In generale, tutto andava bene. Vorrei avere una microonde nella stanza. Il frigorifero non era abbastanza freddo.

Second time staying up here. Very nice hotel. The only negative was you could hear a door shutting not sure which one but super loud and happened on and off throughout the night and day! Also fyi there is a parking charge of $17.00. All the staff was extremely nice check in and out, cleaning attendants and especially the bartenders.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, showcasing genuine care and hospitality. The service throughout my stay was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring my stay was perfect. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay. Overall, my experience at the Galt House Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. It’s a fantastic blend of southern hospitality, luxury, and comfort. Room is nice. Like a 4-5 star hotel. Front desk are young and beautiful…good to have a ****** at first floor. But no GYM…no entertainment facility…

Le signore del divano erano molto carine e accoglienti quando abbiamo avuto problemi di piombo e ci siamo introdotti in una nuova camera ASAP! L'edificio è in ricambio, ma il lato ricambio che abbiamo soggiornato è stato molto bello!

L'hotel era magnifico. Le camere di vista sul fiume erano fantastiche e accoglienti. La piscina interna con le finestre di vetro e le piastre di fuoco fuori erano fantastiche, così come il personale e il ristorante/bar!

The hotel was very good. My only complaint is that the water, for a shower at 9:00pm at night, was barely room temperature. Was very disappointed for such a nice hotel in every other way. Would reconsider staying again if it was in colder weather. I certainly hope that was an exception and not the norm. Breakfast was also somewhat disappointing. No half and half (only Coffee-Mate) and no butter, only whipped margarine. Seemed pitiful. The hot food was marginal. The baked goods (I had a croissant, and my husband had a cinnamon scone) were phenomenal though. I hope you continue with those as they made up for the other food. Also, Jasmine (our stay 10/11) was extremely helpful. She was clearly very busy working but when I asked if she had time for a question, she didn't look annoyed at all or miss a beat. She answered my questions with a great attitude. I then asked for directions, and she actually walked me outside so she could point out where to walk, along with sharing landmarks along the way so I could be confidant in where I was going. She is definitely an asset to your hotel as her hard work, knowledge and great attitude really shone. If I lived locally, I'd love to hire her with those stand-out qualities which seem hard to find these days.

Molto piacevole soggiorno in questa posizione. Personale pulito e amichevole. Quando torneremo in questa zona nelle prossime settimane, sicuramente ripreseremo questo hotel.
