UUtente ospiteMolly has been exceptional for us. She is attentive, responsive and meticulous during our entire stay at Loh Kah. From the day one she has been constantly checking in on us to make sure that all needs are taken care of. And even to the last day when we check off the hotel, she volunteered to take a couple photo for us, to really help us sum up the hotel stay in a very nice and romantic manner, something that we do appreciate a lot about. The hotel stay has been great as well. The water treatment, SPA has been a great experience for us and at the the treatment is free of charge so we really get to really experience it. The whole state has been very scenic, comfortable and well thought of so we would definitely come back to Loh Kah again

UUtente ospiteQuesto è un fantastico resort, proprio nello stile che mi piace. Nel cortile dell'hotel si trovano una caffetteria e una sala da tè, consigliate sia alle famiglie che ai viaggiatori singoli. Ci sono molte piante nel cortile, tra cui un piccolo giardino botanico. Il proprietario è molto cordiale e ha una solida esperienza nell'estetica del design degli spazi. Ha creato un hotel dall'atmosfera fantastica, rilassante e confortevole, molto borghese e romantico. Anche la camera è pulita e ci sono biscottini e acqua purificata da bere. Anche il personale è molto entusiasta e ha consigliato itinerari turistici nei dintorni e alcuni pasti sfiziosi. Vale la pena consigliarlo.

UUtente anonimoIt was an overall good experience. The hotel is an icon ”the Twin Towers” and is conveniently located in Siming, a stone's throw away from Shapowei, a cozy neighborhood filled with nice little shops and plenty of good coffee vendors. Although the hotel is a bit dated but the room still has its grandeur and spaciousness.
The check-in counters are on 38/F and the staff are nice and courteous. Our check-in staff, Dora is definitely an exemplary of the high quality service I'd expect of a 5 star hotel. She was extremely professional and follows through with us to make sure we had a nice stay. She definitely made our stay very warm and memorable.
We had a dinner at their ”Michelin” Western restaurant Coast, but the experience was not good. There were 3 tables at best, but the staff if any, were too busy looking at their phones. We had to wave many times for them to notice us. We ordered the fish, steak, and another seafood dish. The steak was overcooked and chewy, not what I'd expect from a ”Michelin” restaurant. The fish was barely luke-warm, and the other seafood dish was bland and uneventful. With the high price tag for the dishes, I would not say it's worth it in terms of taste nor in service.
The breakfast buffet however was good in terms of variety of selection, as well as in the quality of their waiters. There is also a Lawson convenient store on the G/F of the hotel, and a small shopping mall next door.
Their indoor swimming pool is nice and the view is excellent. Just remember to bring your cap as all swimmers require a swimming cap!
We had a lovely stay at Conrad Xiamen and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next stay.

MM10928****Il punto di partenza per la prenotazione di colazione (mercato pianoforte) è molto vicino. Il soggiorno e i suoi amici sono stati relativamente meno tranquilli sull'isola ～ a Shanghai.
Ambiente: vicino al piatto del pianoforte, dietro il museo della storia di Tumba, la partenza del giorno dopo è caduta casualmente
Servizio: la stanza contiene due mattine. Anche se la colazione è anche la colazione, cerchi di ordinare ～ biancheria e fare il succo ora.
Igiene: molto pulita e fresca, senza odore. La porta della stanza è aperta ～ ventilazione, e il complesso è soddisfatto.
Infrastrutture: intelligente Machi, spazioso bagno
In futuro, avrai la possibilità di raccomandare amici, pratici e economici.

JJacq Jacq NeoTop notch service by Langham’s Place Guest relation officer , Ms Pearl. We were warmly greeted by her once we checked in and she went the extra mile to prepare the birthday celebration for my spouse. Upon asking, she recommended several places to dine around the hotel vicinity. When I had a parcel delivered to me, she made sure that I received it too. I’ve met many diligent GROs and concierge in the hotel industry , but none as thoughtful as her.
The room is clean and spacious, and the pool is decent. The steam room and sauna looks interesting but I did not try. The breakfast is a wide spread but it’s pretty much the same thing daily.
The hotel is next to a mall with many eateries nearby.

