Overall, the hotel is OK. Centrally located near Slavia square, good Wi-Fi, decent breakfast. Some of the staff is too much talkative though. The biggest flaw is the lack of the elevator, so it can be difficult to move your heavy luggage or just to take the stairs for elderly people.

Good location, clean, good breakfast, no elevator

Everything was great. Room was clean. Personal were polite. Location is the best. All sights are not far from the Hotel.

Location central and therefore street/ traffic noise although windows are soundproof. Young very customer-oriented reception. Top. Unfortunately this 2 single beds layout, so that you feel like in a school holiday center. And the wall needs some new paint/ or cleaning. Somebody smoked in the room or close by. That is a no-go!

酒店房間不大，兩個單人床也很小，房間被安排在4樓，酒店沒有電梯，每天回來要爬樓，確實蠻累人的，但是酒店的位置相當好，去景點都在步行範圍內，不超多20分鐘，如去其他地方遊玩，酒店附近有多條公交線路，出行方便。

第二次入住了，首先服務態度非常好，很積極地提供幫助，點名兩大帥哥：Boris 和Ivan，特別熱心特別好。 衞生：乾淨清爽。 設施：有無線網，不過入住了好幾家，都會有時候斷網再連接。有中央空調，有燒水壺。 位置：離市區的景點大部分都是步行20分鐘內；離汽車站步行18分鐘，火車站步行30分鐘。 我們訂的是不含早的房間，旁邊有餐館、咖啡屋一條街。去莫斯科酒店喝杯咖啡也好的。 The location of hotel is very good, walking distance （within 20 mins to most of the tourist attractions in town）, even to bus station; 30 mins walk to train station. I have to give compliments to Boris and Ivan, their service were excellent, very willing to help. They are the reason for us to be back for the second time. Also the gent helped us to move luggage to taxi at the day checked out was very nice too. Staff are great!

小酒店，但是位置在城市正中心，很好。酒店介紹圖片上的城堡不是酒店，是在酒店門口位置拍的照片，酒店在馬路對面。 前台小哥哥主動介紹了城市的景點與路線，

非常非常非常不好 建議不要去

房間很小，早餐品種少，性價比低

Хороший маленький 3* отель. Расположение - лучше не придумаешь: в радиусе 100 метров есть и банкоматы, и обменник, и супермаркет, и кофейни, и кафе. Номер маленький, но идеально чистый и ничего не сломано, хороший душ, хорошо работающий холодильник, чайник. Кондиционер работает как надо, но только когда ты в номере, когда нет - отключается. Персонал - совершенно шикарный! Завтрак не пробовал, по нему у сказать нечего.

L'Hotel è piccolo e non dispone di una hall, ne di un ascensore (è dislocato su due piani), ma l'ambiente è pulito e abbastanza curato. Inoltre il fiore all'occhiello è il personale che non esito a definire eccellente, sempre pronto ad aiutare il cliente, sempre allegri e veloci. La colazione offre buoni prodotti locali e la stanza dove si effettua è luminosa ed ariosa. Il prezzo è anch'esso molto buono. Noi lo consigliamo.
