 24h bar and room service and great breakfast. This is a real jewel. Spa facilities are outstanding and with whirlpool. Lovely.

This is a VFM hotel, the location is perfect in the old city,near the most important sites. Breakfast is great and the personnel is super friendly. In general the hotel is quiet , eventhough it is in the busy center.
