Il bagno molto slippery doccia non ha una porta di vetro da separare con il bagno dopo il bagno bagno sarebbe bagnato come un paio se si è in una fretta non sarà in grado di utilizzare il bagno mentre l'altro ha una doccia. A causa di quella camera da bagno è anche molto bagnata e scivolosa quasi scivolare per qualche volta.
Il personale del colazione non è buono, non ti permette di sapere che non hanno tutti gli oggetti sul menu quando ti siedono solo per farti sapere quando l'ordine è stato messo in un posto per ordinare ciò che è disponibile.
Anche loro sono sempre solo intorno alla zona del caffè e sono così occupati a parlare tra loro che non sono consapevoli quando si cammina attraverso la porta anteriore o quando si desidera ordinare soggiornato 3 notti ma si arrendere colazione il giorno 3.
Il nuovo hotel è un peccato, ma il bagno e il personale del colazione stanno abbassando questo posto."

"Love the water pressure!!! We also love the massage room service! Service people are nice!! Though when they collected our towels, they didn’t provide new ones so we have to call the concierge. Hehe.
Hmm, the only con for me is the noise! The room beside us seems to have a lot of guests because they keep on opening/closing their door. Also, you’ll hear karaoke sessions outside—luckily, they’ll stop at night."

The location was easily accessible to taxis but you have to know your way if you wanna take public transport. The room was neat and tidy. Air conditioning works well, complimentary breakfast was delish! Tried the native chorizo and cornbeef options myself.

The room itself has a smart TV which is good. The shower and toilet looked a bit outdated. I must mention that the service of the hotel employees was very good! From the maid to the receptionist.

Tuttavia, ci sono stati diversi aspetti che non riuscivano a soddisfare le nostre aspettative.Una delle prime cose che abbiamo notato quando siamo entrati nella stanza era che la televisione non funzionava bene. Non potevamo navigare attraverso i canali o scegliere qualcosa da guardare, che era deludente, soprattutto perché speravamo di rilassarci con un po' di intrattenimento dopo un lungo giorno.
In un'osservazione più positiva, il personale era sempre amichevole e accogliente per tutta la nostra permanenza, e sempre pronto a assistere con ogni preoccupazione e ci salutava con un sorriso caldo, che apprezziamo davvero.
Tuttavia, ci sono stati altri settori che si potevano certamente migliorare, per esempio, l'assenza di un bidet in bagno era inconveniente, soprattutto considerando che è diventata un'albergo standard in molti hotel. Questo può sembrare un piccolo dettaglio, ma per noi ha influenzato il comfort e la funzionalità complessiva del nostro soggiorno.
In generale, mentre l'hotel aveva alcune qualità rimborsabili, come la spaziosa stanza e il personale utile, ci sono state notevoli carenze nelle strutture e nelle strutture che hanno reso la nostra esperienza meno piacevole di quanto ci auguravamo. TThomasBGOverall it meets the expectations, even though the best part of the hotel is the lobby. But still - spacious rooms, cleanliness is OK (even though I don't really like the idea to tell the reception to have my room cleaned, as their rule is - when I'm choosing to stay in a hotel, this should happen by default), beds are nice enough and there is a desk and a normal chair, if you need to spend some time on your laptop. Wifi is not good (good speed, but unstable - at some moments completely lost, and then in a minute to five minutes - works fine again), but I have a feeling this is a problem with wifi net in the Philippines as a general, or at least in its hotels, because it's been so in every single one of them over 3 different islands. The other thing that needs improvement in this hotel, is the bathroom. Who needs a bathtub in 2024, especially when you can't properly take a shower in it because there is not even a curtain if not something better to keep the water only within the wet zone? But still the overall feeling was good and I was happy to be there for 3 days. For more - not really. The area around is nice with a lot of restaurant, cafe and fast food option, however, to get to other parts of Cebu, you'd better be prepared to waste some time because of the traffic jams in the busy part of the day - but since this is a problem almost everywhere, I wouldn't blame the hotel for this.
