Ho prenotato una camera deluxe molto economica e la mia conferma di prenotazione era inclusa. La persona alla reception ha detto che non poteva dare questa camera a quel prezzo e non era nemmeno interessata alla conferma della prenotazione che avevo in mano ed è stata molto scortese.

Niente aria fresca, non puoi aprire le finestre

The warm and friendly attitude of dear receptionist Peca, who hosted me in a very sincere manner, explaining in detail the places to visit and the restaurants to eat at, really impressed me, making me feel right at home. The hotel's location is excellent, and I think this is the most important aspect when you're in Belgrade. The time spent in the room is very limited, but of course, the amenities provided by the room are quite good. There is a double-glazing system, so the city noise doesn't come inside. The ceiling is very high, and the room design is very modern. The bathtub in the room enhances the overall appearance, and there is also an additional bathroom. I was very satisfied, and I know where I’ll be staying when I come to Belgrade again. What kind of view awaits you when you step out of the hotel? I've attached a photo (02.09.2024)

Great location, the reception was very informative. Would go there again.

Bathtub was Great, however a lot of problems, no water bottles in the apartment which is very basic and common thing to have, not good WiFi connection, curtains were not hung properly so there was a lot of light going through and a very early check out at 11 o’clock.

位置很好，周邊環境購物很方便，外出就餐也很方便，銀行，超市，餐廳近在咫尺，步行20分鐘之內可以看到多個重要景點，

配置：近300的酒店：沒桌子、沒燒水壺、房間不規則，有點像雜物間。牆上各種腳印。床頭是一扇大玻璃窗户，甚至連牀頭櫃都沒有（太窄了擺不下），搞的我吃個餅乾喝水都要放地下。 預訂：攜程網上訂的三天大床房，結果匹配出來兩天大床房、一天地下室，關鍵還不能退。但是…..我住進去又不一樣；一天大床房，兩天“雜物間”。 服務：頭天住進去溝通的很清楚讓我第二天11點出來換房，第二天我10點就出來了，結果是前台以為我退房了，收了卡就抽煙去了！要求下確認我有兩天沒住，沒問題可以開，但要等到12點以後，我又背個包外面轉悠兩小時，整個過程別説了！走的時候前台幫我打印了機票出行單，就這個服務來説還行！

есть плесень на стенах - все остальное ок находится в центре - все локации удобны и рядом

Хорошая локация в самом центре, это Мини отель в историческом здании. В целом нормально, свежий ремонт, но чистота не на должном уровне
