I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were quite spacious and immaculately clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. One of the standout aspects of this place was the staff – they were incredibly accommodating, always polite, and ready to assist with any concerns or requests, which really added to the overall quality of the service.
However, there were a few areas that I felt could use improvement. The breakfast, for instance, was a bit underwhelming. While it was decent, there wasn’t much variety in the selection. It would have been nice to see a wider range of dishes to cater to different tastes and preferences.
Another thing worth mentioning is the pool. Although it was a nice feature to have, it was smaller than expected. Additionally, during the day it was too hot to comfortably enjoy a swim, as there wasn’t much shade or cooling features around the area. A few enhancements here and there could definitely make the experience more enjoyable for guests.
Overall, it’s a good hotel with strong points in cleanliness, space, and service, but with some room for improvement when it comes to amenities and breakfast options.

Il bagno molto slippery doccia non ha una porta di vetro da separare con il bagno dopo il bagno bagno sarebbe bagnato come un paio se si è in una fretta non sarà in grado di utilizzare il bagno mentre l'altro ha una doccia. A causa di quella camera da bagno è anche molto bagnata e scivolosa quasi scivolare per qualche volta.
Il personale del colazione non è buono, non ti permette di sapere che non hanno tutti gli oggetti sul menu quando ti siedono solo per farti sapere quando l'ordine è stato messo in un posto per ordinare ciò che è disponibile.
Anche loro sono sempre solo intorno alla zona del caffè e sono così occupati a parlare tra loro che non sono consapevoli quando si cammina attraverso la porta anteriore o quando si desidera ordinare soggiornato 3 notti ma si arrendere colazione il giorno 3.
Il nuovo hotel è un peccato, ma il bagno e il personale del colazione stanno abbassando questo posto.

The hotel is a solid choice for business travelers. It’s conveniently located, especially if you’re in town for corporate meetings. While the rooms aren’t anything special, they’re decent—you basically get what’s shown in the photos.
I didn’t use the Wi-Fi because the instructions were unclear, so I recommend asking the front desk for help to avoid any hassle.
The best part for me is the location—it’s right in the middle of malls and restaurants, which makes everything accessible. One thing to note: bring your own bottled water. The water in the room didn’t taste clean. Breakfast is average, but for the price, it’s worth it.
Overall, I’d stay here again for the convenience, but next time, I’ll be sure to bring my own water.

The hotel is located near the city center. It is just a walk by near the mall and gas stations. The room is spacious. You can bring a tent inside where you’re kids can play. The aircon is cool, they have a large mirror. Have a small refrigerator, a water heater for coffee, and a blow dryer. A hot and cold shower is working and the toilet has a bidet. Breakfast food in the hotel is just fine but you can buy online for a food delivery. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Le camere sono pulite e temperate... lo consiglio completamente. Tuttavia, la zona della piscina è slipperata e non è stato trovato alcun segno. Mio fratello aveva una cosa buona forse un infermiere era disponibile. Il direttore del servizio ci ha offerto un check-out tardivo perché andavamo ancora all'ospedale. Non ci sono guardie di vita, forse perché le piscine non sono troppo profonde... Tuttavia, scelgo di nuovo questo hotel..

Ha avuto un soggiorno molto bello in questo hotel. La stanza era ok per il prezzo che ho pagato. L'hotel era decente. E 'connesso a un Mall, molto conveniente soprattutto la macchina ATM vicino all'ingresso dell'hotel. Non male affatto. Speciale attenzione alla signora Gracyl Ann, la direttrice di prenotazioni, che ha lasciato il suo modo di aiutarmi con le mie situazioni di prenotazione. Era molto utile e attenta. Lo apprezzo davvero. Amo anche i cacciatori al Lobby Hotel. Un po' turbato con il personale del colazione che non era stato molto utile con i miei ordini di colazione. Forse anche i canali televisivi in camera potrebbero avere anche canali internazionali/inglese per noi stranieri di godere durante il nostro soggiorno qui. Fornire anche caricatori aggiuntivi per telefono/dispositivo solo in caso ci siano ospiti che hanno dimenticato di portare i loro cavi di carica come me 😅In generale, è stato un buon soggiorno. Se torno a Cebu, non m'importa di rimanere qui di nuovo 😊

They have a baby pool that is just the right size for my daughter and a pool good enough for my teenage son. The water faucet has well-maintained hot and cold shower plumbing and it makes it so comfortable to rest when all amenities are working. Their massage is 24 hours open. Their sauna in the gym is a bit inconvenient because you have to walk pass through all the people working out if you want to use the sauna. Other than that, everything is excellent!

