”Exceptional Stay at the Galt House Hotel - A Louisville Gem!” I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Galt House Hotel in Louisville, and it was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and elegant ambiance set the tone for a truly memorable experience. The location of the Galt House is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown Louisville with breathtaking views of the Ohio River. It’s within walking distance to many attractions, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was struck by the grand, modern decor that beautifully blends the hotel’s historic charm with contemporary elegance. The room I stayed in was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room offered stunning river views that made waking up each morning a delight. The amenities were top-notch, from the plush bathrobes to the high-quality toiletries. I truly appreciated the attention to detail. Dining at the Swizzle Dinner & Drinks restaurant was an experience in itself! The rotating restaurant offers a unique and elevated dining experience with panoramic views of the city skyline. The food was exceptional, with a variety of locally inspired dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, showcasing genuine care and hospitality. The service throughout my stay was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring my stay was perfect. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay. Overall, my experience at the Galt House Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. It’s a fantastic blend of southern hospitality, luxury, and comfort. La camera è molto confortevole, la camera è molto spaziosa, l’ora e gli appetiti sono molto felici e un bel posto per soggiornare. Il problema per noi è che abbiamo avuto un odore di animali domestici che era insopportabile a volte, ma hanno detto che non credevano che la nostra stanza avesse un animale domestico prima del nostro soggiorno.

The hotel was very good. My only complaint is that the water, for a shower at 9:00pm at night, was barely room temperature. Was very disappointed for such a nice hotel in every other way. Would reconsider staying again if it was in colder weather. I certainly hope that was an exception and not the norm. Breakfast was also somewhat disappointing. No half and half (only Coffee-Mate) and no butter, only whipped margarine. Seemed pitiful. The hot food was marginal. The baked goods (I had a croissant, and my husband had a cinnamon scone) were phenomenal though. I hope you continue with those as they made up for the other food. Also, Jasmine (our stay 10/11) was extremely helpful. She was clearly very busy working but when I asked if she had time for a question, she didn't look annoyed at all or miss a beat. She answered my questions with a great attitude. I then asked for directions, and she actually walked me outside so she could point out where to walk, along with sharing landmarks along the way so I could be confidant in where I was going. She is definitely an asset to your hotel as her hard work, knowledge and great attitude really shone. If I lived locally, I'd love to hire her with those stand-out qualities which seem hard to find these days.

Stavo per recitare la mia esperienza come un incidente isolato e lasciarla andare via. È stato fino a quando ho ricevuto una telefonata la scorsa notte, a mezzanotte! Le ho rilassato che avevo chiamato Trip.com qualche mese fa, appena dopo un amico, e ho affittato una stanza. Abbiamo affittato una stanza circa le 17:00 o così. Ho detto che la potenza nella nostra stanza - la TV, le lampade, la microonde, frig. , non funzionava.Abbiamo messo una denuncia nel desk front circa le 18:00. Il problema non è stato risolto fino a dopo, circa le 10:00. Circa un'ora dopo è ora di dormire, quindi il 95% di guardare TV, microonde, ecc, è stato cancellato. Quando ho messo la chiamata in Trip,.com qualche mese fa, non ho ricevuto alcun seguito, fino a ieri notte. Ieri notte l'unico chiamante voleva un feedback sulla mia stanza. Ho superato tutto quello che era successo. Vuole anche un input su come possono migliorare. Ho detto che è molto semplice, è solo concentrarsi sull'etichetta e la soddisfazione dei clienti di base, e non è stato espresso alcun tipo di riconoscimento per quanto riguarda la mia perdita di godimento di questo soggiorno hotel. Il servizio/soddisfazione dei clienti sta diventando inesistente .

Beautiful property, very kind staff! Close to downtown, but I wouldn’t call it walking distance. In-house cafe, restaurant, and self-service shop area. I did think nearly $7 for a small smartwater was a bit much, but that’s just convenience pricing, really. Very nice lounging spots, inside and out. Multiple entrances make it a short distance no matter where you’re at in the parking lot. Sucks they don’t have a pool, but they do have a fitness area so that’s good. Honestly didn’t care for the TV in the room much. Wish there was a better way to get on any streaming service instead of having to figure out Bluetooth (which I couldn’t) or having to bring a Roku stick or something. Overall good stay :)

Camera molto bella e ottimo servizio. Apparentemente ho prenotato la camera sbagliata, ma l'addetto alla reception Josh ha scoperto quello che stavo cercando (perché avevamo chiamato prima di prenotare online) e ha lasciato loro una nota per mantenere quella camera disponibile per noi per quando siamo arrivati. Apprezzato il passo in più. ❤️

I booked this hotel last minute and arrived around 9 PM at night. The front desk staff was friendly and checked me in quickly and gave me my hotel key directed me to the elevators and where I could park my vehicle. The room was standard. nothing special the bed was comfortable, and I did like the fact that there were USB ports on each side of the bed as well as at the desk. I do wish they had had toothbrush and toothpaste for guests in the room because I had forgotten mine. It would’ve all been nice if they had had a complementary comb for guest to use overall eight out of 10 

La struttura è ben strutturata, ma è molto buona e ben funzionante, ma l'intera zona sembra non completamente rinnovata o costruita in molte aree, presumo che l'hotel si troverà in forma dopo.

Questa è una delle peggiori esperienze di Hyatt: la suite King Room ha una piccola camera da bagno, il sedile da bagno è situato all’apertura della porta, la porta ha quasi spruzzato il sedile da bagno e è stata tagliata in modo da non bloccare il sedile da bagno. C'era solo una persona che lavorava al desk, sembrava visivamente frustrata quando le chiese due bicchieri d'acqua potabile, disse che era sola. Non ha provato il colazione. Un intero Hyatt Place Hotel era gestito da una persona? Molto deluso da questa posizione, non rimarrà a Hyatt in futuro.

Very nice ”Boutique” style hotel in Nulu. Walking distance to many local restaurants and bars. Room decoration was excellent - nice and colorful. But found the room a bit dark in the evening. Upstairs 6th floor bar and lounge was excellent - server Lee was superb! And a hotel suited more for leisure and vacation travelers. Breakfast service does not start until 8:00 am, and was on the slow side. And no in-room coffee. So would highly recommend for a leisure stay in Louisville - would re-think for a business stay.
