UUtente ospiteWe just wanted a reliable, welcoming, safe and CLEAN base for one night at a fantastic price and we got exactly that here at Laguna. It was no- frills, eg no fridge in room ,or edgy decor and no bonus toiletries ...but that is exactly what we didn't need! It was a basic but spotlessly clean room with all the essentials you need for a good night's stay; 2 freshly made beds, an unsuite with hot shower, towels and flannels for 2, a tv with remote, WiFi, tea making facilities and a lockable door with 24 hr security. The welcoming host was friendly and efficient and we were very confident we had chosen the perfect place for our budget. We were within walking distance of the beach and town, with a handy late night shop just a few minutes walk away. This time we didn't experience the rest of the facilities available, such as the swimming pool, games room or bar/ entertainment..but it was good to know they were an option. Thanks for making our trip an enjoyable one Laguna; we planning returning in the future.

Suggeriamo di cambiare la matrice, perché sia noi che i nostri amici avevano terribile dolore alla schiena, ma questo è ovviamente solo una preferenza e non tutti vogliono una matrice dura come noi.
A parte questo, noi tutti lo amo in questo hotel.

TTboneVery nice hotel for its price. Quick access to the beach. Doesn’t have AC but has fans in each room which do the job. Staff are excellent, great service by the team. Got us everything we needed. Costs to park at the hotel. Cheaper to park on the main road which is free between 5pm and 9am and free on the weekends. Very close to Bournemouth pier and boscombe pier. Has everything you need otherwise. Lift is a little small but works well. Close to everything. Cant complain.

UUtente ospiteHotel carino, non lontano dalla spiaggia. Colazione buona ma solo fino a 9.30am. Le camere erano belle, spaziose e pulite avevamo un balcone con splendide viste sulla spiaggia, le camere erano piuttosto calde e non c'è aria calda necessaria in tempo caldo. La piscina all'aperto è riscaldata ma non è una piscina all'interno per quando il tempo non è buono.

NNazmulWe specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor.
On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool.
Parking was £10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay.
Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è un po'vecchio, il livello di tre stelle in casa, ma è pulito e pulito.Molto tranquillo.Circa 100-200 metri dal lato del mare, molto vicino, ma ci vuole una pentola di circa 50 metri.Il tempo di luglio è ancora un po' freddo, e il sottomarino è impossibile. La città è molto piccola, e circa un chilometro a destra dell'hotel è l'etichetta della ruota di griglia.Vai a Old Harry Rocks e Durdle per la porta in mezz'ora e un'ora, non lontano.

UUtente ospitePassiamo 2 notti, con colazione inclusa; la posizione era pulita e vicina alla spiaggia e alla stazione ferroviaria, con intrattenimento alla sera.
L'unico problema è stato il nostro sfortunato di essere vicini con qualcuno che aveva problemi da risolvere con il suo compagno di stanza, portando a argomenti, portando a buco e musica alta quasi tutta la notte ...

UUtente ospiteLovely one night stay at this hotel,was about a 20 minute walk to the centre! Room was nice and the bathroom was lovely! The only downside was what the room resembled a sauna to the point we had to ask for an extra fan which wasn’t too much trouble for the reception team after they located one! I would stay again but would recommend you do not stay anywhere near the leisure facilities and especially not room 23 unless you like waking up feeling like you’re abroad!

UUtente ospiteAmazing stay at Hotel Celebrity. Located very near to the scenic view, it offers great and spacious rooms. I stayed at room number 246 and the room was quite spacious clean tidy along with a private bathroom that had a bath tub. The stay was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to any query a customer might have. Breakfast includes bacon and other vegetarian options but there was just one spoon to use for bacon as well as the vegetarian options which can lead to cross contamination and for someone like me who does not eat bacon it was a deal breaker. However if a separate spoon would be kept to avoid cross contamination then it would have been even more amazing. Overall the stay and the locality is nice and the staff is quite friendly too. Would highly recommend Hotel Celebrity to everyone willing to travel to Bournemouth for a vacation or leisure time.
