Hotel 3 stelle a Cebu

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with genuine smiles and made me feel comfortable. Everyone was kind, professional, and always willing to help whenever I had a question or needed assistance. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, the facilities were well maintained, and everything I needed was provided. I especially appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was, which allowed me to rest well after a busy day. The location was also excellent. It was convenient to get around, and there were many restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. This made my trip much more enjoyable and stress-free. One thing that impressed me the most was the attention to detail. The hotel clearly cares about its guests and works hard to provide the best possible experience. Every member of the staff treated me with kindness and respect, making me feel valued throughout my stay. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit. L'hotel e il personale hanno fatto molto bene durante il festival Sinulog! Hanno organizzato un workshop e hanno fornito regali e souvenir. È anche molto vicino a una delle aree principali del festival. L'unica delusione è stata la kaldereta che abbiamo ordinato dalla cucina, che era ridicolo poco (1 pezzo di carne). Tuttavia ci sono molti ristoranti vicino. Il secchiere ha bisogno di un pagamento aggiuntivo di 100 peso per notte.

Toilet flush is not working well. My 3 nights stayed have to call for maintenance almost everyday. The room is facing East..morning sun is very strong and sun is up at 5:30am. Suggest to upgrade 'Blackout window curtains'

Staff: Everyone is nice, accommodating and easy to talk to.  Bed: Not sure if it’s only my bed, but near board area, it keeps on creating a creaking sound disturbing other guests.  -Clean and comfy Aircon: A bit hot, not sure if someone keeps changing the aircon temp, get sweaty sometimes.  Recommendation - noticed some guests doesn’t care about people sleeping in the area and just casually talking inside for a long time. 2 young foreign girls, having a love story during my sleep :D, anyway, please remind your guest to be quite at all times and have their chats and snacks outside or in the lobby.

We like the room it is so clean, water is good. The service is okay but at the pool area it says it will close at 9pm so we went there fast so that we can swim for a little bit of time but when we went there it was already close and the attendant was not so nice. The other staff told us it was still open but in our dismay it was not they should at least have the same information so that we will expect that we could swim so that we could really enjoy our stay. We just went to the gym and the attendant also did not inform that he is going to run of the light 😔. But overall it still okay. Thanks to the other staff attended our needs.

Il posto è bello, con spazio aperto per un paio. Ci sono stati acqua con condizionatore, lozione e lavastoviglie, anche lavato a dente con pasta a dente. Il caffè con crema e la cottura sono stati forniti tutti i giorni. La pulizia giornaliera è stata fatta anche senza richiesta, ma le sporche sul pavimento non sono state spruzzate bene. Ho ripreso per un letto doppio e sono stato concesso. Letto, le mutandine e le mutandine sono confortevolmente morbide. La piscina è ampia e il tetto è accessibile, con una vista incantevole. L'ascensore prende tempo, matbe a causa di molti ospiti. È situato vicino alle stazioni di autobus, al parco IT dove si può facilmente andare a posti in città. Once I checked out, they left me hanging on the couch, they don't bother to inform me if I am clear and can check out of the place. If I did not get up and come to front desk to check if was clear, I had no info that I am already clear.

The sink is too small and no amenities. The room is clean and comfy. The description on the website is inaccurate. The toilet is old. The location is good since it's near sm seaside and fastfood chain. But yeah no amenities like toothbrush, free water and toothpaste, soap and shampoo. Also the main area smells like dogs and you can really hear the dogs running in the halls

Il nostro soggiorno a Richmond Plaza Hotel è stato eccellente, voglio solo suggerire che vogliamo che avrebbero dei capelli blurante, Kettle all'interno della stanza tutto. il personale è anche bellooooo kudos!
