Ero molto impressionato dalla pulizia e dal comfort. Le letti e le mutandine sono a posto! Era tranquillo - buio - e perfetto. Grazie per l'esperienza meravigliosa

We were impressed with and enjoyed everything about this hotel. If we had to pick what stands out the most it would be the friendliness and service of all the staff we came in contact with from the front desk to the cleaning staff and the server at the buffet which was, by the way, amazingly good. We've stayed here before and have never been disappointed.

Very nice ”Boutique” style hotel in Nulu. Walking distance to many local restaurants and bars. Room decoration was excellent - nice and colorful. But found the room a bit dark in the evening. Upstairs 6th floor bar and lounge was excellent - server Lee was superb! And a hotel suited more for leisure and vacation travelers. Breakfast service does not start until 8:00 am, and was on the slow side. And no in-room coffee. So would highly recommend for a leisure stay in Louisville - would re-think for a business stay.

L'hotel è buono. Hilton dovrebbe avere molte cose. Il standard di Hilton degli Stati Uniti non è molto vicino all'aeroporto. Chiamare un Uber ha bisogno di soldi e baciare.

L'hotel era pulito e il letto era molto comodo.

Le signore del divano erano molto carine e accoglienti quando abbiamo avuto problemi di piombo e ci siamo introdotti in una nuova camera ASAP! L'edificio è in ricambio, ma il lato ricambio che abbiamo soggiornato è stato molto bello!

The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was convenient, and delicious. The hotel was centrally located. Near anything you could have wanted. Staff at front counter, bar and breakfast cooks were friendly and always willing to please their guest. Would recommend staying at this hotel.

Abbiamo pernottato. Tutto è andato bene tranne che né il nostro, né i nostri frigoriferi in camera dei compagni di viaggio funzionavano. Il check-in e l'accesso erano.facili ed efficienti e la posizione era facile da trovare e tornare sulle autostrade dopo la nostra partenza.

Il servizio di reception è stato molto gentile e professionale. Tuttavia, la nostra camera non era molto pulita. Il bagno era sporco così come il lavandino del bagno e le nostre lenzuola. Il mini frigorifero non è mai stato ripulito e aveva ancora bevande da chi è stato prima di noi. Non sono mai stato in un posto che ti faccia pagare $9 per una colazione a base di cereali. Inoltre, al momento del check-in ci è stato detto che avevamo tempo fino alle 12:00 per il check-out. Un paio d'ore prima, il servizio in camera è arrivato e ha bussato alla porta e ha chiesto quando stavamo facendo il check-out. Ho pensato che fosse molto poco professionale. Inoltre, la piscina chiude alle 8, quindi se hai bambini piccoli, potresti voler esaminare di più. La posizione era davvero buona e il parcheggio era molto comodo.