BBea TanI recently had the pleasure of staying at Sede Bloc Hotel in Cebu, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm and friendly staff who went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. Their genuine hospitality truly added to the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel.
The room I stayed in was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. It had all the basic amenities I needed, and the bed was very comfortable—perfect after a long day of exploring the city.
One of the best things about Sede Bloc Hotel is its convenient location. It’s situated within walking distance of several malls and popular establishments, making it incredibly easy to shop, dine, or just stroll around the area. Whether you’re visiting Cebu for business or leisure, you’ll appreciate the accessibility and vibrant surroundings.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Sede Bloc Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay in Cebu. I would definitely return on my next visit!

UUtente ospiteIl centro di Ayala è un posto per stare qui. Rimango qui se torno in futuro. 2 minuti a piedi dal centro commerciale. Tutto il personale è stato utile e amichevole. Siamo stati in 21 Fiore e I Love the Room molto modernized And super clean , la vista è perfetta per il caffè mattina presto , il buffet è stato buona acqua bollita viene fornito alla stanza ogni giorno. Molto consigliabile.

There is a bar on the roofdeck that serves food and drinks and also hosts bands. I would definitely recommend this place to friends, family, and colleagues.

The pool is impressive and very clean. Not too many sun loungers around but it meant poolside wasn’t cluttered and for the number of people sunbathing, it seemed the perfect number.
The room was large, clean and with very comfortable beds.
The roof deck 360 bar did amazing cocktails.
The negatives.
Service on arrival was poor. The reception staff checked me in with minimal verbal interchange then directed me to sit down in the lobby, without giving any explanation. 15 minutes later I asked why only to be informed that my room hadn’t finished being serviced. Not a problem but I was never told that and if informed, I would have happily sat next to the pool.
Ironically I then got to my room to find that there were no towels. After waiting 30 minutes to get into my room because it hadn’t been cleaned, I felt this was a little on the nose. When I went to see if the cleaners were still next door they had gone but a supervisor was there, asking him about the towels he said some would be delivered later in the afternoon.
Explaining this to front staff didn’t seem to do any good as again, the reception wasn’t receptive (pun intended) nor willing to help or apologise.
I won’t stay there again and fortunately was only there for one night.

UUtente anonimoI was there earlier than the check in time and the hotel is quiet, you can tell there are no guests but they said I can’t check in early because there’s no room available yet. The door signs for don’t disturb is busted so the cleaners knocked when I was still sleeping. The sink the toilet was leaking, its messy if you will use it.

DDRanzThe hotel location is along the road and near the mall area. It has a private parking area just across the hotel's right side. The bed is very comfy. You can ask for a hot water for free. But additional towels and blankets have extra fees, you can buy the fees for a towel of your own. Also if you go to their swimming pool which is about 3x3 square meters. They cannot provide additional towels for the pool, you have to bring the towel provided in your room. For those who love to exercise, the place also has a gym beside the pool.

TThomasBGOverall it meets the expectations, even though the best part of the hotel is the lobby. But still - spacious rooms, cleanliness is OK (even though I don't really like the idea to tell the reception to have my room cleaned, as their rule is - when I'm choosing to stay in a hotel, this should happen by default), beds are nice enough and there is a desk and a normal chair, if you need to spend some time on your laptop. Wifi is not good (good speed, but unstable - at some moments completely lost, and then in a minute to five minutes - works fine again), but I have a feeling this is a problem with wifi net in the Philippines as a general, or at least in its hotels, because it's been so in every single one of them over 3 different islands. The other thing that needs improvement in this hotel, is the bathroom. Who needs a bathtub in 2024, especially when you can't properly take a shower in it because there is not even a curtain if not something better to keep the water only within the wet zone? But still the overall feeling was good and I was happy to be there for 3 days. For more - not really. The area around is nice with a lot of restaurant, cafe and fast food option, however, to get to other parts of Cebu, you'd better be prepared to waste some time because of the traffic jams in the busy part of the day - but since this is a problem almost everywhere, I wouldn't blame the hotel for this.