DDoctresswho沒想到來廈門住到了比費爾蒙還滿意的寶藏酒店！攜程預訂的918元雙晚含早餐，性價比高到流淚，答應我，來廈門島內一定要住這一家！！！
新開的酒店環境衞生和設備無可挑剔，房間乾淨衞生到一塵不染，水壺杯子幾乎沒有使用痕跡。
科技未來風格也很符合我這個科幻迷的審美，大堂有時空隧道、機器人，大堂有智能售貨機、咖啡廳，客房區走廊也是簡潔典雅的未來太空艙，地毯是短毛地毯託運行李不費勁。走廊大堂到處都有充電寶，房間門口竟然配置了小視窗可以掃臉或者二維碼無卡開房門！電梯也搭配可以掃碼，再也不怕遺落房卡寸步難行了。
我們定的是親子房，佈置也很贊，把親子屬性拉滿了，肥皂是漂亮的海星形狀，卡通杯子、牙刷和一次性拖鞋一應俱全（但成人是環保拖鞋）。小童房是低圍欄的單人床，但尺寸還蠻大的，大童也能睡，寶寶總算不粘着我們要自己睡了！床邊上還有小桌椅可以做手工，玄關也放了繪本和玩具～空調開關是旋鈕式很方便。
主卧室也暗藏許多小玄機，床頭的液晶屏幕不僅可以控制紗窗開關燈光等等，還可以播放音頻故事，專輯很全，有寶寶喜歡的猴子警長探案集！
電視則可以投屏，房間wifi連結方便，網速很快。廁所是感應式馬桶，會自動開合蓋子自動沖水，也有牆面的按鍵式控制盤，提供多種模式洗pp。浴室防滑石頭地面，有護城河式地水溝排水，更有從未見到過的晾衣架！！不晾衣服掛掛沐浴球、起泡網也是極好的。淋浴竟然還是按鍵+旋鈕控温，旋鈕默認40度，温度正好。除了手持、頂噴，還有一個神奇的模式叫腰噴，從成人腰部平向噴灑，很適合不想洗頭的人或者身高矮小的小朋友。
所有踢腳線的小夜燈外加廁所的燈都是感應式的，走到哪裡亮到哪裡，沒動靜後會自動熄滅，起夜方便，確實有種生活在未來的錯覺呢～
聽其他房間還有天貓精靈語音聲控模式，可以語音下指令我們房間好像沒有？但房間儲物空間很大，有許多抽屜、壁櫥、能擺放30寸行李箱的內嵌空間等等，插座也無處不在。寶寶一進門就興奮地到處探索，難得地誇了我這次廈門定的酒店都還不錯，之後拿出小手機拍照拍視頻紀念…
除了房間內能看到的設施，桌上的小紙板標牌顯示還能提供許多額外服務：自助洗衣、老年人洗澡板凳、生理期床墊等等，細心周到，服務意識超讚。入住時也添加了管家微信，發送電視投屏指導等訊息。下午送來了歡迎水果，橘子小番茄還有大核桃。外賣可以直接有送餐機器人送上門，門口有自助寄存櫃。
酒店的健身房在一樓，早餐在二樓。健身房雖然面積不大，但滿足基本的運動需求。早餐7:00-9:30，實際10:00收餐，結束得稍早，但東西種類還蠻多的。中式為主，炒麪最好吃，菌菇炒菜都不錯，燒賣一般。西式的不多看到了色拉、火腿切片。厚酸奶、豆漿、咖啡都有，還有利樂包裝的蘆柑汁和檸檬紅茶。餐廳本身蠻大的，還有大圓桌包間、長條大桌、大面積廁所。饒是如此，早上九點十分下去人滿為患，沒有空位，等了十分鐘才有餐桌收拾好。建議大家錯峯出行吧。
最後，酒店位置便利，後門過條馬路就是曾厝安美食街地塊。酒店附近210米就有租小童推車、電動車、帆船活動的商家，我閑魚定的，隨叫隨到，價廉物美，也推薦給大家，出行會很方便。
服務也很好，一進門門口的大叔就幫忙拎行李箱為我們倒茶十分熱情，前台姑娘也辦事利索有求必應。
但列舉幾個小問題，希望酒店可以重視改進哦：
1. 走廊隔音差，能聽到來來往往的人聲。
2. 沒有小冰箱，不便於存食品。
3. 音頻播放卡頓比較嚴重。
4. 健身房衹開到22:00有點早，如能24小時開放或者開到凌晨就好了。

The rooms are comfortable, though the facility is showing its age and could use some refurbishment. A reliable option if location is your top priority.

Solo l'influenza è che l'hotel WiFi non sembra collegare al mio hp o iPad, quindi ho dovuto contare sul mio piano di dati personali.

What impressed me most was the service .Every staff member was warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely sincere. In particular ,Jennie’s front desk provided us with a lot of assistance for our trip .They responded promptly to requests, making me feel truly at home.
The overall cleanliness was impeccable even the smallest details were impeccably maintained. Whether for business or leisure, Hyatt delivered a high-quality experience that surpassed expectations.It's a trustworthy and highly recommended choice for an ideal stay. I look forward to returning!
