前台的姑娘很熱情 ，愛説愛笑，帥哥有點酷，不苟言笑，很認真。 酒店的中餐廳除了貴沒什麼不好 酒店大門不那麼好找。打車過來在最外面停車場入口下車就好。 中國人方便的酒店

設施：設施非常齊全，抽屜裏還帶一個轉換接頭。 衞生：乾淨整潔，無可挑剔。 環境：周圍很安靜，帶陽台33平房間大就是任性。 服務：非常棒，客房服務彬彬有禮。 陽台可以考慮曬衣服，陽光不錯。 唯二缺點我覺得就是1.吃飯貴。好吃是真好吃，貴夜也是真的貴。2. 由於建築有一層外殼，採光會受影響。

從倫敦希思羅機場出發，歷時兩個半小時到達貝爾格萊德機場。酒店位於塞爾維亞中國文化中心，距離機場打車20歐，約15分鐘到達。酒店設施完善，有提供拖鞋、牙具等洗漱用品，這是那些申根區內的歐洲酒店無法比擬的，另外酒店二樓的中國餐廳口味正宗，價格實惠。

酒店前台不一定會中文（英文交流沒有問題），但中心裏有不少中籍員工，如果衹會中文應該也能順利入住。硬件設施都有中文。居住體驗舒適，交通比較方便，相比貝爾格萊德本地酒店性價比一般，如果擔心語言問題推薦選擇。

超級超級棒的酒店。有一種回家的感覺，酒店的餐廳就是絕絕子，我每天外頭玩好一定回來吃，早餐是中式的，有粥有榨菜，晚餐水平更高，堪比五星級酒店水平。完全的滿足了胃。 酒店很乾凈，非常新，服務也很好，設施對標五星級，就是沒泳池沒健身房。 並且能找到會説中文的前台幫助酒店服務和旅行包車服務，接送機也可以安排。 來貝爾格萊德的首選

淋浴冷熱不均勻，不知道是我沒有調好還是本來就那樣。但湊合可以接受，所以沒有跟前台提。 我定的是有窗的房間，但實際入住的可能是內置窗。入住第二天看見別的房間窗户開的大大的，光線很好。

非常適合中國遊客。是中國文化中心的一個附屬設施。還有一箇中攴廳，口味也不錯，份量大。房間大，很像回到國內開會的酒店。

這專門坑中國人的酒店！同樣是中國人開的酒店，跟伊斯坦堡萬達文華市天壤之別！伊斯坦堡萬達文華對中國人非常友好！記住，他們的酒店沒有窗户，衹有玻璃，也就是説衹透光，不透氣，才裝修。不怕味道不怕甲醛的去住！客人提出通風要求，退房，死活不退！不怕甲醛的去住！幕後老闆是中國人，這是一家****的無賴酒店！華人禮遇，送你甲醛！

住在這裡是因為離着原大使館舊址比較近，也是奔着shandong plaza去的，酒店很舒服，中餐廳很不錯，早餐豐盛，其他時間點餐也很好
