I stayed at Bayfront Hotel Cebu for a weekend trip, and it exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect — just across SM City Cebu and close to the port area. The staff were very courteous and accommodating from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the essentials I needed. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. I also loved the breakfast buffet — plenty of options and everything tasted great. What stood out most was the convenience and value for money. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers, families, or anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the heart of Cebu City. Will definitely book again on my next visit!

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were quite spacious and immaculately clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. One of the standout aspects of this place was the staff – they were incredibly accommodating, always polite, and ready to assist with any concerns or requests, which really added to the overall quality of the service. However, there were a few areas that I felt could use improvement. The breakfast, for instance, was a bit underwhelming. While it was decent, there wasn’t much variety in the selection. It would have been nice to see a wider range of dishes to cater to different tastes and preferences. Another thing worth mentioning is the pool. Although it was a nice feature to have, it was smaller than expected. Additionally, during the day it was too hot to comfortably enjoy a swim, as there wasn’t much shade or cooling features around the area. A few enhancements here and there could definitely make the experience more enjoyable for guests. Overall, it’s a good hotel with strong points in cleanliness, space, and service, but with some room for improvement when it comes to amenities and breakfast options.

Very good. The only thing can be improved is the accuracy of booking information. I book a two bed room while the front desk try to put me to one bed room, which has a lower price.

The room that was given to me is not the room that i booked. But then they tried to give me another one but i just stayed on what they gave me. Nice set up of the room very cosy. It just needed more cleaning specially the floor and windows. Bad reception, but the other staff like the housekeeping and the one helping with the bag very attentive kind and warm hearted. When it comes with location its far but still accesible. The pool area is amazing with a breathtaking view.

I love this hotels lobby and breakfast the best many food choices. Only the rooms toilet it’s still old no bedit. And need to call the plumber to properly flush it. I do hope they could change the toilet coz I love staying at this hotel. There’s Agwa bar and walking distance to IT park.

I’ll start with the positives. The pool is impressive and very clean. Not too many sun loungers around but it meant poolside wasn’t cluttered and for the number of people sunbathing, it seemed the perfect number. The room was large, clean and with very comfortable beds. The roof deck 360 bar did amazing cocktails. The negatives. Service on arrival was poor. The reception staff checked me in with minimal verbal interchange then directed me to sit down in the lobby, without giving any explanation. 15 minutes later I asked why only to be informed that my room hadn’t finished being serviced. Not a problem but I was never told that and if informed, I would have happily sat next to the pool. Ironically I then got to my room to find that there were no towels. After waiting 30 minutes to get into my room because it hadn’t been cleaned, I felt this was a little on the nose. When I went to see if the cleaners were still next door they had gone but a supervisor was there, asking him about the towels he said some would be delivered later in the afternoon. Explaining this to front staff didn’t seem to do any good as again, the reception wasn’t receptive (pun intended) nor willing to help or apologise. I won’t stay there again and fortunately was only there for one night.

A special mention goes to the hotel staff, who were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant. The hotel guard also deserves praise for always being helpful, courteous, and ready with a warm smile. Their welcoming demeanor made me feel safe and cared for throughout my stay. Overall, Cebu Hotel Plus is a gem for travelers seeking great value, comfort, and exceptional service. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning on my next visit to Cebu!

While everything was close to perfect, a minor improvement could be enhancing soundproofing in the rooms to block out occasional street noise. Nonetheless, this did not significantly detract from my overall experience. I highly recommend the Tsai Hotel and Residences to anyone visiting the area. It offers excellent value for money, a prime location, and impeccable service that guarantees a memorable stay. I am looking forward to returning on my next trip!

We enjoyed our stay in Marco Polo Hotel. The room is always clean and its very spacious. The airconditioning unjt is also good... My daughter loves the pool she enjoyed swimming! The staff are very polite and accommodating. We would love to stay there when we go back to cebu next time.

Отличный отель! Недалеко от аэропорта (12 минут) , номер был на 7этаже с видом на город. Своя кухня, посуда, много кухонной техники, большой номер, хорошая ванная комната, атмосфера и персонал на отлично! Советую брать с собой беруши, если будет номер с видом на город, так как окна были не сильно звукоизолированы и слышно дорожное движение. Поэтому, твёрдая 4ка!
